The rooms are definitely old and used. Stained towels. Will hear neighbors as the gaps under the doors are at least 3 inches. Slept with clothes on. Needs a complete overhaul. Showers backed up. Has an outdoor and indoor entrance which was weird. Will hear all highway traffic. Go across the street. Better off sleeping in my car.

I booked a suite and they gave away my room so I was placed in 2 separate rooms. The hotel is very run down. Breakfast was very limited. Not too bad but very basic and limited. Our keys didn’t work to get in from the side doors. Keys kept deactivating. Very sketchy apartments next door. However, all staff was very friendly. Our room was decent.

Everything was excellent!!! Top notch staff, the rooms were nice and clean. Beds were so comfortable. Due to the weather that threatened, we had to check out early and head back to Alabama before we got stuck there. Thankfully we made it home safe!

It was the worst experience ever! We have never had a problem checking in when it was under old management!!! The lady in the front was rude! Had zero personality and wasn't friendly at all!!!! The room was dirty? Bathroom mirror had water spots and toothpaste on it. There was water around the sink, floors didn't seem to be swept. Only decent thing was they left complimentary soap, but they did the same thing under old management. We will be looking for another hotel to stay in when we go back to Lawton Ok.

The Hotel was egregiously misrepresented! When the room was booked, free breakfast was advertised, only to be told upon checking in that there would be a charge of $9.50, which I was totally surprised. I requested a room change after my first night because there were plumbing issues ( Tub drain stoppage), only to encounter those same issues again in the newly assigned room. It was the lavatory sink this time. I was totally dissatisfied! I would not ever book a room at this hotel, if I ever return to Lawton, OK, and wouldn't recommend it to any one else either.

I called before I even made the reservation and asked if they had a heated indoor pool and if it was open and working because that was the only reason for staying there and they said yes.I get there and it’s not working. The pool is ice cold. I asked one of the employees they said they would go turn it on and I come back and it says pool closed. I bring it up the lady behind the counter and she says yeah it happen very rude like.

When I booked the room online the descriptions included free breakfast, when we arrived to check in we were informed that breakfast was $9.89 and after showing the employee at check-in the reservation showing free breakfast we were then informed to speak with the Manager in the AM! Not a big deal it’s just the point don’t include free breakfast then on arrival say the rules were just changed the day prior! Ok whatever!

We canceled our room before we even stayed. Terrible facilities. Bugs on the floor and in the sink. Stained sheets. Musty smell in rooms. Sink wouldn’t drain. Door looked like it had been tried to break into. Hard to find, no sign that was lit up in the dark.

Very nice front desk staff that helped us cancel and ensured we get our money back.

Was a little disappointed with this hotel. The property looked nothing like the pictures from the outside. Lobby area was upgraded but that was about it. The room had a weird smell to it. Ice machine didn’t work, key lock didn’t work after the 2nd day I was there, had to keep getting new keys made. Then at 4:30am a staff member tried to get in my room thinking it was supposed to be empty though I still had time in the room. Overall the hotel does need some work and though it’s close to the highway next time I’ll spring for a hotel with a few more better reviews versus pictures of what the hotel used to look like a few years ago.

I called a week in advance requesting an inside room, explained traveling with newborn. I do customer service myself, so I always try to be polite. It seems they purposely placed us on the end with the crackheads, rather than the motel guests. There was some guy that sat in his truck by the door we used the whole wknd, 24 hours, just sitting there. The hot water only worked half the time. Had to microwave water to wash baby bottles. When I opened ac lid to adjust, black stuff fell off. See below pic of tp holder in bathroom. We stayed here a year ago and it seemed decently taken care of then, but not now.

The hotel needs to be torn down and rebuilt. The doors are raggedy has an awful smell. The owner of this building needs to have a wake up call he should be ashamed of himself and that’s sad cause I know he wouldn’t let his own mother live there.

Excessive smoke smell of cigarettes and pot in the middle of the night burnt my nose it was so strong. Will never stay or recommend this place to anyone.

The entrance and lobby area were good. The hotel is an older building with no signage on or in front of the building. Coming from the elevator you went down a slope, around a curve until you got to a hall where the rooms were. The room looked ok. I was going to be staying there with 3 kids and, I’m sorry to say, I didn’t feel safe enough to do that. The employees were very nice and friendly but they would have been very far away from the room. Again, I was not feeling safe.

It was a decent place. Was nothing like the pictures on the website. Would def recommend when booking with children don’t set a couple with a 16 yr old next to them. The lady at the front desk was very helpful in getting us the 2 rooms that we needed to be in close proximity of each other. She was also very helpful in suggesting paces to eat.
It was very quiet and felt very safe. My only complaint was that we parked by the door that was very close to our room so that we could have easy unloading and loading of our luggage, but our room keys didn't open the door. We noticed that other guests were having the same problem.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Do not stay there. Description is not true.

The description is all lies. There is no spa, massages, room service. Not even a restaurant. Breakfast area is closed outside of breakfast hours. You cant even get a napkin after breakfast hours, everything is pulled out. No fruit or cookies out 24/7 like they say. Its a motel style not hotel. Elevator was broke, business office with computer was an employee's office. Computer in lobby but wifi was out. Rat trap boxes set outside about every 3-4 doors outside. No game room but there was a pool table hidden in breakfast area with no balls. Convenience store is a mini frig by desk. A whole wall behind desk was gone. You could see outside. It was just 2 x 4's. They said it was a mold problem. It is very old, ran down. My smoke alarm kept going off at 2:30 am. Security took it down and pulled battery. I was there 4 days, they never replaced the battery or put it back up. They allow dogs. Which barked non-stop until 2 am. I got 4 hours sleep my last night and i had to drive 10 hours the next day. Walls paper thin. You csn hear toilet flushing, conversations in other rooms, babies crying, dogs barking, doors slamming. Signs in hall that say drinks and ice. No machines are there. The gym windows looked like they had termites. All the wood was rotted. I found dead bugs, mainly crickets, on my floor every morning. One cricket landed in my hair while i was in bed. I jumped up snd killed it before i realized it was just a cricket, i thought it was a roach. No clocks in room.

The picture on the website and on Expedia did portray the true look of this location. once we call in and inquired about the location & its look we realized we were Ndeed at the location just not how it was portrayed online. The employed were good and understanding I think this has open to them before, she did say that location use to be apartment and undergoing new management and renovation. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. Staff was very friendly as well. We booked because of the great price but also because they said they offered cribs but that wasn’t the case. They said they had them back in the day but they still have the paperwork and listing saying they have cribs. Loved the outdoor hangout spot. The pool was pretty and the indoor pool was a nice touch.

This property was very misleading when you look at the pictures. The pictures of the outside are photoshopped. The exterior is drab, dark and off-putting. It looks like a motel on the outside with room doors facing the outside. I'm not sure if those room are for the hotel because our room was indoors but, there is an apartment complex so close that it's like they are connected. The interior was dull and drab as well, but the people working there were extremely nice.

This Best Western is not bad at all. I haven't heard anyone else and it's Friday night so it's fairly quiet and peaceful to be honest. They allow dogs for a $20 dollar fee. I've been out to walk my dog a few times. I haven't seen anything sketchy. The indoor pool is pretty large and nice. The room is warm and the water is warmish. It's open from 6am to 11pm. also well kept. The room we were in was kinda small like everything was small lol. I didn't know they made smaller toilet options but I do now. The room still had everything a regular hotel has and I'm not sure if all the rooms are that way. This is the first time we've stayed here. Anyhow the room for 4 people was $65 and our dog was $20. Pretty cool in my opinion. And they are super nice at the front desk.

It was convenient to the casino and the price was right. But I booked 2 rooms, and the key wouldnt work in one of them. They gave me another room at the opposite end of the hallway. When I went to the front desk, the clerk was very rude and insisted she had no other rooms despite the fact that it was early in the day. She could easily have given us a reserved room and give the one they gave me to the reserved guest. But she wanted to be rude. I wont go back.

Looks cab be deceiving

Doors on room were iffy... sometimes they would open sometimes they wouldn't...living room tv would shut off quite a bit and then we found a roach crawling on the wall.... they blamed it on the rain.... smh... never again will i stay at this hotel. Let's not forget about the ceiling that was leaking where the light was... that can't be safe !!
