Enjoyed my stay. The hotel and the room was very clean, neat, and convenient to go anywhere. Extra free amenities like tea/coffee, personal hygiene items, pajamas and phone chargers etc..were wonderful!

The place was perfect! The space was big, the bed was big and the toilet was big! We felt really comfortable and made the mistake of staying inside for far too long when Kumamoto has so much to offer. It was also walkable to the castle and the shopping arcade. There was even a massage chair in our room! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will stay in other Daiwa hotels in our future stay.

Hotel is near the castle ruins, shopping dori and many food choices within walking distance. However, hotel's location is not near to the main Kumamoto Station so the only transport to rely on is via tram, not recommended for those who have big luggage as tram can be packed and difficult to move up and down with luggage.
Perhaps it will be good for hotel to provide free pick up and drop off services to and from Kumamoto station.

距離輕軌列車花畑町很近，酒店樓下已經有一間便利店，附近是商店街，購物與買宵夜回酒店都很方便，要吃水果樓下就有一間開到12點的蘋果店，酒店房間很大，最驚喜的是在房內有按摩椅，鄰近熊本城大概10分鐘的路程就會去到，早上的自助早餐亦很不錯，下次到熊本有機會會再入住。

飲み屋街に至近の立地なので飲食には便利だがそのぶん周辺がうるさい。夜遅くまで騒ぐ声が聞こえる。また清掃が行き届いておらず、床に粒状のトリートメント（おそらくロビーにて自分で取るアメニティ）が、またソファ下にはコーラのペットボトルキャップが落ちていた。ファシリティは新しく、バストイレ別なのは高評価なので残念。もっとも、立地優先で多少の騒音は気にしない人には何ら問題ないと思う。
