The website says breakfast but they have none. The manager even said she told the owner to take free breakfast off the website and he has not done so in years. It’s a nice way to pull you in and then when you ask for compensation, they give you seven dollars Find a hotel that serves breakfast even if it’s muffins and yogurt.

There was a sign on the front desk stating due to delivery issues there would be no breakfast or coffee. I don’t care about breakfast but no coffee! Nobody spoke of any refund or even said sorry. Just a sign.

The room had a microwave and kitchenette. But there was no plates silverware or glasses. So that was useless.

1. When I booked it advertised breakfast and coffee. At check in I asked about the breakfast and coffee and the girl pointed to a little room and said it will be in there. The next morning, no food no coffee. I asked the clerk and she said something about shipping issues. And then they put out a sign stating shipping was the problem. I left message for the manager and expected they would contact me. They did not
2. The key cards had to be put in and pulled out multiple times just to get the doors open.
3. The bed was terrible.
4. The tv system had no information on the guide so you had to scroll through channel by channel.
Over all the hotel has potential. Just seems it needs an owner who cares about the customer and not just the dollar bills.

My Expedia reservation was not honored! I pre paid and was told by the hotel staff that Expedia put in the wrong name…I call BS! I showed staff my booking with confirmation numbers from Expedia and Extended stays hotel and check in Lady would not honor my document. She then said she could not refund what I paid a day before online and would have to charge me a higher rate for the exact same room. What a bunch of BS. Hotel is nice thou and surrounding area is
clean. Room was definitely clean and up kept. Other than check in staffs unwillingness to see what could be done so far it’s a pleasant stay. Check in day was 12-31-2025 at around 645pm

Upon arrival, checking into the room, the room smelled like cat urine I had to go to the desk. I was not offered another room. I was just giving some Febreze to spray around the room. During the night, if you use the restroom or wash your hands or anything, the vent would make noise after the water would go off all night woke up and it was supposed to be a grabbing Go breakfast. They didn’t have any breakfast at all state that they were waiting on a truck so nothing was as it seemed at this hotel.

The front desk staff is NOT friendly!!!They are very stressed out and stretched thin!!They have to leave the desk empty to go to help a customer which is unprofessional and unproductive to the new customer who enters the hotel.

There were few things I should mention that as soon as we got room, we found that refrigerator is making constant sound and luckily maintenance came in about 10 mins to fix that. Overall room was okay but their sofa and work chair’s rexine leather completely removed at hand rest. They should have little more cleaned property.

there was a wad of green gum stuck to the wall... the curtains have holes in them and the bathroom floor was dirty. The bed was clean and comfortable. The heat worked really great. The vent in the bathroom made a popping sound all the time. Housekeeping staff was very friendly. the coffee creamer containers had cream dripping down and when i went to wipe it it was hard and stuck to the sides. It was the same the next day.

First time I used the bathroom I had to call and ask for a plunger and plunged the toilet. Went to wash my hands and the sink held water. The chairs in the room were trash, all torn up. Even though the hotel has a no smoking policy the entire room smelled of cigarette smoke.

The room was okay. The beds were great. I slept very comfortable. Heater was good. Kitchen was ok. No utensils or anything else. Expected something since it was an extended stay. But it was ok. Restroom was clean and water pressure was good(always a plus). The carpet was horrible. Dirty and stained and looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned/vacuumed. And gave it a dingy smell. Very disappointed with the breakfast.

Noisy neighbors, weed smoking, etc.i called the front desk 2 times for help and was told they could only call the offenders, which was no help. I asked to be moved and clerk daid that was not possible. I slept very little, and finally left the property at 4am and slept in my car. The clerk could not have cared less.

⭐️ 1-Star Review — PLEASE Read Before Booking

I’m honestly heartbroken and disgusted by this hotel. We paid $680 for 4 nights, and the first room we were given was absolutely horrible. It smelled awful, the furniture was filthy, and there were roaches crawling around. I was literally in tears because this is not a safe or healthy place for anyone, especially children.

We were able to switch rooms, and while the second room was decent, it still did not make up for how terrible the first room was. The fact that this hotel allows guests to check into rooms like that is beyond unacceptable.

We booked this through Expedia, and honestly, they need to review this property immediately. This place should NOT be listed as a family-friendly option. The conditions are unlivable.

And don’t even get me started on the “breakfast.” They advertised breakfast included, and all they had was muffins, oatmeal packets, and granola bars. That is not breakfast — that’s snacks.

I will never, ever, EVER stay at this hotel again. This was a nightmare, and the only reason we stayed at all was because everything was booked for the holiday. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

If I could give zero stars, I would.

We had nothing but problems with this property. From having to change our room in the middle of the night because of the freezer humming, to the toilet seat being so loose, I fell off it, to moving to a new room and a drip in the bathroom keeping us awake, to the room keys constantly not working, no electricity and the television not working, to minimal to no breakfast at all.

The leather wingback chairs had huge pieces of leather missing so I had to put a towel down in order to even sit on them. Do not stay here.

First off, you couldn’t find an employee anywhere. We reserved two room. The rooms was clean, but lots of damage. One room had a weird smell but not the other. There isn’t any upkeep at all. The bed was springy and worn out. The ac worked great in our both rooms. Lots of homeless people outside hanging around. I would not stay here again.

We booked a room in this hotel because we saw review that said the stay was excellent but what a surprise. Front desk person was not very engaged into providing guidance and a welcoming feel. When we entered the room noticed was a full side bed with no sofa bed as we booked for online. Then we saw the yellow spots on the pillow linen. Then the toilet bowl had a “brown paint” (if you know what I mean 💩 )about 5 inches long from left to right that I do not understand how the housekeeper missed it. The room stink bad enough to interfered with a good sleep. The restroom has mold in corners of bathroom. The phone was dirty. The top of the large refer has so much dust that I doubt it has been wiped off in months.

Everything was good and easy with check in. Hotel was clean, and same with the room. Bed was far from the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever been on, but was hoping for a little bit better quality. Awesome spot to stop at, especially if you’re needing a week or so. Full kitchen with dishwasher. Highly recommend staying here at the end of the day.

Parking felt safe. Staff was a bit harsh in order to get fresh towels we had to bring the dirty ones down ourselves. Breakfast was a bit deceiving. Many moments there was no one at the front desk there was always a sign be back in a few minutes and if you dialed zero to let them know you were waiting you still had to wait. The front desk should always have someone who can give you recommendations for food directions etc.The cleanliness and space of the room was excellent. Not bad for the amount of days we stayed. I would stay again if needed too

I will never recommend this place to anyone!! The front desk ladies were very passive aggressive. They showed visually irritation with customers checking and you could just tell they just didn't want to be there. There was no restroom in the lobby area for customers who were checking and when asked if there was one I was told not for the public only employees you have to wait till you get checked in.
The room smelled!! There was a very very strong body odor that lingered in the room. The reclined that was in the room was worn, old and visible signs of wear.
The bathroom had knats the flew out of the drain when I turned the water on.
The bed was so hard and uncomfortable it felt like I was sleeping on a box spring! The bedding had an over pungent smell of Clorox and that made my nose burn. I didn't get much sleep at all, due to the odors and the feel of the bed. Glade to only have been there 1night!!!!

I thought the room was pretty nice. Pretty much a full kitchen. The air was moist and musty though. The sheets and pillows seemed clean as well as the rest of the room. The air conditioning worked well. Outside the room, people were leaving their full trash bags in the hallway and it wasn’t picked up by anybody for over 12 hours. The garbage outside the front lobby was overflowing pretty much everyday. Overall, not bad for the price. I’d stay there again

We were in town for Basic Training Graduation so the hotel wasn't too far from Fort Sill. I also liked that the property had a kitchen so I could prepare meals which made it feel like home.

One downside is there wasn't a coffee pot in the room and I also noticed that my room didn't have the lounge chair that I noticed in another room.

When we got there after 3:00 there was no one at the desk. We called zero on the phone heard it ring in another room but got no answer. Finally a house keeper happen to pass by and ask what we needed. He had to look for the dwsk person. When she finally showed up she was wearing headphones and looked like she just woke up. The room was clean enough but the ice maker was broke and alot of the vinyl was peeled off the recliner and the office chair was broke.

The property advertised \"Grab and Go\" Breakfast which would have been perfectly acceptable. However, not only was there no breakfast, there was not even coffee anywhere--not in the snack area or in the room. Also, the armchair in the room was in disrepair. The naugahyde was ripped off the arms and the sticky stuffing was exposed. I have never stayed in a hotel room where the furniture was ripping apart. And the bath towels were about the size of 2 hand towels. Front desk staff was friendly. The shower was fantastic!

This property is very run down and in desperate need of a remodel. Bathroom fixtures were rusty and the vinyl of the arms on the recliner had been torn off. While there was plenty of hot water, the bathroom sink backed up and drained very slowly. There were ants in the bathroom the entire time and not just a couple. Breakfast left little to be desired. Some fruit and grain bars, packaged muffins and oatmeal, and coffee. The staff was kind and friendly except the man in housekeeping whom I asked to change out two wash cloths and the bath mat because it was full of ants. He acted put out that he had to walk into the laundry room to retrieve these items for me. We won’t be staying here again and probably won’t choose an extended stay again.
