Overall the stay was good we were upset because on the website it said a pool was available and when me and my family went to the pool we were told we weren’t allowed to because we did not live in Kumamoto. The pool was the main reason we chose this hotel and my kids were very upset

Dans la description il y a une piscine. Mais ce n'est pas indiqué qu'il y a une restriction d'âge ! Quelle déception pour les enfants. Ils n'ont pas pu y aller et à nous d'essuyer la frustration !
