The staff were kind and helpful, which we appreciated. However, the building is very old and not well maintained. The bathroom faucet kept leaking throughout our entire stay, and the constant dripping noise was extremely bothersome day and night. What made it even more upsetting was that it seemed the hotel was already aware that the faucet in this room was broken, yet we were still assigned to it. Despite reporting the issue, it was never fixed and we were not offered a room change. This was very disappointing.

Had some issue with noise reduction and would suggest putting sound machines in to assist travellers with sleep issues. The lady checking me in was super nice so I do want to mention that. The pictures online are deceiving. It is an old hotel. It was not very clean. I probably should have known from the price but the reviews were decent and the pictures misleading. Pretty sure I cleaned someone else’s booger off the wall. The bed was comfortable. I slept and left immediately. I did not want to get in the shower. I would not stay here again. I booked two rooms and they were both the same.

The staff was amazing! Everyone we encountered was smiling, very friendly & helpful. The room was a nice size & clean. Breakfast had a good variety of foods & what I ate was delicious. On our last day there we couldn’t get the hot water to work & the gentleman at the front desk came right over & within a few minutes had the situation resolved. (We just had to let it run a little longer to get it going since it was so early in the morning, so not really an issue) The hotel is a short 9 minute drive to Fort Sill which was our reason for being there, to see our daughter graduate basic training. Overall we had a pleasant experience & would definitely recommend staying there.

The people who work here are very kind. The place appeared clean, however once inside the room we found hair on the floor and the ceiling fan had over an inch of dust on the blades. It was quite nasty. The walls are paper thin so we didn't get much sleep. The breakfast was absolutely disgusting. Cold canned gravy, stale biscuits and green sausage. There was only one waffle maker which did not accommodate the amount of guest that wanted to use it because nobody wanted the other stuff...it was that bad!

The service was not all that bad. The manager attempted to accommodate us and he was nice. However the room was not cleaned. It was very cringy when we discovered the empty corona bottle on the window seal, gross. The rest of the room was immediately nasty to me. The bathroom had rust around the faucet and the tub appeared dingy. The furniture was beaten up and old. The outside of the hotel looks nice and new, but the inside of the rooms look 30 years old. The sofa bed appeared to be sunken in. Do not go off of those pictures in the advertisement. The rooms DO NOT look like that. We were there visiting for my son’s graduation. After seeing all of this I did not want to stay here. The manager allowed me to go look for other accommodations for a short time and then he gave me a refund. Crazy thing is we went down the street to Sleep Inn and it ended up being a miss as well plus twice as much, lol. You live and you learn. Get an Airbnb next time. Their revenue is built from good reviews individually. Every one that I’ve stayed in has been nice and CLEAN. This experience with hotels is driving me in that direction. Aside from going to top notch hotels such as the Marriot or Hilton, of which they were sold out. Bottom line, don’t go here. Price was $255 for two nights and came with a small kitchenette, not too bad.
