The renovations done were done quickly, poorly, or not at all. The heater/ac unit old and crusty and wouldn’t shut off unless unplugged. Breakfast choices were also weak. Place smells weird too.

The room was fine, drafty by the window but the heater was more than adequate for the room, but chilly in the bathroom. I was disappointed with the \"continental\" breakfast not much to choice from. Plus the indoor pool was closed which should of been noted on the website.

I enjoyed my stay. Service was excellent and the room was very comfortable. The only thing I found that needs to be improved was the strong chemical smell after the room was cleaned and it took awhile for the smell to clear. Perhaps adjusting the amount of chemicals used in the floor cleaning mixture would help

This hotel definitely does not live up to Hilton standards at present moment. Let’s hope they continue to improve. It seems there’s nowhere to go but up.

At Check-in, front desk attempted to collect for a prepaid room. The hallways had trash on the floor. Somebody had propped open the side door with a piece of concrete. When I tried to secure the door, I found it was broken and wouldn’t close all the way. When I came back later, someone had propped it open again. The stairs leading up from the side door we’re filthy. The linen room had linens and trash on the floor. The toilet in our room was broken and had a hard time refilling.
All in all, a very unpleasant experience. Hilton should be embarrassed to have its name on this property.

The difference from last year to this year was HUGE. The cleanliness was not there, pool was under renovation, the elevator didn’t work! Breakfast last year was awesome this year not even close.
