Overall a good stay. We enjoyed the hotel and was nicer than most in that area. Pool was small but we always enjoy a swim. Just a bit rough around the edges if you look close but was a clean decent stay. Had breakfast in the morning which was decent except for the waffle maker either empty or just not working. Main annoyance was at check in I had asked about government rates with my district ID but was told I’d have to have done that at booking which I don’t recall seeing on Hotels.com app to do so. She made 0 effort to help me remedy that issue so there I was paying a higher rate for my stay than I should have. Aside from that rooms were on the smaller end but overall a 3/5 stay.

Room was disgusting and I dont scare easily. I always check for b-bugs and I am glad I did. The mattress was filthy, stains and moldy smelling, with some suspicious brown shell like pieces in the cracks and duvet seams. I changed rooms and although the mattress was cleaner, the sheets and duvet were stained. The hotel itself is internally in poor shape. I dont think the owners / manager care much. Both rooms had empty soap dispensers. Breakfast was ok. Front staff were pleasant.

I don’t even know where to begin !! All these great reviews must be AI generated!! This hotel was horrible from the lady at the front desk was rude ! She put us on the second floor in a room the heat was not working and temps were negative!! Plus the second floor they are painting it’s a mess. I asked for another room and I was met with an attitude. She gave us another room on first floor which was clean and all renovated. She should fill those rooms first !! I will not be back !! Those rooms are not worth $110! That was a $60 room at best !!!

When we arrived a few hours ago to check-in, our hotel said they had received no confirmation from Expedia that i has this or any reservation. I could not get through to Expedia other than virtually but the virtual agent would only send me another confirmation. In the end I had to pay the hotel directly for the night stay and i tried to cancel the reservation with Expedia who I paid in full for the night in advance.
As a result i have had to pay for tonight’s hotel stay twice.
Please refund my payment for tonight’s stay.

The front desk lady was nice and upfront with us warning us saying itsb going to be loud here because of a hockey team here. We got stuck on a floor with the whole entire hockey team of kids. They were blocking the hallway with all their hockey gear and playing hockey! We were on the phone with our daughter and she could hear all the noise from the hallway! Just trying to get to our room was frustrating the kids wouldn’t move and the parents just sat there and said nothing! The kids were knocking on the door banging their hockey sticks on their door! They were yelling and screaming why the irresponsible parents were just standing there! The parents and kids were disrespectful

Reception was a little cool as there was some confusion as to how a prepaid room shows up on the Hotel Reservation System.

Our stay was okay but surprised no hair dryer or toiletries in room. The receptionists were very pleasant & graciously let us put some ice packs in a downstairs freezer for the night.

Room 104, strong chemical smell when we walked in. Maybe rug or upholstery cleaner.
Bathroom fan was literally seized up. Loud squeal when turned on.
Couch had 3 noticeable stains on it.
Staff were efficient and pleasant to deal with.

Hotel itself was just fine. But being woken up at 5:30 each morning to slamming doors and people stomping upstairs was not what I expected. Also stomping at 11 at night was annoying when we were trying to sleep. Doors are all loud. Breakfast was good the first day, second day we ate elsewhere. Pool was nice for the kids. No hot tub as pictured on their site. Disappointing for the adults. Overall, I would stay again on the top floor and as far away from other people as possible.

Very small pillows like a four year old would use. No extra blankets or regular size pillows in bedroom.

We were traveling for my son’s lacrosse tournament and the hotel I originally booked was for the wrong night. They were sold out, so I got a refund and had to find something last minute. This was the only place available.

When we arrived, the woman at the front desk sat on her phone and ignored us until I finally said hello. Without looking up she said, “I don’t know who you are, I need your ID.” After I handed it over, she told me she didn’t have me in the system and that I’d have to wait. The rudeness was so palpable that my 10 year old son looked at me, clearly uncomfortable. A few minutes later she told me the only room left was a handicap room, which I hadn’t booked, but I agreed just to get checked in.

The room itself was filthy. The chair was out of place, nothing looked cleaned, crumbs were on the floor, and Netflix didn’t work. I wasn’t going back to deal with her again. With no options nearby, already waiting on a refund from the first hotel, and it getting late, I just covered the pillows with shirts and put a movie on my phone for my son.

We left first thing in the morning. In 20 years of traveling I’ve never left a review, but this was by far the worst experience. Unless you’re desperate, avoid this place. Rude service is one thing, but a dirty room is unacceptable at over $200 a night.

Reception/check-in was cool at best.
We asked to be placed closer to relatives who alo stayed. We paid for two queen beds... and got two full but no refund yet. And placement by the elevator is just lame.
