Great looking hotel, real “kerb appeal”. We stayed in one of the two suites on the twelfth floor, only stayed two nights could happily have spent two months.

We love this hotel stayed before a few times. Great location in town centre easy to walk anywhere and free parking in large car park right next door. Room was spacious comfort deluxe classic and on 11th floor very quiet. Breakfast is high quality with good choices and times are very generous to choose from. Staff are all superb. The young man who looked after us was a credit to the company. Had a sharing platter in the bar one evening €18 and it was a great meal. Can not wait to return

From the outside this hotel looks Grand but is desperately in need of refurbishment. The room I stayed in was very dated but clean. Wallpaper was coming away from the walls and finding a light switch in dark was a challenge. Food and other facilities were very good.

The lounge area, breakfast restaurant etc. all fine and nice. But the rooms and upper floors are worn and needs cleaning and also an upgrade. The gym .. which was a key reason why I chose this hotel, ... was a dissappointment. Uninspiring room, few equipment and not recent. That said, I had a good stay, a good nights sleep, and a very nice breakfast. So it delivered on the main parameters. But it dissapointed my expectations ... which were inflated by Htels.com's guest score.

The hotel was nice. The room was o.k. the bathroom shower was very small and they don't give you washcloths which we thought strange. The sheets were rough and not comfortable. The breakfast was not that great. A couple of days to fruit was sour. The laundry service which we used twice, ruined a pair of pants and gave us someone else's clothes.

Lovely big room however the bathroom was a deathtrap. Nice comfy bed, parking was a bit difficult to find and multi-storey which was a bit tight if u have a big car. Massive bathroom but be very careful when getting out of shower as I slipped on the bathmat and took an almighty fall hitting my head on the tiles and badly bruising myself. After telling reception they did not seem bothered and did not put in accident book.

Der Aufenthalt war überragend. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer war super. Das ganze Hotel war zur Weihnachtszeit richtig schön hergerichtet. Das frühstück war umfangreich und lecker. Parken konnte man vergünstigt direkt neben dem Hotel im Parkhaus und auch nach dem check out konnten wir weiterhin im Parkhaus stehen bleiben und noch in den Ort gehen zum bummeln. Sehr gerne wieder.

Das Zimmer war schön, entsprach den Bildern. Insgesamt fanden wir das Hotel sehr ansprechend besonders gefallen hat uns das vielfältige Frühstück. Was uns gar nicht gefallen hat war die Parkplatzsituation. Die angepriesene Ladestation hat nicht funktioniert und es wurden auch keine Alternative angeboten, unschön nachts noch einer Ladestellle suchen zu müssen. Zudem war das Parkhaus sehr eng und mit einem großen Auto nur schwer zugänglich.

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr sehr schön, gerade auch der Frühstücksraum in der Mitte des “Theaters”. Das Frühstück ist super, tolle Auswahl. Die Lage des Hotels könnte nicht besser sein, man ist direkt im Kern und läuft nur wenige Minuten zu den wichtigsten Attraktionen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.
