Don’t look at the pictures and expect that when you get there. The shower faucet was loose coming out the wall almost. Beds were hard as a rock. Toilet paper was as then as Kleenex.

The check-in was swift. They also were very polite. I did have some small concerns on the cleanliness on the outside. The inside wasn't as bad. My room was very tidy but it did need some extra care from house keeping. Overall it was a peaceful stay.

The property was spotlessly clean. There was a real pride taken by the staff in the motel. The housekeepers in particular should be congratulated for the high standard of the room. The best place I’ve stayed so far on my current trip.

It’s good, the room is big and bed comfy.
Maybe just update carpet to non-carpet is my suggestion.

Unfortunately a pretty bad area if your a woman staying alone or with kids. Nothing horrible to say just personally did not feel safe nor clean. Bugs in bathroom and hotel is really run down more like a motel. Staff was not rude but also not very friendly when. voicing my concerns still waiting on refund that he mentioned he processed.

Avoid! I tried two different rooms and both smelled like smoke. The AC’s don’t run while the room is vacate so not only does the room smell like smoke it also smells musty. The shower had stains in it, and the king size bed only has two thin pillows. I left an hour and never came back

The staff is awesome. My truck broke down while I was in Del Rio & needed to stay an extra three days while I tried to figure my truck out. Long story short I needed to leave while my truck was still sitting in the parking spot at the hotel. And they were totally cool with it and understanding the entire time I worked on my truck in the parking lot and when I needed to leave it there, I live 3 1/2 hours away from Del Rio

Obviously, I liked the price but as soon as I found the place I got what I paid for. Cheap doesn't mean better. I did like the convenience of the location but not the location. The soap bar was bigger, nice and soapy like what one found in older motels. I also liked the young lady who took my registration. She seemed pleasant.
What I didn't like was the cheapness of the place. The towels were cheap but slightly better than Motel 6. The breakfast was a joke. Parking was against a busy street, open and susceptible to thieves. I parked really close to the door and hoped my truck didn't get broken into. I saw no security cameras. No elevators to the second floor. I wouldn't stay there again.

This place is par for the course in Del Rio. There are no hotels...only motels. I'm a hotel snob so this was hard to take. Also, there are no discounted rooms because the DPS stays in all the motels to help assist with the border.
