Staff was rude at check in. Was told they do not accept my visa Credit Card. Had to use another card. Floors (carpet) look like the have never been shampooed. Do not walk barefoot on those or you will need a tetanus shot. Chairs in room wear so worn down. Shower curtain looked like it wasn’t cleaned.

In other words walk far away from this place. Gonna stay back in meridian.

People on the front were not helpful at all, didn’t give any information on how to get to our rooms or the breakfast information. The breakfast was an ok the breakfast room was super small

There wasn’t a tv remote. I called the desk and the desk clerk picked up the phone and hung it up. She repeated this four times then answered. I asked for a remote and she informed me maintenance handles that and they would be in the next day. I asked about changing rooms and she said No, they were booked full with no extra rooms. She then woke me at 11:35 p.m by calling to ask if I still needed a shuttle! I never placed a request for a shuttle

The electrical connections looked very sketchy, not solidly attached. It was so dark in the rooms and the bathrooms were ick. The pool looked sketch too and the in room freezer didn't freeze. Also had to wait a long time to get checked in due to the only employee taking a smoke break from what others said that arrived before me.

I would have like a more friendly reception on registration. At 68 knowing there was an elevator would have been helpful. Also the bathroom door lock is easy to lock without knowing so got locked out at some point. The door handle j6st oushes in abd locks. Realizing this at 4:am waited until 7.00 to call front desk and there was no one to help to unlock it until 9.00 am. Other then that the room was compterble and quite.

Honestly one of the dirtiest motels I've ever stayed at. The entire property has a funky smell. Carpets don't look like they've been cleaned in an extremely long time. The outside side doors that should only open with a room card are all just permanently unlocked so anyone can walk into the motel at any time. Our bath tub was clogged and backed up with water. Check in was fine I guess, although the gentlemen working there seemed like he couldn't care less about being there. Parking was fine, the breakfast is pretty much what you would expect.

I had registered through expedia and thought I was all set but when we showed up they could not find my registration. Thankfully the staff was able to give me a room at about the same price than I had been quoted by Expedia.
Otherwise the staff was all very helpful, the room was fine, but the breakfast left a bit to be desired with no truly sustaining food (all fast digesting carbs...).

Standard 2 star inexpensive motel, above average. Clean rooms, helpful staff, decent breakfast, easy parking, 5 min from airport with free shuttle. Cons: right by highway and del taco, noisy outside until late. Strange layout, with no elevator access from lobby. Breakfast downstairs. Not recommended for handicap accessible. Rooms had no USB ports, only plugs, no secure wifi. Tiny tvs if you care! Fine layover spot but certainly not a destination location.

It was ridiculous that the elevator had to accessed by going down stairs. That was totally ineffective for my 87 year old mother who uses a walker. Super frustrating. There was mold around the bathtub, the tv wouldn’t pull up a signal when it was first turned on at night and in the morning when we turned it on. In a good note, the gentleman at the front desk was helpful with the Tv.

The front desk staff wasn’t particularly welcoming at check-in. The building is old but it’s clean. The room was nice and the beds were fine. Unfortunately the pool was unavailable which was frustrating since it was one of the reasons we picked this hotel. Breakfast the next morning was nice with hot waffles and muffins. If the issues with the pool get sorted out we would be happy to stay again.

This was the worst hotel stay in my life. I had a non refundable reservation. The communication at check-in was disfunctional, there wa chemical smell in the room and the lack of ventilation in my room, the unchanged bed sheets, or the shocking impolite hotel manager.

First, there were always multiple people sitting around and lingering outside the building near the parking areas. I felt like they were waiting for visitors.

At check in, I had to demand a printed receipt for my room and deposit, and they only gave me a faint unreadable printout of a computer statement.

My room smelled heavily of dirty carpet, disinfectant and chemical perfume. The room was humid and unvented. I could not tell whether the chemical perfume was used to hide disinfectant, mould or smoke odors. The air conditioning was welcome, but it recirculated the same damp, odorous air hundreds of times in the room. I was able to open the window about an inch, but I had to breath the stale smelly air all night.

I do not think the bed sheets had been changed since the previous visitor. the mattress was encased in a airtight cover. I could not close the curtains to prevent the light from the fast food restaurant facing my window, because the window drapery covered the air conditioner.

A huge pile of trash bags in the parking lot, like to trash pickup for weeks. The bathroom sink was plugged, and I could hear the faucet dripping most of the night.

Overall, it would have been better to sleep in my car.

Matress had a large stain. Capuccino and orange/apple juise machine not working for both nights we stayed. Sheets had a blood that had not been cleaned. Crumbs on carpet. Food spill on night stand. 2 red large spots on carpet infront of nightstand. Sink was clogged. Strong smell. Either bed bugs or fleas were biting us. Tub was pink in the corners and where the soap goes- it also had dark stains where you stand. Toilet wasnt cleaned from the inside. One of us didnt shower the first night because they only gave us 2 towels and refused to give us anymore. Saying they ran out of towels or come back tomorrow which I did and they said no towels talk to housekeeping tomorrow. Lady at the front gave me what turned to be 2 bath matts and 1 hand towel. I had to beg for towels. At the end they gave me 2 bath towels and told me its only 4 towels per room. They gave us 4 bath towels for 2 nights for 3 registered people. At some point I asked to give me a refund so I could go get a hotel that has towels so I could shower and she laghed at me "were NOT giving you a refund I know that for sure". So the second night another one of us didnt shower because of no more bath towels. THEY SHOULD INCLUDE 2 towels per day for 3 people+ in the hotel description so we decide if we book or not. I should really get at least part refunded.

Room was clean. Breakfast was good for a continental style breakfast. Desk and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. TV did not work. Called the desk about 6:30, but they did not answer. I had movies on my computer so just watched them, because I did not feel like walking down to the desk. Hallways dark and the carpets need to be steamed cleaned or replaced.

The hallways were not vacuumed, our room needed more towels and the front desk said they didn’t have more towels so we had to wash our own towels. There was mold in the bathroom, and rust on some of the fixings. It smelled like marijuana in the hallways. We were there for 6 days and did not get one visit from housekeeping. We had to get our own toilet paper and garbage bags. The mini-refrigerator rattled. The parking lot was the smoking section, and no signage saying “no smoking” so we had to keep our room window closed so it wouldn’t smell like cigarettes. The free breakfast had zero reusable cups, so we had to buy some or use 6oz mugs and leave them there in the dining area.

I used to stay at this hotel all the time and it was great. So when coming back for a graduation I booked a room for 3 nights. Well when I got there my fridge didn’t work, tv wouldn’t turn on, cable box didn’t work, light didn’t work, when flushing the toilet you had to remove the tank rod and flush from inside, tub didn’t plug. And the front desk lady acted like she didn’t know the room had one outlet in it when we had her come look at the fridge, tv, cable box and light. When we tried to get a refund for the second and third night we were told they could refund us but then we would get charged a fee which would cost as much as staying the original days. It smelt of weed. Every morning between 2 and 3 am we were woken up with screaming and banging on doors in the hallways. Their trash outside was over flowing and looked like it hadn’t been picked up in a month or two. I will NEVER book here again nor recommend this hotel.

Front desk staff are lazy, they have you book through 3rd party, so when you realize the place is a dump. They tell you, you'll have to get refund from 3rd party. After they accepted the money. They have homeless, living in rv on the property. Carpet hasn't been cleaned in a long time, shelving brackets coming off the wall, towel bar falling off wall. The outside trash area is disgusting, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED ⚠️

We arrived early before check in. Thr receptionist alerted us when our room was ready. It wasn’t. We called the front desk for towels. There were none. They promptly brought us the towels. The sheets on the bed were worn down to threads and the mattress was lumpy with springs you could feel. Also someone had to come work on the tv to make it work. Mainly it just needs a makeover. The photos looked okay but the property, the building and my room were gross and disappointing. On top of that, this was the worst service experience I’ve ever had. The woman who checked me in was clearly stressed and overwhelmed and was trying to help too many people at once. She asked for my card and ID and I had to ask for it back after she finished checking me in and gave me my key. She called me about an hour later and said she forgot to run my card for accidentals and asked me to come to the front desk. I was out at dinner and she said to come by before 11pm. She called me back at 10 and left a chaotic voicemail saying I didn’t pay them and she was going to my room to remove my things and kick me out l. It was completely unhinged. I called back to give her my card info and she kept telling me there wasn’t enough numbers but I read her the number at least 5 times. She let me go and called me right back and said the card was “invalid” but it was a credit card with a high limit and there’s no way it declined. I gave her a different card and then she hung up on me. When I got back to the hotel my room key didn’t work so I had to have it reprogrammed. I cannot believe the way I was treated. Don’t stay here!

Good things include a refrigerator and microwave, computer workspace, decent climate control, better than average and very adequate lighting, and a budget mattress that was comfortable enough. The biggest downside was a completely trashed computer chair. I asked for a replacement, was told they were all broken, and just got a shrug when I asked about a discount on the rate. Other problems were a sink that barely drained at all, and no soap supplied, though shampoo was. The staff had an attitude of sorry, but we can't do anything, which was unfortunately probably true.

My room had no amenities whatsoever outside of toilet paper. There was no shampoo, no soap no lotion, all the normal things that it's supposed to be in a hotel room. When I went to check-in, there, was nobody at the front desk and there was another gentleman waiting and had been waiting for quite a while, and it was probably a good, 10 minutes before anybody showed app to help us.

Room dirty. Bed saggy and very uncomfortable. Breakfast was advertised but was minimal. No coffee pot in room. Towels mismatched and worn. Pool was hard to access and despite the sign that said it opened at 6:00 AM. I was told it really didn’t open until 7:00 which made it impossible for me to use. Worst was the manager Gina Treat. She treated me very rudely.
All other staff were pleasant and tried hard to be helpful. I wish I had their names. It must be difficult to work with a mean manager in a sub standard facility. I will not ever stay at a Wyndam hotel again. This one was rated as 3 star on Expedia but was more of a 1.

The Super 8 in Boise. It was okay for one nights stay. I checked in late, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Check in was a little lengthy I felt, but we got there! Parking seemed limited.

There was a little noise above and in the room next door to mine (loud TVs and stomping), but not too bad. I went to grab breakfast and the juice machine was totally empty/broken? ;( Otherwise OK options (grains, pastries, waffles, coffee, yogurt, basics…). I would stay again if one or two nights, but not more than that!

I get it, this hotel is an economy accommodation. However I will never stay here again, nor would I recommend it. The roomos filthy and ratty. The furniture is old and broken. The bed has a huge dent in it. The staff were jaded, probably because of the location, I can imagine that the transient traffic is higher than the surrounding hotels. I askedd for an extra blanket, the staff member told me that all the blankets are in the laundry. She said that I would receive one when the laundry was finished, however I never got it from her. The next day, the front desk went to a cupboard and handed me a blanket right then. Explain that. The breakfast was prepackaged cardboard. The room was so noisy and I believe a prostitute was turning tricks as I saw her outside then I heard her later downstairs doing her business. I could hear through the walls and the window only slightly opens, there were cigarette ashes in the windowsill. There's no coffee in the room.

Run as fast as you can away from this place. From start to finish this place is a flop. It’s dirty (dust everywhere), shower doesn’t work properly (it trickles), key cards don’t work, sheets are paper thin and torn, bed is extremely uncomfortable and blankets are a joke. Then there are the walls.. paper thin and zero insulation. We were kept up all night with obnoxious guests who only went quiet for a few hours just to start back up at 4 am. Front desk did nothing. Then there was billing. I paid Expedia. Then they “accidentally” billed again double on the same card. I had to point it out for the correction. This place is the motel version of dive bar.

Check-in was fine and I believe it was the manager who helped us with that. She was friendly and inviting. The room was run-down, but clean. Where we had a problem was around midnight when our toilet backed up. We called the front desk and the college age girl seemed to have no clue what to do. My husband asked for a plunger at least to see if he could get the toilet working. That took a few minutes, but no big deal. The plunger didn't work. He called the front desk back. The girl said she would have to call their off-site maintenance people and that they wouldn't be there until the next morning. We said fine, but in the meantime we needed a room with a working bathroom now. She said that she couldn't switch us because there were no other rooms with a King bed available. My husband said that was fine, to switch us to a room with a queen or 2 queen beds. She said she couldn't do that because that wasn't what we had paid for. My husband reminded her that we had paid for a room with a King size bed with a working toilet and we needed a room with a working toilet. She just kept arguing and said she would call maintenance again. Maintenance showed up 20 minutes later, banging on the door. He didn't say a word, just pushed past my husband into the bathroom. I believe he snaked the toilet and fixed the problem and left, slamming the door, again without saying a word to us. This all ended about 1:15-1:30 in the morning. Breakfast was waffles with expired yogurts and mushy apples.

The bed was terrible, the room could have been cleaner. The hallways smell bad lthr carpet in the halls is disgusting. Tons of families seem to be living in this hotel. Including a dumpy motorhome in the parking lot. It’s noisy. The staff likes to knock on doors in the middle of the night. The first night at 4 am they woke up the family across the hall stating that no one should be in that room. The second night I was woken up at 600 am because they said my card for the pet deposit was declined. I don’t understand how this was the case, cuz it went through and was accepted at check in.

Literally they kicked me out of the hotel one day before my contract. I tried to show the girl I had the run until Friday and when I get back from work on Thursday, they said I didn't have a room no more and they did not have more rooms.
I tried to show the old lady my contract but she said she didn't care and I had to leave the property.
I was in shock for what they did to me.

Now every time I see a super 8, I just remember a bad moment.
I know this is not going to affect anyone since I'm only one customer. But as for me, No more SUPER 8
I rather pay extra 30dlls or drive a few more minutes. But definitely not staying on a Super 8 ever again.

Room carpets weren't very clean, noticed an extra $15 dollar charge on my acct I can't seem to get an answer for, staff was courteous all the entry way carpets were completely filthy but all in all was okay for the price for expedia

Comfortable rooms and a decent breakfast. The staff is very attentive, which is a big plus. The hallways and carpets need more care, and the hotel could use some updates. Still, it’s a convenient and solid option for an overnight stay before flying, especially given its proximity to the airport.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond for me. The room was nice, needs updated so does the shower head in 204, but I felt safe while I was there.

One bed was comfortable, and the other was well used and uncomfortable. Also, not many breakfast options, and it was a hassle getting checked in over a deposit that wasnt mentioned in the reservation was made.
