THIS IS A FANTASTIC PLACE! All the staff remembered my name. I had a bad flight situation and came a day late. They welcomed me with a bottle of wine and quill-pen written orientation note! Food was good, too.

The room was very clean and comfortable, but what made this hotel the most special and memorable was the service of the staff! They went above and beyond to help us plan our trip/itinerary, had wonderful beach and restaurant accommodations. The breakfast that is included is delicious and best coffee I’ve ever had! The manager (George) was reachable at all times. For example, our taxi did not show up at 4:30am and when we called George answered us immediately and called the taxi he even went to the extent of following up with the taxi to confirm he had picked us up! Lila, front desk receptionist made sure to pack us each a lunchbox for the road! Definitely recommend this spot, 5 min drive from airport!

A wonderful base from which to discover Santorini
The welcome at the hotel, despite our 1hr flight delay (arriving 1am), was first rate and the airport pickup had been awaiting our arrival. This high level of service continued throughout our stay, with faultless service from all staff, from the manager (George) through Reception (Joanna & Lela), Breakfast (Toula) and Housekeeping - nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was first rate - exactly as featured on the photographs, and the hotel position was central to the local town but very quiet day and night - absolutely no aircraft noise! Messaria is a great base to explore the island - a very short ride from the airport and centrally placed but away from the crowds of Fira and Oia. The hotel has generous car parking for guests. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel!

The staff were super welcoming and honored our request for a room with no steps (I think there is one with no steps and a few with 3 steps); this was perfect for my mom who has knee trouble. Everything here is brand new, the beds are comfortable, the pool is great. Getting to Fira by bus is really easy; the bus stops are just a block away. We used the hotel arranged transfer service to get there from the ferry. We used Uber as well. I’m glad I didn’t let the fact that this hotel is located in Mesaria keep us from staying here. We loved it!

From the beginning of the airport pickup, to the host Maria, greeting us, and our bartender/Server Alexandra helping us, it was an Amazing experience!!!! Everyone was really nice and helpful, kept us updated, gave us a warm welcome and feeling, hotel was comfortable and clean, it was simple yet cute homey feeling. We only stayed for one night but i would definitely recommend anyone staying here and would come back and stay again! The hospitality was great. They shared recommendations, organised bookings, helped arranged transfers and added some smaller touches at my request too to make the holiday very special! The breakfast was lovely and we ate dinner once there too. The pool area is comfy and clean. It is just outside of Fira so thankful to be away from the tourists, although taxis are expensive if you want to go back and fourth to other places every day. Thank you to all the lovely staff there!

This hotel has great staff and we felt very welcomed from the minute we got there. They also picked us up from the airport, and drove us to Perissa/Fira while we stayed in Santorini. The only downside was the bathroom had a strong odor, I wasn’t sure if it was a sewage issue. However, the service made up for it so I would definitely stay there again. It was one of the affordable hotels in Santorini and close to the airport.

We enjoyed our stay at Kallos Imar Hotel. We appreciate the hospitality of the staff, and their willingness to help us find where we’re going, make recommendations, and provide us transportation to where we need to go. The room was comfortable, and had everything we needed. One downside is the location. It’s a bus ride away from the main area. The bus is unreliable, and taxis are expensive. So anticipate long waits at the bus stop. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and would recommend the hotel to others traveling Santorini.

From the time we were received at the reception desk by Lila, to the restaurant service by Rena, to the manage George and then the owners, who were our drivers everywhere, we were treated royally. Honestly that boutique hotel is everything you need in Greece, the attention to detail, the room, the pool, the cocktails! George, isadora, and 2 more people really made it special and the driver honestly I wish we stayed the whole duration of our trip , the only negative was that there was not lot of tea choice only English breakfast during the breakfast but that’s not a big negative really! I recommend it’s 9.8/10

Had a wonderful stay here! We only stayed one night before moving on to Oia, but the staff and manager went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and that our needs were met. We easily arranged transportation from the port to the hotel when we arrived and the manager who rode along with the driver was and endless source of tips and information about the island. We walked to a nearby winery and they offered to pick us up when our tour ended at no extra charge. Can't say enough about how great our stay here was - wish we had more time at this hotel!

The hotel is central to everywhere and quieter than other areas, which we preferred. Our stay at Kallos Imar was wonderful.
Honestly, we have George to thank for that! He turned a bad situation upside down.
We had originally booked an expensive hotel overlooking the caldera in Firostefani.
When we arrived however, the room reeked of mildew. It was horrible. We wasted our vacation time looking for a new place to stay but with not much luck.
We finally found Kallos Imar online and decided to rent a car to get to that area of Santorini. When we arrived, George greeted us and was able to get us a room pretty late. We were so relieved to have a beautiful, clean and nice smelling room! Since we enjoyed it, we booked 2 additional nights there bc we felt so comfortable. George checked in on us and made sure we enjoyed our stay. He was always smiling and friendly, which goes a long way after being so disappointed at our other hotel.
The hotel itself is crisp white Cycladic style and very clean. The rooms are modern and sleek. They have a lovely pool area and also offer a great breakfast that’s included. If you want to be away from the hectic areas of town, this tranquil hotel is a gem in the Mesaria area.

Amazing hotel
We simply loved this hotel. Spotless and comfortable. Its location in the heart of Santorini makes it perfect for everything. Most major attractions including island's black sand beaches within 5 to 15 minutes drive. The owners and staff go above and beyond to accommodate your every need and make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. While it is hard to find taxi on Santorini, availability of hotel's private van is very convenient to arrange for any trip.

This is a beautiful hotel, very clean, and comfortable,l. It is ideally situated in central Santorini, and close to the airport. It was lovely to be away from the hustle and bustle of touristy areas like Oia. The staff were very helpful and friendly! The food in the restaurant was superb!

The room was very clean, true to the pictures. Breakfast was good, a little more than continental (if you're looking for a full breakfast, you booked the wrong hotel). The staffs were very nice. I booked a tour of the entire Santorini Island. Mr Thomas, the owner was very nice and pleasant, he took me to all the touristic spots and dropped me off in Oia for 4hrs to shop and to see the sunset then he picked me up. In Messaria, there is no public bus. He will take you anywhere you want to go in the Island, of course you have to pay for transportation.
