We had a unexpected major delay of our flight from Virginia to California resulting in 14 hours late arrival for our hotel reservation. The front desk personnel - Ms. Patricia, were so kind and considerate in accommodating my son who arrived earlier than us (earlier than the reservation time) from N. Carolina into our reserved room.
The breakfast provided was excellent in quality ( varied choices )and quantity( Staff made sure that trays were refilled). But most outstanding was Ms. Tanya. She was there to assist us , especially my 84 yr old mom. She helped us , checked in on us and made sure that we had a great breakfast experience.
KUDOS to Ms. Patricia and Ms. Tanya!
Definitely we would be coming back to Best Western....so carry on with the excellence

Yeah, the internet at the back of the property was working. The elevator back there was working too, extremely slow...but working. The specialty coffee machine was working. No blinking red light on the phone. The TV provider must have updated as we know what channel we were watching.

If we are on floor 1 or floor 2...whoever is above us....it's a constant running through the room, scooting of the kitchen chairs, this happens every time. Totally get it in the mornings or around meal times...but it's usually well after 10pm when the constant footsteps start.

I would have given this property five stars but the fact that we couldn’t use the kitchen in our room as planned was a disappointment.
The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel was clean and peaceful. The breakfast was great and staff super friendly. The beds were comfortable.
Our kitchen in the room came with a container of pots and pans but nothing else. We had no utensils, plates, or anything more to use for cooking. We had planned to make our dinners but without actual kitchen items it was difficult. The staff said we could use their paper lates and plastic utensils, which helped but only to an extent. Trying to cut food didn’t work with plastic utensils so we had to buy some items so we could actually cook and use the kitchen.

Beds were very uncomfortable. If you have any back issues, DO NOT book. My back was so sore the whole trip and I only got a few hours sleep each night. I tried to talking to the front desk for something to put on the bed to help and all I was offered was a top sheet. I don’t have back problems and this was bad. The breakfast was okay. It was at least better than most motels. I will not be back just for the bed situation.

My room was not ready until approximately 6:30 PM, despite the hotel's check-in time being 3:00 PM. I would strongly recommend that future guests call ahead before arriving to confirm their room is actually ready.

Unfortunately, Roman was not accommodating and showed very little empathy regarding the situation. Rather than offering a comparable room while I waited, he attempted to move me into a much smaller room than the one I originally booked. There was no effort made to acknowledge the inconvenience of making us wait over three hours past check-in time or to provide a reasonable solution. The lack of customer service and concern for guests was extremely disappointing.

The pool felt so private even though you’re in the middle of a business area. The exercise facility was better than expected with yoga mats in front of large windows! The room was clean and well furnished. The breakfast was also better than expected with options for everyone. The professional and friendly staff made the experience 5 star.
The only con is there was no shuttle to Disney and we hadn’t rented a car. So it meant extra uber costs and no mid day breaks..

The water pressure is super low when you shower and if other people in other rooms are showering the pipes noise won’t let you sleep. Also the food options can change specially if you are staying for more than 5 days.

Staff was helpful, there weren't enough towels in the room for 6 people and when asked for more they sent small pool towels up instead.

Towles were clean nut had hairs and the bathroom walls had hairs stuck to them behind the door so it could have been a little cleaner.

Room was incredible; it was clean, comfortable and the amenities were great. It is close to my college which was convenient for food options as well as the commute. It is close to the 22, 57 and 5 so anywhere in Anaheim is close. Checking in was easy, plenty of parking. Since I was only there for 1 night I didn't get to use the pool or hot tub but the hours posted are great. Breakfast options were good and even though there wasn't a ton of seating inside, there are tables outside which offer more seating.

Only two complaints were that the ice machine on the 3rd floor didn't work and the TV in the bedroom wouldn't turn on. Overall great experience!

The property is dated and it shows. Rooms were clean overall but vents were visibly dirty and one of the wall sockets was wobbly. The breakfast was ok but not very appetizing. Also, the hot tub was green and did not look clean at all.
Not the worst hotel, it’s ok if you’re looking for something cheap just to sleep, however we will be looking for nicer options in the future

I’ve stayed at this location multiple times now, and it’s always been a pleasant experience — which is exactly why I continue coming back. The staff has always been welcoming, and I’ve consistently enjoyed my stays here.
The only concern I had during this visit was with the elevator. We were assigned a suite on the third floor, and when we reached our floor, the elevator suddenly shook and made a very loud rattling noise. It honestly startled us quite a bit. I did mention it to the front desk staff, and they reassured me that it was functioning properly and is just a bit noisy. Even so, I wanted to mention it because it was a little unsettling.

We always stay here as we like the suites and the complimentary breakfast. Unfortunately there was an issue with the elevator, it did work, but was noisy going up. They were waiting for parts. Few other disappointments, blow dryer didn't work (luckily we brought one) and room was missing safe. Reception said they would send one up but decided not to bother with it. NOTE: there is no longer a shuttle to Disneyland, not the hotels fault, the shuttle just doesn't run anymore. We didn't know that in advance so make sure you have an Uber account, was really reasonable price to get to Disney.

Our trash was full and they wanted 24 hour notice to change trash. The front desk manager gave my room to my sister,EVEN Though we have different first names. Didn’t take accountability. Front desk was kind until we brought up the issue about them mixing up our rooms and even after check out, I got a room receipt with my sister’s name on it, not mine. SERIOUS security issue there. The listing says free parking but is not free. You get charged $10 per day for parking plus $10 random service fee charge for just being alive there in that building, take your money else where!! Do not waste your time. Should have known something was fishy when I first checked in and a man came asking for 8 garage bags.

It was super close to the shopping center. The staff was great. My kids loved the room and the pool. We are big on privacy so it was one of the few places that offered a separate room from living room with a door. Breakfast was great. They don’t have a full size fridge and the bathrooms are always small but over all for 4 people the room was perfect. We will be going back for sure. The price is very decent in our opinion.

Room was clean, but 2 spots in the rug were completely soaked so our socks were getting wet. We finally just laid 2 towels down to avoid those areas. Front desk guy who was there overnight was really nice & helpful. Front desk young girl completely opposite; felt like I was annoying her at check in and felt like she didn’t want to be there.

Front desk staff was very helpful, Housekeeping not so great , I asked for a turnover when I returned the garbage was not taken out the bed was not made they just left the sheets on top I had to put the sheets on the bed, not expecting to do that after a long day at Disney. This property was full of disruptive guests around. My 5 year old kept getting woken up by chairs scraping and stomping upstairs. My husband couldn't sleep at all even in the morning to make up sleep. Guests and their children kept running around and screaming. A lot of noise and no consideration of others staying here. Staff was not helpful. We left a day early because we couldn't get any rest. And the manager denied us a refund for the night that was not used. They basically kept my $139 for nothing. And they claimed we did not make any complaints. Even though we called the front desk complaining about the noise. Their floors were wet near the 1 working elevator and my daughter slipped and fell. Again no consideration for guests. Horrible experience. Will not be staying here again.

I’ve stayed here many times for awhile. Always great. But, just one little complaint about this stay. I traveled either just myself or with my wife but this time, it was 3 of us. 2 queen bed suite. The living/dining room was very spacious but the bedroom was a little cramped. Not much room to move around in, especially the bed farthest from the bathroom. Overall, a great place to stay.

This has the potential of being an excellent hotel, however it feels like management/owners don’t care anything about making a positive guest experience. My husband was undergoing medical treatment so we stayed at this hotel for 5 nights/6 days. We needed a quiet place for him to recover but this hotel was not quiet at all. Doors were slamming and banging all day and night long. You could hear people talking out in the halls from your room. Loud music was playing in the lobby which could be heard from our room. I think the owners should try to get a restful nights sleep in this hotel!

Rooms are nice and large, but one elevator, one guest laundry washing machine, and two ice makers were out of order the entire week. No signs of them even attempting to have them fixed. Also, the entrance door closest to our room the key card was not working. I mentioned this to the front desk a few times and they said maintenance was aware and working on it, however it was still not working when we left.
I would love to stay at this hotel again if there was some improvement with how the property was maintained.

The hours for the pool sucked, 8am to 9pm. The pool was supposed to be heated but was cold. The breakfast was ok. We were given bracelets so they knew we were guests. I guess their breakfasts have be crashed. The cleaniness of the hotel was not good. My baby's knees were dirty from crawling around the room. I regular clean my house daily. I don't even deepclean my house no more then 2 times weekly and his knees are never dirty. The bodywash wasnt filled up when we got in the room, like they forgot to refill it. When i asked for a refill, they said they didnt have anymore. And gave us bar soaps. The beds were terrible, very uncomfortable, by the second night my whole body was aching.

Very disappointing stay. We checked in around 7:30 PM and immediately found a large roach in the room. After reporting it, we were moved to another room, but the next morning we discovered more roaches and flying bugs. To make matters worse, the room clearly had not been properly cleaned—we found false eyelashes and underwear that did not belong to us.

This was extremely unsanitary and unacceptable. No guest should have to deal with insects and leftover personal items from previous occupants. We ended up leaving because we did not feel comfortable staying there. I hope management addresses these serious cleanliness issues so other guests don’t have the same experience.
