Issues:
- bike storage should have proper racks to give more security to cyclists. We had no issues, but i didn’t feel comfortable leaving my bike at first and you are not allowed to keep them in your room.
- i think their ecofriendliness could be improved by leaving soap bars, as ours was swapped with a new one every day even though it had been hardly used.

Enclosed underground carpark very convenient but is also right next to Roermond station so perfect if coming by train. Lots of nice pubs and restaurants nearby and a short walk from pretty much everything we wanted to see/do. Some staff were really friendly, particularly the housekeeping, while others were kind of rude. Would love to see more vegan options at breakfast but other than that it was a fine stay

Visited Roermond for an overnight stay in May, very impressed with the town, very historic and pretty with plenty of bars/restaurants. We were there on Sunday, warm but cloudy and the place was still busy. The huge outlet shopping centre is 5 mins walk from the hotel. Free parking is available at the nearby train station car park. Its on the other side of the railway from the hotel but i found it easy to find and park. Quick walk from car park to hotel through the connecting tunnel. Hotel was very good, restaurant next door which is where breakfast is served. Would use again

Hotel Roermond is a superb hotel and ticks all the boxes for me. Ideally located in the centre and right next to the train station. Undergound car parking is a short walk away and paid for by the hotel if you are a resident.
It`s next to the old town which is superb and has enough bars and restaurants for you to choose from.
The hotel itself is clean, immaculate and the staff are very helpful and friend. Great breakfast also! Top marks from me.

We csme to Roermond to celebrate my husband birthday. Upon arriv at 3pm which is checkin time we were given room that was not yet cleaned. When we returned to reception to advise them, it didnt seem like an issue and we were told to wait they will send housekeeping. Given that it was check in. Time and we just arrived from a train journey , i told reception that the right thing to do is find quickly a room that is ready so we can check in, as minimise the inconvenience caused. This was my suggestion. It took very long to get the room in fact we only checked into a room 45mins post arrival :-(. All this time waiting with bags standing around. We could have easily been offered a cup of tea /hot choc etc complimentary whilst waiting but nothing. It wasnt the best start to the birthdays celebrations however thankfully the room was good and rest of stay pleasant.

This is a new beautiful hotel. The room was very nice and comfortable. The beds were great and the bathroom with rain shower wonderful. The breakfast buffet and dinners in the hotel restaurant are very good. The hotel has underground parking and the location is very convenient and centrally located. You are able to walk everywhere within the old town from the hotel. It’s only less than an hour driving to the south of Limburg if you want to go to Vaals or Maastricht for the day. We highly recommend this hotel.

Das Frühstück im Hotel war unterm Durchschnitt, keine Auswahl und die Rühreier waren total trocken, einfach ungenießbar!

Prima hotel met vriendelijk en competent personeel. Kamer was ruim, netjes en stil( de kermis konden wij niet horen en op het busplein ook weinig(doordeweeks) ontbijt was prima, alleen weinig unieks. Typisch hotel ontbijtje. Grootste minpunt (tussen aanhalingstekens) was de bizar penetrante rioollucht in de gargae. Die namen we in de auto zelfs mee terug naar Rotterdam

Goed hotel als je weekendje outlets wil doen icm Maastricht. Vriendelijk personeel en een goed ontbijt. Enigste minpunt is t betaald parkeren. En de 2 Oudere stoelen in de kamer. Voor de rest is de kamer van alle gemakken voorzien minibar inloop regen douche handdoeken en een mooie grote tv.

Leider war uns vorher nicht bewusst, dass auch die Holländer verrückt nach Karneval sind. Direkt vor/neben dem Hotel war ein Event mit Bühne und Livegesang, welches aber gegen 18:30 Uhr beendet war. Dadurch aber leichte Schwierigkeiten das Hotel zu erreichen. Würde nicht nochmal zu dieser Zeit dorthin fahren. Aber Roermond ist auf jeden Fall Wert besucht zu werden.
Im Sommer ist es da auch sehr, sehr schön. Mit den Maasplatten, Beach Bars und Strände.

La personne a la réception très désagréable de plus il nous fait payer le parking alors qu’il sait très bien qu’il n’a pas de place dans le parking depluus il dit qu’il n’a pas de réservation pour le parking mais quand il as une place disponible il la réserve pour d’autres client aucun respect.

Alles in allem sehr gut gelegenes Hotel mitten im Zentrum. Sehr sauber, sehr nettes Personal. Einen kleinen Abzug gibts wegen der Fenster die nicht sehr Schallisolierend sind. Man hört so ziemlich alles was auf der Straße los ist.
