The service was excellent and the staff was fantastic. Everything was clean and maintained.
It's a little out of the way from Kumamoto City but it's worth the commute. The hotel's located in a quiet area with a convenience store and a small mall nearby. The train station is about a five-minute walk away from the hotel.

ルームウェアにおっさん臭（クリーニングされていないような臭い)がしたので交換はしてもらえたのですが、スタッフが持ってきたときに、通路から強烈なタバコ臭が漂ってきました。禁煙ルームに宿泊したのにタバコの臭いがしたことに不快感を感じました。向かいの部屋のドアが少し開いており、そこから漂ってきているようでした。スタッフもそのタバコ臭に気がついていたのではないかと思いますが注意はしていませんでした。禁煙ルームというだけで禁煙フロアではないということなのかと思わずにはいられません。
