This was one of the best all-inclusive hotels my family and I have ever stayed at. The staff were exceptional – always polite, kind, and incredibly helpful. The property itself is massive, offering a wide range of amenities and activities for guests of all ages.

The dining options were outstanding, with a diverse selection of delicious food available around the clock. You’ll find countless bars and snack buffets scattered throughout the resort, ensuring you’re never far from a quick bite or refreshing drink.

The hotel boasts a beautiful, private beach with a beautiful coastline, perfect for a relaxing day by the sea. On the opposite side of the property, there’s a big water park, complete with exciting rides for both adults and children, adding an extra layer of fun for families.

Evenings at the hotel are a true highlight, with top-notch entertainment every night. There are dedicated children’s programs, followed by impressive, diverse shows for adults. After that, the night continues with live music or DJ sets, each themed differently to keep things fresh and exciting.

We had an absolutely wonderful time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone – it’s incredibly family-friendly, with something for everyone. We will definitely be back!

I really do not recommend this place! the staff & services are just terrible and sometimes even rude! the in-room air conditioning system was just a mess and three of us ended up ALL SICK at the end of our vacation...the food quality is also below average as compared to other all-inclusive places I travelled before e.g. in Cancun. There are some non-fresh items that you see routinely in the buffet, and I am not sure whether they actually test them for expiration etc. we had a few instances of stomach upset immediately after lunch/dinner and so Please be aware of these items! The ONLY thing that I really enjoyed here was the late night music and bar.., I thinks that was actually very good and the ONLY reason I ended up giving an overall rating of Poor instead of terrible!

I’m not the one to give bad reviews thus is not a bad review so I’m just going to tell how I truly felt,
Sunbeds were very hard to find every day of my holiday
Staff was told about it but I didn’t get results but I did give them an advise that guest shouldn’t be allowed to put towels out as early as 4am and should be allowed from 8am with only the hotel towels and not to use their own towels to save 4 sunbeds that they hardly use up as I did see family’s saved spaces on both of the pool area but only used one area resulting a waste of sun beds being saved up also everyone would be having a better sleep and not to be worry about the sunbed challenge at 4am.
Overall would I recommend it personally I wouldn’t visit again

Issues in check in - I had booked the family room and I was insistent to take the family room as it was sufficient for me (3 adults and 2 children, and not 5 adults as has been quoted to your goodself).

The choice i was given was either take two standard rooms or one family room and in both cases, I was asked for the payment of USD 509/-.

Should no extra fee have to be charged, i will highly appreciate if you can instruct the concerned to refund the amount of USD 509/-

Staff was friendly and co-operative at reception, Food is good in quality and quantity. Location is OK and is outside town centre of Belek with no taxi facilities and you have to spend only 1-2 available taxis and have to accept their rate. Good hotel if you have your own car.

Room is nice and clean. I do not have any hot water in room and no hot water in shower. Phone in room is dead and no ring tone in it, safe deposit box in room is not functional as well. I informed reception staff twice and they reassured me that they will sort out these 3 problems but no one actually did anything to solve these problems. I am not accepting these faults in hotel of such quality. So disappointed with overall service. Will not recommend it to any other who will go with their family.

Nice resort.

The resort was amazing with a variety of different foods. One of the best resorts I've stayed in. The entertainment was good. It was a little out of the area but it doesn't matter if you're just staying in the resort. The game arcade was fun but a little expensive.

Brilliant Hotel with Brilliant staff and Facilitie

We stayed one week in Crystal Waterworld. The hotel is just brilliant with lovely swimming pools, very pleasant staff, food was just amazing and evening entertainment. I was feeling really sad on my last stay to leave the hotel. I would always love to go there and I would highly recommend to everyone. Have fun!!!

Fantastic waterpark, variety of slides for both kids and adults, several pools, one of them was massive, several pool bars, restaurants, pubs, 24 hr snack bar. Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. Each night there was a different show- dancing, singing, acrobatics etc. Lots to do inside the resort especially if you like water, it's heaven. All inclusive great food, everything tasted amazing, all drinks included apart from imported spirits. If you tip the staff you get a VIP service. They love English and German guests there! Totally recommend!

Great place to stay!

This hotel caters for 2,500 people. You would not believe it! There are ample restaurants, plenty of delicious food choices and great service. The staff are efficient, friendly and willing to do anything for you. The quality of the hotel is first class. The waterworld is fantastic! Great fun. The entertainment is great for kids followed by interesting adult entertainment. There was always plenty of activities going on and always something to do. Totally a family complex, good for young children and teenagers. Fantastic value for money!

To be better for your business.

Not enough boats for slides which course argument by guests to take turns. Plenty of food choices however a lot of repeats, cheap meat selection only Turkey and trout everyday.entainment is very simple the same thing in all hotels for kids .staff speaking to each other in front of the guests as there is nobody around them. Ala carte services complete disaster. And soups are so little we thought they must have run out.

Top quality hotel with amazing, all you can ask for all-inclusive food and facilities and shows. Would go next year if the wife permits it.

WARNING: The only thing I would say is be careful on the waterpark slides. I fell off the balloon ring with my child and I had to manually experience the ride. The safety slide staff did not see me come off and sent further sliders down crashing into me. Luckily I was strong and able to cope with the challenge and protect my 4yr old (who thought it was all part of the ride:-) therefore did not get hurt. But I do have nightmares of it.

Besides above slide safety... it is a TOP hotel and very friendly helpful and happy and honest staff

Fantastic! enjoyed everything about it. The staff were friendly. The food was good and we were surprised how the hotel remain so clean with so guess and 24 hour service.

The only problem we've had was when we arrived really late the first night( past midnight), we were all tired with young children. We were given a standard room instead of a family room that we have paid for.

The sweets shop selling turkish delights and stuff are sure value for money compare to the airport duty free and you can try before you buy too. So don't miss out on that.

First of all, I got all my travel arrangements through Expedia which is our tickets to Turkey and a Hotel to stay part of the trip. I have two children 6 and 9 and my husband and I. For the hotel part my family supposed to join us thus I got TWO rooms from the Hotel through Expedia.
By the time I was in the Hotel it took us to 5.5 hours to check in with tired children and seniors waiting in the lobby.
The Hotel Staff was extremely rude. They told me that I cannot check in because according to Expedia I only have one child. Expedia also forget to inform them about my family for the second room.
Hotel Staff told me that since its Expedia who gave the order I have to change my order through Expedia. Plus they were not familiar what Expedia is and they did not care about Expedia clients.
They told me to solve my problem with Expedia. In order for me to solve I needed to call Expedia in US. Since, my phone is not working outside of the US, I had to ask Hotel. They said ok first but when I finally talked to someone from Expedia, they told me that I need to talk to the supervisor. Just before I got connected with the supervisor I got disconnected 3 times. Each od my calls to Expedia was more than an hour and I told them that I do no0t have a phone and I am getting disconnected and I gave them a number to call me in case we got disconnected. EXPEDIA did NOT call me back and the Hotel Staff told me that I cannot keep calling outside of the country. I do not have a car to take me so

October and sometimes 2- 3 weeks in November you can catch nice weather Indian summer style in Antalian coast.Cristal Waterfall is rather new, coast line and beach-pebbles,no sand.Nice for families and children Mini clubs and everything for babys.All day round eating and animation.Rooms are convinient,but furniture is not save nd breaks very easyly.Walls are very thin,you can hear not only neighbours,but 5 rooms ahead.

Sehr nettes Personal, gutes Service. Das Essen leider nicht mein Geschmack. Wenn man richtig türkisches Essen gewohnt ist, und dann hier zu Abend ist, wird man schwer enttäuscht sein.
Aufteilung vom Hotel auch nicht so toll. Da alles in die Länge gezogen wird, ist der Fußmarsch auch ziemlich weit. Pool im auqapark ziemlich warm. Die Pools in denen alle rutschen hinein führen viel zu kalt.
Der Pool an denen poolspiele gemacht werden, über den man nur durchs Hotel kommt, auch viel zu kalt. War kein einziges Mal in 7 Tagen darin

Otel misafirlerine tatilde olduklarını hissettiriyor. Peki nasıl? Öncelikle hiçbir şey için bir koşuşturmaca yok. Her şey planlanmış ve belli ki üst düzey bir yönetim performansı var. Çalışanlar arasında ileriki yaşlarda yurdum insanları da var, ki bu istihdam beni çok mutlu etti, genç Türk çalışanlarda. Hijyen sorunu yok. Tek tavsiyem aquaparkta, kobra kaydırağın yanındaki kaydıraktan çıkışta su derinliğinin arttırılması. Oğlumla kayarken çıkışta alabora olduk ve derinlik az olduğu için kafamı çarptım. Yine de biz memnun ayrıldık. Başarılarınızın devamını dilerim.

Beim Check-in im Hotel mussten wir 3–4 Stunden warten. In den Zimmern fiel alle 2–3 Stunden der Strom aus, wodurch es sehr heiß wurde. Es waren extrem viele Menschen da (ca. 3500 Gäste), darunter auch sehr viele Kinder. Das Essen wiederholte sich ständig. Auf dem Parkplatz wurde mein Auto zerkratzt. Kurz gesagt: Suchen Sie sich lieber ein anderes Hotel mit maximal 1500 Gästen, wenn Sie Ruhe, Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Qualität wünschen.

Rutschen sehr schön und Essen ist gut.

Negativ:
Shampoo wurde erst nach zwei Tagen aufgefüllt (nach Aufforderung). Musik im kids club und bei der Kinderdisco viel zu laut. Tische werden beim Essen nur notdürftig abgewischt. Service absolut unterbesetzt und großteils nicht geschult.

Otel genel olarak fena değil en güzel yanı aqua parklar Fakat yemek ve temizlik konusu çok sıkıntılı. Geçen sene de bu otelde tatilimi yapmıştım o zmn da yemekler konusunda uyarıda bulundum ama daha çok geriye gitmiş durumda. 2 inci günden sonra yemek yiyecek bişey bulamıyorsunuz. Etlerin içinde devamlı sert şeyler çıkıyor. Aqua parklarin ordaki tuvalette 3 taneden bir tanesi açık onun da kapısı bozuk ve içi devamlı kirli. Tuvaletlerin temizlik konusu da çok sıkıntılıydi. Sonuç olarak seneye burayı tercih edeceğimi hiç zannetmiyorum

Wir haben das Hotel wegen des großen Rutschenparks gebucht. Unser Zimmer war ganz schön abgerockt, Kanten an den Schränken ausgeschlagen, beide Kühlschränke der Minibar total gelb innen. Im Bad Ränder der Zahnputzbecher der Vorgänger. Unser Opa musste sogar umziehen, da auf seiner Etage ein Wanddurchbruch der Außenwand stattgefunden hat. Der Wechsel des Zimmers hat problemlos geklappt. Je länger wir da waren, desto mehr haben wir uns arrangiert und „eingewöhnt“ aber leider kein Vergleich zu unseren letzten Hotels in der Türkei. Leider hat das Rezeptionspersonal wenig englisch gesprochen (deutsch verlange ich schon gar nicht), sodass die Verständigung teilweise schwierig war. An der Gästebetreuung wiederum hat alles super geklappt, dort konnte der Mitarbeiter super englisch und einer sogar ein bisschen deutsch. Beim Essen war es immer sehr laut, das ist einfach der Größe des Hotels geschuldet (weiß man ja vorm buchen), die Auswahl war groß und gut, habe ich aber auch schon besser erlebt. Wir hatten viele russischeGäste, wenig deutsche, und einige Iraker/Iraner. Zusammengefasst würde ich sagen, war’s ok aber nochmal muss ich es nicht haben.

Es ist eine risige Hotelanlage. Die Poolanlagen sind gross und sauber. Es hatte genug Liegen. Besonders eindrucksvoll sind die Wasserrutschen. Positiv ist auch, dass das Hotel am Strand liegt. Je nach Gästeaufkommen, kann es am Buffet ein gedränge geben. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt(eher nur Aufgeräumt) und die Handtücher wurden gewechslet.

Bei unserem ersten Tag, waren wir Nachts angekommen unser Zimmer war sehr sehr dreckig. Die Rezeption hat ein Mitarbeiter geschickt um unsere Bettwäsche zu wechseln. Wir sind rausgegangen haben uns das Hotel angeckut. In der Zeit hat aufeinmal der Mitarbeiter 50 Euro aus der Tasch meines Kindes genommen und 5 Euro reingetan. Wir haben unsere Wertsachen im Safe geschützt. Wir haben auch immer unsere Koffer immer zugemacht das hat uns immer Stress gemacht. Wir hatten ja Angst das der Vorfall wieder passiert. Obwohl da bei unserem Zimmer eine Nicht Strörens Karte war hatte der Mitarbeiter einfach unser Zimmer geputzt. Die Qualität des Essens war gar nicht gut. Das essen hat nicht geschmeckt. Wegen Corona haben sie auch kein Wasserkocher-Set ins Zimmer getan. Ich finde das komisch alle Hotelgäste haten keine Maskenpflicht. Nur das Wasserkocher-Set soll Schuld an Corona haben. Ich kann euch das Hotel garnicht weiter empfehlen!!!

Les services proposés par l’hôtel sont super ! L’hôtel est propre et le personnel très sympa et agréable. Il y a beaucoup de gaspillage de nourriture et la nourriture et les boissons ne sont pas très bonnes mais pour le reste tout était super.

O hotel em geral é bom , mais as piscinas tem muito cloro ( provocou alergias a os miúdos) e a comida é muito básica , não é propia de um hotel de 5*.
À praia é muito boa , mais é necessário ter calçado propio para a praia tem muitas pedras….

Arrivé j'ai été aceuillis par une receptioniste aigrit, sec, non aimable, qui ne donne aucune indication sur l'hotel, qui ne comprend pas le turk, qui ne veut pas répondre au question, et souppire, à vous de découvrir seule, restaurant, serviette, plage, piscine, activité. Je n'ai pas eu la chambre prévu et demandé, il n'y a pas 2 lit une place comme indiqué dans l'annonce, mais 1 lit double et 1 lit 1 place, la porte balcon cassé 1 journee pour la réparer apres plein d' appels, 6 appels, coffre fort bloqué plusieurs appels aussi et attentes de plus de 3 heure pour la changer completement au final. Aucun dédomagement ne m'a été fait apres ma demande de remboursement. J'ai éte bloqué dans la chambre, meme pas déjeuné à cause de ces problèmes. Aucune place de transat au bord de la piscine tout le monde pose la serviette et partent. Jamais de drap changé, jamais de shampoing. Les chambres sont abimé. Douche joint moisit. La nourriture n'est pas fraiche, repétitif et brêves, viande pas fraiche, burger viande mélange poulet boeuf, patisserie sans goût. Restaurant bruyant, aucune place pour s'assoir, personne a de masque, les règles contre le covid ne sont pas respecté, aucune distance entre les personnes, même le personnels ne m'est pas le masque correctement sur le nez, le personnels technique n'a pas de masque quand il vienne réparer dans la chambre. Des gens qui ne sont pas de l'hotel accède à la plage privée de l'hotel par une petite ruel, ce n'est pas normal!! Deconseille

This is my second time at this hotel, and as I said if I repeated it, it means I enjoyed it for the first time.

Otel ve hizmetler çok güzel ama temizlik üzücü

Otel çok güzeldi, etkinlikler, aqua park, ve servisler harikaydı. Bir tek temizlik ve maske kullanımı ciddi sorun. Bilmiyorum belki diğer otellerde de öyledir ama , hiçbir misafir maske kullanmıyordu. Ve yatak temizliği yapılmamıştı, oda servisini aradık gelen kişi maske kullanmıyordu, eldiven yoktu, serdiği çarşafların yastık kılıfı da kirliydi.

Es gab jeden Tag Burger 🍔 ich kann kein Burger mehr sehen außerdem war das fleisch trocken wie Pappe es, wurde mein Geld aus dem Safe geklaut hat sich kaum einer drum gekümmert, 970€ Insgesamt. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und für das Geld was ich ausgeben habe ist das Hotel im 3 Sterne Niveau. Das nächste mal definitiv nicht mehr. Es gibt ein Fitness Raum es fallen die Geräte auseinander keiner kümmert sich um die Reparatur keine Getränke im Fitnessraum. Jeden Tag um 10 Uhr morgens pfeifen Geräusche wegen den Rutschen wie aus einem Fußballspiel bis spät abends Das Personal ist nicht sauber Arbeitet nicht sauber wollten mir im aller ernstes ein Teller mit Haare in den Nudeln geben nach dem informieren das haar rausmachen und wieder geben anstatt es zu entsorgen. Das Hotel hat keine eigene Parkplätze zumindest waren alle belegt und musste mein 150 tausend € auto an ein Platz parken wo das Security Personal garnicht sieht, es am nächsten Tag komplett zerkratzt war es waren Sachen abgestellt auf das Fahrzeug und sehr viele handabdrücke auf dem Lack vorne auf der Motorhaube und der Front habe mir von alles ein Foto gemacht. Naja ich bin sehr enttäuscht vom Hotel. Personal streitet sich vor allen Gästen. Ich werde es nicht weiter empfehlen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ein Traumhaft schönes Familienhotel

Ein Traumhaftes Hotel. Sehr sauber sehr groß sehr schön. Familiengeeignet viele Möglichkeiten was zu unternehmen im Hotel selber . Das Essen ist ein Traum alles was das Herz so begehrt. Ein Traum Bad mit sehr vielen Rutschen und zwei große Bäder wo eines davon links des Hotels ist und eines Rechts. Der Strand ist sehr sauber und sehr groß schöner Sandstrand .

Отель очень большой. В Турцию едут в основном к морю. Полоска пляжа очень короткая. Лежаки стоят в 10 рядов. Позагорать можно только на первый и 2-й линии. Если номера выходят на бассейн, то вечером до 24 об отдыхе можно не мечтать. Дискотека продолжается до полуночи.

Service, Küche sowie Reinigungspersonal Top.
Rezeption, inkompetent, Klimaanlage ging nicht ich hab die mehr als 10x informiert und sie sagten jedesmal das jemand vorbei kommt um das zu reparieren.
Ansonst Hotel Top Aquapark sehr schöne Strand sowie aussen Pool.
Abgesehen vom Personal an der Rezeption würde ich gerne wider dort gehen.

Поселили нас в отеле по нашей просьбе рядом два номера. Номера просторные. Все есть кроме чайника, а он необходим, когда едишь с детьми. Убирались сначала женщина плоховато, а потом мужщина замечательно!!! Номера у нас выходили на бассейн и на шоу. Постоянно гремела музыка, мы на это пожаловались, т.к. днем плохо укладывалась внучка. Питание однообразное, под конец даже уже не хотелось есть, детское меню очень скромное, мало выбора и бывает даже острым. Официанты не какие, только под конец появился один официант немолодой, но очень шустрый. Шоу хорошие. Единственно, детские дискотеки поздно проводят и наша девочка только один раз выдержала. Детский центр хороший, но он не убирается!!! Пляж неплохой, только песок какой- то грязный, лежаки и столики не протираются. Есть пирс, альтернатива неприятному заходу в море. Навесы большие. Море практически было чистое, единственно маленькие рыбки покусывали ноги ближе к берегу.Отель большой, поэтому приходить на ужины лучше к началу. Вообщем есть и минусы и плюсы!
