No hot water the evening we checked in or the next morning. Some beds were missing top sheets.This place looks like they started to remodel & never finished. Very disappointed… gave us a bagged breakfast. No coffee in the morning. I thought from the description they did a continental breakfast? But to not have coffee? Very disappointed & looked stupid in front of my friends. I was in charge to get nice rooms…. Not so nice …

The staff was super welcoming and helpful. The hotel is actively trying to update, and is still making progress in this area. But if you are looking for a hotel with a comfortable, clean bed, and quick hot water and a safe location, all at an affordable price, you can't go wrong with this hotel. The location is convenient to multiple restaurants and stores.

The room door was not closing properly. The refrigerator was loud and not functioning. The towels were dirty. The shower had mold. The breakfast consisted of 1 yoghurt, 1 cereal bar, 1 small bag of mini muffins, a small bottle of water and 1 cup of coffee for each person. There was no table or chair in the room. One package of creamer, sugar, stirrer and napkin was already opened and had the napkin missing.

The room was so small they have two double beds both against the wall’s and the one was blocking the ac return so it wasn’t getting cold until the bed was moved to the middle of the room which put it against the other bed

The room looked like a crime scene and we took pictures, holes in the fall, toilet look like it never been clean it was resembles coffee in the bowl n tank, shower had holes they tried to repair with caulk, the air stayed on one temperature and beds sheets had stains red n brown! We never had housekeeping clean our room the whole 3 nites upon checking out we were told they just hired the housekeeper! We had to beg for face towels. We couldn’t cancel because it wasn’t the type of room to cancel where we could get our money back! They were barbecuing in the parking lot taking up parking spots blasting music. All the property mgr could say was she so sorry! 1st time in my traveling history had I had a hotel/motel like this and I will never ever stay there again and not recommend it either!

Perfect location and welcoming staff

This property holds sentimental value to me as my grandparents managed this motel years ago when a different company owned it and I spent my childhood here. I can appreciate that a lot of work has gone into repairing and fixing up the location. The new management is visibly dedicated to to ensuring that your stay is pleasant. Staff in the office and the maid service were extremely friendly and welcoming. I didn't get a chance to swim but the pool looked clean and well maintained.

Room was dirty, floor hadn’t been swept or cleaned, shower is stained orange with holes in the sides, no towel rack, tiny toilet, evidence of bed bugs to the point that we tried to find another hotel by because of Hall of Fame weekend, no other hotels were available. My wife and I ended up purchasing bed bug spray and other cleaning supplies and spent an hour cleaning. The dresser and bed stand were dirty too, we didn’t even take our luggage into the room. Before we even entered our room we noticed no less then 4 charcoal grills on the walk ways against the very rooms that people sleep in. One guy was actually cooking on one he pulled into a parking space and blocked with an orange traffic cone. Accident waiting to happen. On the good side the mattress slept comfortable once we got the bugs out of our thoughts. The 2 receptionists we met were nice and friendly even though they had no power/authority to improve our situation. As my wife and myself stopped into the office to talk, there was a man arguing with the receptionist over a missing TV remote, she stayed calm even though she didn’t have a replacement, he escalated and stormed out. A comment I find telling is that the hotel (close to 100 rooms) only had one house keeper. It’s apparent that it’s been that way for some extended time.

The building is old and our door lock was hard to open at times. The beds were comfortable and the pool was nice but there were about a dozen dead stink bugs under the main light shade. We called housekeeping and were told it's a maintenance issue and the maintenance man was out of state so there was nothing they could do.

This hotel was dirty and was in need of repair. There were unrepaired holes in the bathroom wall, poorly repaired holes in the bedroom area, trash under the bed, dirt and hair in the shower. The mirror had several black areas from the back possibly due to being removed and placed back to the same wall.The rooms looked nothing like the images online. There was no toiletries in the room and 1 set of bath towels for 2 people. There was 2 plugs in the room 1 for the lamp between the beds and the other for a tv and extension cord that had a coffee maker, microwave, and a refrigerator (fire hazard). If we could give this place zero stars we would. We booked for 2 nights. Stayed one and moved to another hotel.

Our room was half ass done. One bed was made up while the other had a flat sheet thown on top. Tv didn't work. Was given a remote which didn't help cuz it wasn't programmed. To drive to my room there was a huge pothole that was at least 3 feet wide by 4 feet long. The door to room didn't even shut correctly and you could see about 3/4\" on the bottom side of it. The bolt lock didn't work. The safety lock was loose as it wasn't screwed in well.
On top of that there was no ice bucket, no tissues. The light above the TV didn't work. And the shower head wouldn't move to be able to easily hit me. The first shower the water was only warm.

Dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at and my kids woke up with bites in them. BEWARE!!!! The front desk said they couldn't issue me a refund and the manager would have to and now she had ghosted me. Was told the front desk was giving out to many refunds. I WONDER WHY!!!!!!

This is the worst hotel I have ever booked. We actually left after FINALLY getting our room 3 hours after check in. The room was filthy. I tried returning the key to the front desk and no one was there and no one answered the phone number that was left on a sign on the counter. I will be making a valid complaint thru the Days Inn website as well.

People were also smoking dope outside of the rooms. Ridiculous

The sign said the pool was open. It was not, it was also green. The room smelled like bleached mold and the shower was lined with black mold. There were 2 outlets for 3 devices, one of which was the mini fridge, which was iced up and dripping on the inside. The toilet screamed when it was flushed and there was hair curly-cues all over the floor. Absolutely awful, felt sketchy and trafficky.

As soon as we arrive there is no one at the desk. We had to call to get someone to the front desk. The room was very small and parts were actually crumbling. The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot. If you are expecting breakfast (because it is advertised as including breakfast) you are given a brown bag with mini muffins, yogurt, a granola bar and water. There is no coffee or tea (unless you make it in your room). This is fine for having a place to sleep for a night, but I wouldn’t stay for more than that.

Other then the this hotel is unkept and disgusting, I also didn’t receive my $50 deposit back and left my room better then when I got there. I’m a house keeping supervisor in Columbus, so this hotel keeping my deposit with outrageous claims is an insult. I highly recommend looking elsewhere this place takes advantage of their customers and have corrupt actions!

Check in was delayed for 15 minutes as the desk clerk said an employee went home early and didn't finish cleaning our senior accessible room, so she had to check and substitute another room. Also she answered two consecutive phone calls (instead of putting them on hold) while I was waiting for the room key! The pool was not clear water but murky looking, our shower had a wet/bloody towel left in the corner, which meant we had to go back to the office and ask for another towel. Not the best place to stay.

When I arrived, she gave me a dirty room. When I went back to the desk to let her know, she wasn’t there so I waited till she returned. I got the key to another room. The toilet had burns on them and the walls were dirty. The bed by the ac was ok comfort wise but the other bed was dipped in the middle. The tv remote didn’t work. No ice. The pictures you have on the app need to be updated. They do not match. Deceiving. Also the app doesn’t disclose the fact that they charge a 50$ deposit that is refunded at the end. This is a problem because I paid for my reservation and wasn’t expecting 50$ more.

I stay here often, this particular time the room was a bit less than expected. I do take price into consideration, but my room on this trip left a lot to be desired. In addition, I realized a few hours after I booked, I had inadvertently booked for the wrong date. I contacted Expedia who contacted the property in an attempt to correct my booking date but could not as it was non refundable. I made another booking for the correct date which was for that evening hoping for a resolve when I checked in. The person at the desk seemed to be confused as to what I was asking and offered no help. I realize it’s my mistake when I booked, but I was hoping that even though non refundable, that since I did stay a different night and they still got that money that for a repeat customer, they would make an attempt to contact management to resolve. So for now, I paid double for a less than acceptable room and I’m now hoping the $50 room deposit I had to put on my card (which I’ve never been charged before) gets refunded so I don’t end up with a cost of $180 for something that was not even worth the $65 I paid for the room that didn’t come close to what I was used to from this property. I believe I’ll be ending my use of this property. I gave a 3 instead of a 1 because I know they are usually better

Property is very old, scary, and dirty. Does not feel like a safe spot for families. It was 115$ for the night CAD and even that was over paying. I would pay triple next time to avoid. We did not use the shower as it was so yucky looking. We got in late- slept and got out as fast as possible. I should have know better as this is my second terrible experience with days inn Wyndham property- but I will never do it again!

The room was very dirty. Hair on the beds and in the shower. Trash was under the beds and the blankets were stained badly. There was a hole busted in the bathroom door, broken drawer on nightstand, and the room door was very difficult to open from the outside and inside.

The Inn itself was OK outside. For it being a Days Inn I would have expected better. The beds were way too soft & although the staff I did encounter was decent, the bathroom was horrible for a reputable name. The shower was older with the tiles & mold on the grout, a big bleack hair clump on the floor of the shower & terrible stains in the toilet! I guess the definition of \"clean\" is different to some people.
There was no room to maneuver & relax.
NEVER AGAIN!!!!

The rooms are being updated in parts of the hotel. But the rooms do not look like the pictures.
When checking in the desk clerk was on the phone the whole time. We didn’t get the room that we reserved. The room we got had two beds we were supposed to have a queen size bed not two full size ones. Also the room could have been cleaner. You could tell that it hadn’t been occupied in a while and that they went to check it before we got there. There was foot prints across the floor.

Not worth more than $50 a night. The room was very basic, big empty space where a table could’ve fit easily, no USB plugs. The white bed linens had random stains as well as numerous black dirt bits in the sheets which made me think it had not been cleaned recently or bugs. Was itchy all night and got horrible sleep with the tiny twin bed and small pillows.

I have stayed in some pretty rundown hotels and motels, but this one takes the cake. I don’t mind a dated hotel room because honestly when I’m on vacation I’m usually not in my room so I don’t need fancy. This room was terrible; we decided not to use the shower because it still had what we believed to be shampoo/conditioner still on the walls and the ceiling above the shower was falling down. The ceiling was cracked in multiple places. When the door was closed you could still see outside and you couldn’t open the black out curtains (that had cuts in them and were falling down) because there were no sheer curtains to keep a level of privacy. The door to the fridge was rusty and inside the dresser drawers were dirty and had change and one drawer even had an earring still in it. Behind the night stand was disgusting. The bed and pillows were surprisingly really comfortable but the bed was busted or something because every time one of us would move there was some kind of popping sound or squeaking sound or a combination of both. If you really in a pinch and need a room for a night this MIGHT be decent enough to get you through, but I’d never recommend this hotel to anyone. Ever.

Breakfast advertised starting at 630. Door unlocked at 651 only to learn it was a bagged breakfast consisting of a microwaved breakfast wrap, what the hell.
Noisy patrons and homeless noisy as well. Will never stay at a Days in again
