The hotel is typical Japanese hotel. Always great service, small but clean rooms, ample shampoo etc, big tub and comfortable blankets. The only thing that was not typical was that the bed was a little uncomfortable because I could feel the springs. Another good thing was coin washers and dryers on site so you can do laundry, very convenient.

Although there are parking lots st this hotel , I was not. allowed to park here during my stay. It shoukd have stated more clearly on hotel.com website if there are restriction or only reserved for special guest or staff. I was directed to park offsite and needed to pay full parking fees for my 2 night stay here. There were also no special discount given for hotel guest. If I knew, I would have chosen other hotel.

good location, but soundproofed is not good, you can clearly heard someone open the door/on the light/ talking ....etc. But without that, this hotel is OK for short stay.

Very convenient twin room but...
The GR Hotel Ginzadori is in the heart of downtown. Right next to all the shopping and restaurants. A short taxi ride from the train station. The bus ride from the airport is cheap, but it's a 20 minute walk from the transportation center to the hotel.
The staff is pleasant and check in was smooth. Non-smoking twin rooms are very rare in Japan. Out of desperation I booked a smoking twin room, and that's what I got. Other than the smell of smoke and the smell getting into our clothes, the room was clean and all of the amenities (wifi, tv, ac, bath) were as expected. I'd happily book again, if they had non-smoking rooms.

The stay in this hotel is quite comfortable exept that the window can only be opened a little. Although the window is facing a highway but it is not noisy after midnight. Smoking is allowed in the dining area on ground floor and so bad smell is sensed whilst walking into the hotel to the lift area through the entrance.

冷蔵庫の可動音がうるさくて寝る時は切りました。洗面所と風呂場は清潔ですが古さを感じます。しかし下通までは近くリーズナブル。周りに無料案内所とそういうお店が多い事が気にならなければ良いと思います。12月に移転してきたTSUBOI SOUPさんも素晴らしいです。

チェックインの対応も良いと思います。室内は昨今のコロナ渦で、リフォームを行ったと思われ、比較的キレイです。ただ、トイレの大を流す音が非常にうるさく、流す時には工夫が必要でした。立地は歓楽街のすぐ近くで、50mも歩けば無料案内所等が沢山あります。ただ、それに伴い飲食店も多数ある為、食事には困りません。機会があればまた利用したいと思います。

호텔은 좋았습니다. 다만 구마모토 역에서 전차를 타고 수이젠지까지 가야하고, 또 거기서 호텔까지 한 500m걸어가야하는 번거로움이 있습니다. 캐리어를 가지고 접근하기가 불편한 점이 있습니다. 나머지는 다 만족합니다. 저는 배낭여행이어서 큰 문제는 없었습니다.

No smoking room을 선택하였지만 복도에서부터 담배냄새가 심하였습니다. 물론 룸에서도 나서 처음에는 힘들었습니다. 심지어 창문도 열리지 않아서 ..ㅠ 데스크에 문의를 하였지만 해결되지는 않았습니다.. 조금 시간이 지나니 익숙해져버려서 그런지 괜찮아졌습니다 이 부분빼고는 괜찮았습니다 특히 친절도가 높아 좋았습니다

部屋に一歩入るとカビ臭い。浴室カーテンは酸っぱい匂い。客室にサービス用のスマホを置くよりメモ用紙くらい置いて欲しい。朝食は種類少なくて美味しくない。同じ値段でも他のホテルはもっと内容が良かった。フロント他スタッフの方々に覇気がない。サービスの向上を目指すのであれば、ホテル側でアンケートくらい実施すべき。2度と泊まりたくないホテルになった。

일본답게 직원분들 상당히 친절하셨습니다. 굳이 청소할 것도 없고해서 방해마세요카드 걸어놓고 나갔는데 작은 호텔 답지 않게 새 수건들과 조그만 어메니티 들어있는 봉지를 손잡이에 걸어주셨네요. 호텔이 너무 작아서 기대하지 않은 서비스를 받은 점이 좋았습니다. 청결도도 호텔의 낙후된 것에 비하면 깨끗한 편이구요. 4박 하는 동안 쓰레기통 한번 비울 일이 있어서 메이드상에게 쓰레기만 비워달라고 했을때도 엄청 친절하셨어요.
