Premium lagoon suite amazing! VIP service was disappointing though, no cafe food service for suites, wine and fruit didn’t arrive until I asked, pool towels not provided last day. Nice hotel overall with good food options, highly recommend lagoon suites. Pools cold but expected due to time of year. Good waterpark.

Great stay

Food was always great, lots of choice in the week, bed and room comfortable the only thing was the noise till 1am from the beach club, staff are great so hard working and the place is clean. On door step to land of legends and Belek, if anything is wrong they always fix it quickly, doctors on site was also very helpful

Fantastic food and friendly service

Lovely hotel with fantastic food and great, friendly service. The hotel is in a great location if you want a peaceful getaway. There isn't a huge amount of nightlife if you're looking to party but plenty to do during the day and lots of nice people. The hotel was incredibly clean and I felt safe from a COVID perspective at all times! Thank you for a lovely stay.

The buildings look nice and the architecture is thoughtful. But there is no customer service. They damaged our luggage, had no security cameras at all, and lied to us many times.

The food was repetitive, repetitive, repetitive. There is no western foods, just turkish stuff at the buffet. The pasta was tasteless, no salt at all. I told the chef that the pasta needs at least some salt in the water or in the sauce, he laughed at me.

The staff doesn't know any english. Simple things like ordering, or telling what you want in your drink, becomes a bit or miss.

Guest services told us we are entitled to go only 1 time at restaurants alla carte. We had 19 meals at hebse repetitive buffet. The last day we found that guest services had lied to us, other guests went 2 times at the restaurants. Lying and misinforming guests was normal. Nobody apologized, they said all restaurants were booked already, so we couldn't go a 2nd time.

We spent $200 in parasailing and banana rides. The guy took some pictures of us, and asked another $60 to give us our pictures.

This hotel is out of every decency of a 5 star hotel. No service, miscommunication, no security, no cameras, no peaceful sleeping from the loud music of a nearby hotel, no friendliness, no variations in food. For a 10 day stay, you will eat the same dishes for 18 times at least. And both the managers and guest services lied to our face many times.

We stay for for 1 night , we had 2 superior rooms , the Air conditioning system it not working , it was horrible night , we couldn't sleep. The air conditioner is old system , and the problem was in 2 rooms . I payed about 600 $ for both rooms , It wasn't worth it .

Last minute booking to attend Golf Championship

Last minute booking to attend the Turkish Open and was very pleasantly surprised. Nice Hotel that has a village type feel to it with a main street, several bars and restaurants. On check in they also gave me a voucher for a free 15 minute back massage which was a nice touch.

Importantly it had good wifi throughout the hotel which was useful as I was there on business.

Perfect for a kids' beach holiday

Despite not being my kind of holiday and the rude woman who works in the market, this place was great. We went with two young kids and extended Turkish family. Lots of good food choice, excellent staff from all departments, great sandy beach with good swimming, a range of pools and well planned, enthusiastic, cheesy entertainment. No real choice of beer and wine but drinks are otherwise good and readily available. Everybody seems to speak a fair amount of English, Russian and German, as well as Turkish. It is all-inclusive, apart from a few things like hamam massage. Don't miss out on the sauna and hamam (with indoor pool away from the sun), the decent espresso and sekerpare from the patisserie and the saffran a la carte restaurant (also included in price).

Relaxing. Good All-inclusive hotel.

Hotel rooms were excellent. I didn't realize how the reservation system worked for the ala carte restaurants so we never actually ate in one. The food was decent at the main restaurant. Pools were nice, the hotel was very family centric. The shows were good.

Stylisches Hotel mit sehr schönen Deko Details. Das Essen ist sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker. Leider gibt es aber große Defizite im Bereich Service und der Willkommenskultur, die man in der Türkei so kennt. Bei Ankunft wurde uns der Weg zur Unterkunft beschrieben und los. Das machen andere Hotels nicht so!
Die Mitarbeiter an der Bar haben sich teilweise geweigert Cocktails ohne Alkohol zuzubereiten oder es gab ewig Diskussionen. Bestellungen wurden falsch aufgenommen oder garnicht serviert. Das Personal war unaufmerksam. Es gab im Pool zwar Wirlpooldüsen, sie wurden aber nie angestellt. Duschen waren undicht, jedes Mal nach dem duschen gab es eine ekelhafte Überschwemmung im Bad.Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht nochmal besuchen, zumal das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht stimmt.

Sauberkeit und Personal top. Lagunenzimmer schön und groß, aber wenn direkter Poolzugang gibt es unzureichend Möglichkeiten, um die nassen Klamotten und Handtücher zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. Hotel modern. Essen ok, aber wenig Gemüse und beim Frühstück keine Samen und Nüsse. Ansonsten weitläufige Anlage und empfehlenswert. Werden wiederkommen.

Odalar eski ve çok çok kalabalık bir otel. Daha önce 2 kez Paloma Forestaya gitmiştik, oradan çok memnun kalıp bu sefer de Gridayı deneyelim dedik ama hiç ilgisi yok Forestayla. Personel çok ilgili, müşteri memnuniyeti için çok çabalıyorlar. Mesela Alacarte restoranlardan Safrana gittik, vantilatör çalışmıyordu, personel çok ilgiliydi ama 39 derecede yemek yemek zorunda kaldık. Sorduğumuzda bir süredir vantilatörlerin sorunu olduğunu söylediler ama yönetim sanırım bu tip konuları çok da önemsemiyor.
Odaların acilen yenilenmesi gerekiyor, bu otele hiç yakışmıyor. Genel olarak yemekler güzeldi ancak restoranlar aşırı kalabalıktı. Ana Restaurantta insanlar masa kapmak için uğraşıyordu ve ayakta masa bekleyen oluyordu. Otelin her yeri çok çok kalabalık ve çok fazla çocuk olan bir otel.
Deniz mavi bayraklı ama çok dalgalı, dalgayla özellikle bazı saatlerde çok pis oluyor.

Super Urlaub gemacht. Hotel ist sauber, Essen-hervorraged. Personal war sehr nett. Zimmer und Ausstattung da habe ich mir mehr gewuenscht zu den Sternen, die das Hotel hat, aber ok. Internet nicht uberall im Hotel vorhaden, aber wer braucht so etwas waehrend Urlaub :)

3 günlük kongre katılımından dolayı otelinizde konakladım. Ve gercekten herşey çok güzeldi. Yemek çeşitliliği, temizlik, çalışanların güler yüzlülüğü daha ne istenir ki. Deniz ve plajını kullanamasamda gezme fırsatım oldu ve benden 10 puanı kaptı. Ayrıca havuzları ve aqua parkı gayet güzel görünüyordu. Kesinlikle tekrar tercih edebileceğim bir otel.

Отличный семейный отель.

Отдыхали с 15-20 октября 2021. Повезло с погодой. Очень понравилась территория отеля, нет высоких корпусов , стиль - по типу итальянской деревушки.
Понравился номер, обслуживание, еда, есть много активностей для детей любого возраста . Много бассейнов (хотя в это время очень холодно в открытых бассейнах, просто невозможно находится дольше 2х минут).
Через день проводят прекрасные ,профессиональные шоу (танцы, акробаты, цирк).
Вообще в целом не было проблем ни с чем. Быстрое заселение, хороший персонал, чисто. Еда с 7 до 01, бары работают 24 часа . Всегда модно найти вкусный кофе , десерты, напитки. Неплохой алкоголь, коктейли. Хороший WiFi.

Otel cok guzeldi ve cocuklar icin kaydirak, havuz cesitleri coktu. Havuz ve otelin geneli temizdi. Sadece odalarin temizligini begenmedim. Yemek cesitleride coktu ve guzeldi. Guzel bir aile oteli, tavsiye edilir. :)

Tadilat zamanı gelmiş

Bir otelici olarak sürekli Seyehat ediyoruz. Otel sevdiğimiz için ikinci kez gittik genel anlamda çok memnunuz, ancak bu yıl artık gerçekten tadilatı düşünmeleri lazım heryerde bakım sinyalleri çalıyor. Rutin kış periyodunda sanki bir kaç yıldır hiç bir şey yapılmamış gibi. Oysa her yıl oteler genel bakıma alınır. Bu guruba yakışmıyor bence.
