The beds were so hard we woke up with sore backs and shoulders. The walls are paper thin so the tvs in the rooms next to us kept us up until midnight. The staff could not accommodate a 30 minute late checkout. The hot tub was not functioning, which was probably okay because the pool looked murky. The breakfast was pretty good, and warm cookies and milk in the evening were a nice touch. Mostly, because of the beds I would never stay here again.

The room was very clean, however, the hotel was under construction. All three floors had construction going on, even in the hallways. Carpet was being laid, and I found numerous wood screws lying on the hallway, and one screw in the room. If I had stepped on one, it would have gone through the sole of my sneaker. One overhead light fixture in our room was missing the cover and the light bulbs. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom looked new but was coming loose from the wall. There were two windows in the room; both looked out onto stacks of scrap construction pieces and discarded broken furniture.
The setup of the room was odd. There were two rooms, and one TV that swiveled so could only be viewed by 1 room at a time. The microwave and mini-fridge were located in a cabinet. The microwave was on a low shelf in the cabinet, requiring one to bend way over and use a flashlight in order to operate it. The shower appeared newly renovated and had glass doors, one of which slid open and closed. This design meant that a person needed to be in the shower, standing under the shower head before one could turn the water on. Hence, cold water poured on one’s head as the faucet was turned on and dialed to the right temperature.
If the construction hadn’t been going on, the oddities of the room set-up would have been a minor distraction. A warning that the hotel was under construction would have been nice.

We booked an oversized room and holy moly was it oversized. Felt twice the size of a normal room and such high ceilings. Recently renovated also which was also nice.
The pool was quite cold and the hot tub when the jets were turned on was very chlorine pungent. It made my eyes burn. We were right at the end on breakfast, but the attendant let us make a couple of pancakes anyway. She was incredibly nice and helpful.

Bed was comfortable. Pillows were about soft/medium firmness. There were no extra sheets or pillows for the pull out sofa, but we had our own so it wasnt a big deal.

Bathroom was pretty small, but nice and renovated. Shower was sizeable with a good pressure shower head. Opening the door into the bathroom you had to move to the side to then close it and get to the sink. Not a big deal.

The TV installer must not have had a stud finder, there was a like of holes in the wall to find a stud to anchor the TV mount to. That was commical.

Overall amazing place to stay. Would definitelt book here again.

I'll probably stay again because the location is good. They are in the middle of renovations but that didn't bother me. I couldn't decide if my room had been renovated or not. It had all the regular amenities and the bed was comfortable, but the bathroom door wouldn't open all the way because it runs into the toilet and the hot and cold water in the sink was on the opposite side of the H and C on the faucet. I appreciate the uncarpeted floors because they seem much more sanitary than carpet. The breakfasts are totally predictable and since I'm diabetic I can't eat much of it. I would love to see a hotel chain break out of the norm (scrambled eggs, 1 meat, cereal, and waffles) and try something new. The staff was there when needed and otherwise left me alone. The cookies may be a draw but I never got to sample them because they were always gone by the time I got back to the hotel. I had no major complaints and will stay there again.

They had construction going on that no one informed us about when we booked our stay. The view from our room was the dumpster with weeks of construction debris strewn about. We were surprised that we had no housekeeping after our first night and had to go ask for some clean towels to shower on day 2. Day 2 we woke to a power outage - no coffee machine - no TV - the water system electric recirculating pump to get the hot water to our room was down so a cold to lukewarm wash off was all we got. Breakfast was ok and the coffee was good. Better than sleeping in the truck.

The only negative I have is that they are renovating the hotel. So a little mess is expected. However my room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. They had a Yougurt bar. So I was able to have a protein heavy breakfast. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The room I stayed in felt grimy and not very clean. Everything in the room was cheap and again, grimy. There were no pictures on the walls making the room feel eerie and uncomfortable which wasn’t great since I was there for over a week.
While the hotel did a good job of making sure that the guests knew, after arriving, that construction and renovation was happening the noise seemed to continue a couple hours after it should have ended (5pm) with loud banging on one wall that I though they would break through it.
They do allow pets but don’t seem to take into consideration that the pets should not be on the top floor, luckily the pup above me was very well behaved and this could have also been due to the construction.
Air flow in the building is a little stuffy and the walls are thin. A couple times someone was smoking a cigarette and I could smell it so strongly that I thought someone was smoking in the building.
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my friends I care about but it is in a safe location that is close to the freeway and airport and the staff that I interacted with seemed kind. I did not try the breakfast but it looked like the regular continental.

I had to wait for about 5-10 minute before someone showed up at the desk for me to check in. Once I got into my room, and put my bags down, I had to use the restroom and was shocked when the door hit the lid for the toilet when I opened the door. The last thing for me was the hot tub, so much chlorine I could only sit in it for 5 minute because my eyes were burning. On the positive the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was really conveniently situated to the freeway.

Our room was great for a larger family. We got one of the suites that had 2 queens and a king. They served breakfast early which was great for us and had lots of options. Pool was open 24/7 so that was cool. The also sent me a text ahead of time with a link that allowed us to do all of the check in stuff before we got there

I have spent several nights at this hotel and my only current recommendation is to work on cleaning the outside areas, parking lot and spaces where people take dogs. Some dog owners are not very considerate!!

I checked in on Sunday for a Sun. Through Fri. stay. I have stayed here for several weeklong visits. Each time I ask for housekeeping they tell me I don't have to ask, it is automatically done on Wednesdays. However, it is rarely done. This week I asked for a coffee maker that worked on Monday, spoke with 3 different employees, send an email that went unanswered and it took until Thursday to get it. Wednesday came and went and my room wasn't cleaned again so I spoke to the desk, and they said it would be cleaned first thing Thursday. I returned from work Thursday night to find it had not been cleaned and the desk told me that Housekeeping indicated I had the do not disturb sign up. Which of course I wouldn't have after requesting HK. I won't be back nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone else. Staff was nice but ineffective managing simple operations

The property is clean but a bit dated, which for the price is totally fine. The bed was comfy and the room had everything we needed, but the heat/ac unit in the room was very loud. We had to turn it off to be able to sleep because it kept kicking on and making a racket. Room 216, that thing needs servicing. We were just there for a night, leaving very early and it wasn't hot out so we just turned it off because we didn't want the hassle of switching rooms. If it were warm outside it would have been a different story. Anyway, the pool and hot tub looked nice. We didn't use them, but everything seemed clean. Just a bit worn and dated. Like I said, the price was right for a quick stop.

Loved the exceptionally friendly staff. Was thrilled they allowed 24-hour access to the pool, spa and fitness center. So pleasant to have staff members that genuinely wanted to make my stay as stress free and comfortable as possible!
Wasn't fond of the time that breakfast ended...the beds were so very comfortable that I overslept!! However, their staff was accommodating by grabbing a few breakfast items from the back that were left over during its disassembly, even after I headed downstairs @9 just to grab coffee after missing my alarm. Loved the cozy atmosphere in the lobby and entryway commons

The check-in didn’t go very smoothly. The person at the counter could not get the payment verified from hotels.com. I don’t know if it was hotel.com problem or the hotel’s problem but when I went into hotels.com and sent a text stating the problem it went through almost immediately The bed I slept in, was not comfortable at all. The breakfast was good.

We had 2 comfy queens and a nice room. Fast friendly check in and out. Continental breakfast of waffles, other breads, yogurt, eggs/sausage/potatoes/biscuits, juice. Only complaint is that it gets cleaned up at 9. Not even 10? So sad! One of us came out at 9:06 and it was already cleaned up.
