The breakfast was the most basic one I have ever had at a hotel, all they had was cereal, bread and bagels!! The em room was clean but the coffee supplies in the room seemed very old (the creamer and the sugar)!! Overall I liked it but the breakfast and coffee was disappointing

It was fine, there were a couple issues like the fridge making random noises in the middle of the night. There was also a lot of damage to walls from water in bathroom. Overall clean, they did enter my room on a three night stay and change sheets and brought new towels so service is good, I was abit concern stuff was missing but everything was there. Overall I would likely stay there again provided if I needed a place to stay in that area again

As soon as we got to the room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. The manager came and sprayed some “smoke eliminator” that helped. The TV remote did not work and the floor was so filthy that my son’s feet were black within an hour. The tub was not properly cleaned and my 5 year old found a cigarette butt on the floor.

Thankfully, the sheets and bed were clean, so we just laid down and slept (after cleaning our feet!).

The first room we stayed in had blood stained, muddy sheets and the bathtub was full of hair and the bathroom door had dirty hand prints all over. The front desk did move us to a cleaner room but still some stains on the sheets but the bathroom was cleaner. The price was good but I don't think i would stay there again.

The images and description of this place do not reflect the online images. The staff was friendly & helpful. Quiet area. The room itself was dirty. Hair on the sheets, floor & carpet dirty. Cobwebs at corners, headboard dusty, comforter stained, wall light cover dirty, door looked dirty and or faded paint. Drapes were stained, bathroom mirror was not clean, bathroom fan dirty, baseboard was detached from wall. The soap & bodywash was nice. Tear out the outdated kitchen.

First of all the room was advertised at smoke free, but the whole room including the sheets smelled like cigarette smoke. The sheets were stained & the blanket had a cigarette burn on it.there was a stain of something on the bathroom wall. Upon lifting the toilet seat up there was feces on the toliet & under the seat. There were tiny hairs of someone who shaved in the upper perimeter of the bathroom sink. The chair had a hole in it & upon moving the chair & upon looking at the perimeters of the floor were very dirty & unswept. It was overall a very unhealthy environment. My wife & I will never stay at the Red Roof Inn in Urichsville again. I should demand a refund.

The whole room 117 could use a renovation and a deep clean, the floor looks like it hadn’t been swept in months and everything was really dusty. I was praying that my bed sheets were clean. The pillows were flat and the bed was springy. Overall I just think it’s too old and dirty. Holiday Inn is where I love to go for a good clean building, room and breakfast :)

I like the location. Originally from Deersville -Freeport area. Perfect for visiting family. This was my third stay. Nice little continental breakfast. Price was great for a place to lay my head down.

I'm completely pissed soap was in the shower from previous customer cigarette holes in my sheets I asked for a non-smoking room smelled like I walked into a bar full of smokers stains on the sheets from 7:30 pm one hour after arriving people next to us fought all night slamming doors yell cussing drinking we literally spent $60 to listen to noise and reek of smoke and nasty feet. Idk the side facing Jerry's is horrible. In Jan we stayed on the other side the new updated rooms and it was lovely. But yesterday was a waste of money never again

Normally I've never had any issues to complain about but my last 3 stays here have been terrible and I don't think I'll be staying here again. 3 weeks ago I checked in and the manager put my grandson and I in a room and within 20 minutes I began itching really bad and felt something on my neck and ankle. I lifted the pillow on the bed and I was astonished when I saw 3 bedbugs I was able to grab a tissue and catch 2 and took them right down to the front desk and showed the manager. While he was rather shocked by what he was seeing and very apologetic he offered to move us to another room. I accepted because I just drove 11 hours and exhausted I had my grandson strip and get in the shower afterwards I did the same and threw both our clothes in the trash and had to double bag our clean clothes go to a local laundry mat and wash our clothes 3 times. Reluctantly we stayed an additional night and to my surprise the manager didn't even offer a discount or refund for the first night after the nightmare and 3 hours in a laundry mat trying to get the nasty bugs out of our clothes. Now I gave Red Roof Inn the benefit that the last stay was an unfortunate event and it happens I decided to stay here because of the locality and not the property but Red Roof Inn reservation overcharged me for my reservation by 20.00 dollars I called and cancelled and made a new reservation and now I have a charge for the one night stay but an additional 66.39 change pending on my card.

I didn’t ask for more towels because I had bought some that were on sale, but the room only offered 2 bath, 1 hand towel and 2 wash cloths….. there was 4 of us! But other than that, it wasn’t too bad a place to stay. I didn’t have time in the morning to try their breakfast.

You get what you paid for.

I’ve stayed there before and have never had many problems. If you want an outstanding hotel, this is not the place. If you just need a place to stay and sleep with a decent price, this would be it. When I stayed it had been raining heavily and I had a problem with ants on the nightstand. When I mentioned it they said the exterminator had recently sprayed but said the ants would probably come back. The maid had ant spray that helped for the two nights I was there. So they did what they could.

Staff was very attentive and helpful; but I had requested a first floor room and they were not able to give me that. It is an older facility and it is obvious they are making upgrades as they can. Absolutely do not stay here, there’s bugs.

The check in person was rude and said my card was declined before even running it. I asked him to run it again and he seemed annoyed. Once it went through (as I knew it would) he said nothing and handed me my card back. When we got to our room it smelled musty. Later that night we discovered ants… literally everywhere. They were crawling on myself and my daughter while we slept. The outlet by the sink didn’t work, the tub was clogged, toilet went up to the brim when you flush it and I can tell you it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly before we checked in because when we showered, the mirror fogged up and you could see where someone wrote on the mirror with their finger. We checked out early and lost money because it was so gross. Do not stay here.

Service was terrible the people were sketchy the room was crazy messy You could hear through the walls there were bugs all over the room. Somebody tried getting into our room a couple of times and we had to push furniture against the door. Worst place I've ever stayed. Couldn't sleep because I was too scared.

The blankets on beds were not clean/stained. There were lots of strange people (young people/girls). There was arguing and commotion in room 212 (down hall) from us. There were no amenities. The first room assigned toilet did not work. The second room had missing light bulbs in lamps. If it were not so late in day, I would have canceled reservation and looked for another place, which I tried to do next day but everywhere within 50 miles already booked (Amish area). Will not return or reserve rooms with any other Red Roof Inns. The young person working desk was helpful and did try best to resolve issues, but this place left bad impression for future visits at Red Roof Inns. I got impression it was a no tell motel with lots of activity going on.
