Staff were very friendly but did not adhere to the signs of not putting towels on sun beds before 8.00. Towels started arriving at 6.00 am and staff did nothing about it so by 7.00 am all sun beds had been reserved. So why put signs up when nothing is done. Music by the pool at times was really loud perhaps it could have been toned down a little. Room was clean and bed comfortable

Stayed October check in great i had accidentally made a mistake on the booking, the manager rectified it quickly,easily and with minimal fuss, we had a swim up room (2111) best room in the hotel in my view, sun all day, straight into pool, bar/restaurant close by. Ordered from the restaurant 2 eveni gs as food was so good, we had it in the room and the team brought everything we needed to eat in the room, food was very good taste wise and value fir mone, would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel and friendly staff, very clean and comfortable. Only negative for us is that it was a bit noisy from neighbouring bars. Also had a swim up room which only had a chair on it, there were sunbeds right opposite but could never get them and had folk looking right on to our swim up and into our room. Overall nice hotel though.

Our recent seven-night stay at this hotel was a mix of highs and unfortunate lows. While the room itself was well-equipped with all the essentials like a mini fridge, air conditioning, ample wardrobe space, and a vanity, our experience was significantly tarnished by a major issue with the jettub. On the fourth night, we decided to use the jettub, only to discover live worms in the water. Shocked and distressed, we immediately informed reception, which they explained that it happened because the tub had not been used in a while. Despite usage of the tub, such facilities should be serviced regularly and deep cleaned after each room booking.

They did offer a cleaning of the tub and gave us the option to switch rooms or extend our checkout time, the damage was done. The thought of using the jettub again was completely off-putting, even after their offer to clean it, so we stayed in our room.

Aside from this, there were some positive aspects to our stay. The balcony provided a pleasant spot to relax, despite the view overlooking less-maintained parts of the hotel. The central location was another highlight—close to shops, restaurants, bars, and a taxi rank within a five-minute walk, which made getting around easy. The hotel's decor was modern but could use a bit of TLC (e.g., straightening lamps and ensuring wallpaper is properly sealed).

Breakfast was rather underwhelming, offering a limited selection. All in all, this hotel has potential, with a bit more attention to detail

We had a swim up room which was lovely. Staff were very accomodating. The pool area was nice and breakfast was varied. We parked right ourside on the road. The hotel is right by a of the bars and restaurants.

You can get the public but for less than a pound to the beach.

Music from the pool was very loud and repetitive which we didnt like.

Last visit 3 years ago. Selection of hot food poor. Only had grilled mushrooms and tomatoes once a week. Cold foods need proper covers to stop flies ! It was a nightmare some days to get a sunbed.
People were reserving these at 6am! Also music around the pool was awful and far too loud for mature visitors.

Very beautiful hotel! so accessible to the strip and there are two supermarkets opposite the hotel. Only criticisms I have are that there was dust under our bed, don’t know how the cleaners missed that and maybe more options for breakfast! Other than that, it’s a great hotel to stay in.

On first impressions the hotel is good - great location and spacious rooms, we were upgraded to a large room with jacuzzi spar. Its the detail that lets this hotel down - the TV was about 30 years old and was almost impossible to work, there was hair on the floors in the room and the shower bracket was broken so had to hand hold the shower. The WIFI was the other are that let this down very hit and miss. Breakfast was ok however flies around all the cheese and ham was quite off putting. We only stayed one night and for £60 to visit Hisaronu and get your head down its ok but dont expect greatness - the furstration is alot of this would be easily remedied

I likes the hotel over all if you don’t mind being 20 minutes away from city center and sea.
Easy check in and nice reception staff, room and swimming pool which located in the middle of the hotel. Stayed for one night only and left early because we had ferry that is why we had no chance to see the breakfast.
Our stay was on Sunday, the hotel had a BBQ musical party on the pool. We have been told be one of the receptionist it cost 700 tl per person.
When we go later to the site to make a reservation, they told us it is 650 tl per person!!! And they charged us for soft drinks later while it was supposed to be included in dinner!
The most annoying thing was the noises after the party ends. Some of customers stayed there till 1 am laughing and talking loudly which prevented us from having a sleep.
And the worst part was the fight and yelling which happened after, between the staff ( as they told us next day) in the pool area and we kept awake till 2:30 am as noises come closer to our floor.
I am wondering if it between staff members, why did they keep fighting near our rooms ?!!!
At check out they want to charge us for 2 orange juice which we did not order.

When we got to the hotel. From the on set we could tell it was anything but high class. Rooms are horrible. Bathrooms were worse. Pool area was nice. But horrible staff. Rude obnoxious check in staff. Hated it. Pillows were filthy. Most certainly not a 4 star. 2 star hotel at tops. Wish we stayed at mote verde hotel. Or the okra hotel and villa. Paid £105 for 1 night. Wasted. Have been travelling for the past 30 years. This has ro be the worst hotel to date.

Adjust your expectations as the name Ocean Blue High Class Hotel is misleading. If they changed it to Ocean Blue Really good warm welcoming Hotel then you'll be pleasantly surprised by just how good it is!!! High Class would put you off or mess with your expectations .. First time in the area, I thought I was heading to Oludeniz however the hotel is in Hisaronyu (apologies for any misspellings).
Turned out that was a plus! Great little town fab restaurants and a proper holiday strip of food n fun and genuine fake shopping- all on your doorstep.
Fetiyhe and Oludeniz are a short taxi ride away costing less than a tenner and less than a fiver respectively so \"cheap as chips\" to get around.
Staff in hotel just ooze Turkish delightful charm and really care...
Fab swimming pools, lovely breakfast, fab staff from reception to kitchen staff.. they just can't do enough to keep you happy.. highly recommended ... Taxi ride from Dalaman Airport is 250 tl which is between £30-£40 , depending upon currency rates. Shopkeepers love Sterling- everywhere, so don't change all your money, maybe enough to cover the taxi as the locals welcome your \"sterling cash money\" ....everywhere and will give rates even better than John Lewis if you wanna exchange some more.
So there you go... A lovely hotel a great base, and a lovely place.
By the way .. do every trip, especially the boat trips. Brilliant and cheap days out... And Pepe's Steakhouse is next door and great! Fab steaks for £15!

In the Annex! - not up to scratch

We ended up in the annex, which was a bit odd! the room was only cleaned (including towels! good job there was plenty of them) once, on the 6th day of our 8 day stay, we were convinced the hotel had forgotten we were over there. We discovered this building had only been taken over by Ocean Blue a couple of months earlier but, I would say it needed quite a bit of work to bring it up to scratch, ( I won't bother listing it all) disappointed we didn't get a nicer room. The hotel facilities were good i.e massage and spa, the breakfast is poor - we didn't bother most days. The pool area could be cleaner, the small tables always seemed grubby and sticky. The location was great - just off the main strip, far enough away from noise and close enough to walk to busy areas. In saying this I would go back again but not in the annex, unless they do great things with it during this winter.

Great location easy walk into town and access to dolmus. One of the nicest pools ive been in. Highly reccomend the Turkish night and the spa facilities & Turkish bath. Our stay was in a terraced room which was very comfortable,and clean.
The views were excellent outlook to mountain range.

Possibly the nicest hotel/pool in this spot

Had a \"swim-up\" balcony room which was a great idea. AC worked well and was very clean and quite modern. Pool and pool-side bar was very nice. Breakfast wasn't amazing, but there was plenty of it! Only problem we had was that our first room had a damp patch on the wall which smelled a but, but I asked to be moved and the folks on reception were extremely helpful and our second room was great. Hotel doesn't look as good from the street as it does poolside, but to be honest the whole resort is pretty untidy and walking around looking at many of the hotels I would say that the Ocean Blue must be one of the top ones in the town and can therefore justify it's \"High Class\" claim. I would suggest booking a pool-side room to avoid the noise from the street and nearby restaurants.

Great pool (especially the swim-up room), amazing breakfast, very nice rooms and shuttle bus stops right outside to take you to Fethiye or Oludeniz beach every few minutes. Only nitpick - the wifi in our room barely worked and when we asked for reception's help, they were not overly interested. Otherwise, this hotel is highly recommended.

Lovely hotel with a great location

This hotel is beautiful and is set in the center of everything. It is a two minute walk from the square that people have to travel via buses to get to! It is easy access to the beach too and other activities in Olu Deniz.

The staff were amazing and very friendly. They were very helpful and always gave accurate information. The hotel had a few special nights which turned out to be very fun and entertaining for all the family. As well as this, the hotel helped arranged ALL the activities you wanted to do - you didn't even need to walk out your door! Everything was arranged from your transport to your food.

Last of all, the rooms were very comfy and were cleaned daily. Generally everything was in neat condition; however, as you may expect, you could see signs of wear and tear. The pool was always kept clean and tidy.

Overall, I would recommend this to anyone and I will be going back next year. Thank you to everyone at Ocean Blue High Class Hotel. Can't wait to be back next year!

Fab hotel, stayed in quite a few over the years and this is easily the best. Slightly more pricey than the competition, but definitely up to European standards.

the rooms are small, I think we have one of the smallest though (roof room which was also the cheapest) we had a beautiful view of the pool and mountains the decor is lovely, rooms were very clean, good attention to detail. Located in Hisaronu, it is far enough away for there to be no noise and close enough for a 2 minute walk into the town. All the resteraunts we ate in in Hisanonu served lovely food. Breakfast was good, serving different things everyday including fruit, yoghurt, toast, homemade jam, chese pastries, beans, small sausages, some days they cooked pancakes. We booked excurtions through the hotel and the transfers were poor, turning up late and not knowing who they were picking up / dropping off. I would recommend getting the bus to the excursions if this is an option! All the staff were lovely and so helpful. Over all we had a lovely stay and the hotel is beautiful, would stay here again!

A bit disappointed with our stay

We stayed in Ocean Blue High Class Hotel in Oludeniz for one night as part of a leisure trip on the coast. The first impression was a bad one as the welcoming from the staff was pretty cold when we checked in. Signs at the entrance of the hotel all the way into the room saying not to bring food from outside into the rooms or \"they will be immediatly removed if seen\" immediatly turned us down. Signs in the bathroom asking not to throw toilet paper in the toilets but rather in the trash sounded gross. Then we experienced an open shower wetting absolutely everything around in the small bathroom. My pregnant wife slipped on the wet floor and almost fell after the first shower. We were once again disappointed with the staff at the breakfast. They were smiley but we were expecting a more professional environment (the cook was eating in the corner of the room, the waiters were wearing all kinds of shoes underneath their uniform, including tennis shoes). Overall okay open buffet but nothing oustanding. On a more positive note, having our own car and GPS, we found the hotel location with no problem. Restaurants and kids activities are available within a walking distance. The beach is far but no problem for us; does the hotel provide shuttle for other guests without car? Awesome swimming pool. Nice view on the pool and the mountains from the room. Clean bedroom and comfortable bed.

We stayed for one night and enjoyed our stay overall. Hotel was clean and quite. Staff was friendly although the checkout was at 12 they allowed us to checkout at 1 pm. Staff could speak and understand english a bit better than other hotels so it is a plus. Room wasn't too spacious but it was ok. Location was good as well close to Oludeniz and there was free parking.
