改装後だったので、お部屋がとても綺麗でした。また駐車場が分からず連絡するとフロントの方がとてもわかりやすく説明していただきました。ホテルから繁華街にとても近くて便利でした。また利用したいと思ったホテルでした。

ホテル自体にはそれほど不満はないのですが、隣の部屋に泊まられたスパニッシュが夜中の1時からどんちゃん騒ぎを始め、寝ていたのを起こされるということがありました。フロントに対応を依頼し、暫くして静かにはなったのですが娘の受験のための前泊でしたので眠れない騒音は本当に困りました。受験生組を同じ階に固めるなど少し配慮があると有り難かったかなと感じました。隣の声、テレビの音、フロントからかけて頂いた電話の音など良く聞こえましたので隣のテレビ台とこちらのベッドが壁を挟んで設置してあるのだと思います。音に敏感な方は気をつけられた方が良いかもしれません。

私のような人間（マラソンランナー）にとっては、ちょっと不満な宿でしたが、普通の人でしたら、もっと評価が高いかもしれません。それは、バスタブがなく、代わりにシャワーになっていることです。もう一点の不満は、目覚ましが標準整備してないこと。今回は、受付に申し出て、貸し出しをしてもらいました。

大人3人で予約してシングルベット2台と敷布団1セットだったのですがせめて敷布団の下に敷くマットが欲しかった。床に直接敷布団だったので体が痛くなった。部屋のわりにエアコンが巨大なので１℃の上げ下げで極端に室温が変わり丁度良い室温にならなかった。あとは綺麗だったし、サービスの１００円生ビールも最高でした。

駐車場とホテルの距離に問題あり
フロントがビルの4階の為、駐車場の場所を聞くためには車をメインストリートにおいて、聞きに行き、教えられた場所は、見つけにくくて、一方通行の道の為2回も周り、車を無事入庫しましたが、ホテルまでが遠いです。
スーツケースを引きながら信号2つも歩き、メインストリートを渡りました。駐車料は契約料金の1000円でしたが、あれは駐車場有の表記はダメです。

熊本市中心街のど真ん中に立地し、非常に便利。また、フロントの対応や、部屋の清潔度も高評価。私は喫煙者ですが、非喫煙室しか空いていなかったので予約。チェックイン時、喫煙場所をフロントの女性に聞いたところ、喫煙所がある前の部屋に、何も言わないのに変更してくれた。嬉しかったです。
