Amazing resort very kid friendly the good is amazing and the room is spacious we stayed in a corner room with sea view.

The property has very nice vibe all the staff are friendly and helpful. The WhatsApp ground really helps with your allocated Ela Assistant

We tried two of the free restaurant and they were really delicious … the food presentation and quality is definitely higher end and has variety

We had the most amazing family holiday. The hotel was recommended to us and we cannot thank them enough. The hotel staff were kind and welcoming. The hotel was so clean and the service was second to none. We had the best holiday and will be coming to stay again. Lara our assistant for the week was fantastic and the waiters were so kind and sweet to our 3 year old daughter. The staff went over and Beyond to make our stay the best.

I’m giving it a 5 because everything the resort provided was amazing. Only complaint was that we did not know this is one of the top resorts for families. The kids out numbered the adults and sometimes it was overwhelming. We did not know this and I went with my partner to have a romantic getaway. It was really hard to have it be romantic. So great for families ! Bad for couples !

It has it's own private beach with ample umbrellas and chairs and plenty of pools for adults and / or children. The evening entertainment was good except we didn't care for the loud music in the center of the complex that went to midnight each night. The food was adequate but nothing memorable. I would not bother going back to this place primarily because of the average food, poor quality beef and poor quality cooking oils for sauteed and fried foods. The best we can say, the service was quite good by considerate staff.

Nothing seemed too much trouble for the staff.
Hotel has loads of good food and drink options including 24 hour access.

Plenty of pool space but as usual, people putting towels out and not turning up until late, or using beds for the morning then leaving but not clearing towels away so no else knows they're free. Wish the hotels would be more active in clearing these away if the people cant clean up after themselves.

Amazing place very highly recommended, we were with 3 kids , the place is agreat choice for family or couples , there is an option for babysitting or kids to stay under observation in avery big section which includes play grounds in and out door, as well bedrooms for naps and restaurant for kids meals ..

The pools and spa are amazing too with endless options

Food is great! Not standard at all and you wont get board, there is alot of options for all ages even little babies..

The staff is very polite, helpful and friendly.. they try to help in every way possible

definitely will come back again!

We arrived 2:30 pm and had to wait 3 hrs to get our rooms,
Showers had no water for half a day, there is a couple of rude employees at the reception,
Food not tasty, air conditioning doesn’t work properly in the rooms, toilets beside the beach were closed because they had a problem, rooms not clean and pools are dirty.

Friendly staff but had some problems in the reception service while checking in and checking out as they made me waiting with my families to get the late check out although i pay for it and it was mention when i did the reservation that the late check out is guaranteed

Only stayed for 2 days, hotel was very nice but we did not receive sea view rooms. all of the kids facilities were closed (kids club and bowling) only the swimming pool was open and even then had to get some extra slides open by staff. reallt left us nothing to do which is so disappointing. Food was not the best standard. the bedding was all wrong and the hotel was empty so can not understand how this could not be arranged, its not as though they were super busy.
would have been nice to get a proper holiday resort, felt we did not get the experience we deserved.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were VERY conscious how helpful and friendly ALL of the staff are. Going the extra mile seems to be part of their staff culture.
The hotel itself is immaculately presented and very, very spacious which gives an overwhelming relaxing vibe around the whole place.
We visited in January, so too cold to enjoy the outdoor areas but everything looked like it would be in keeping with the hotel when the weather warms up.

the hotel is amazing and it has nice activities and atmosphere. we have enjoyed our stay at Ela resort. the only bad thing that the staff were rude and tough in dealing with guests. I was given a partial seas view room despite the fact that I booked for a full sea view room. I called the supervisor and he changed my room after a long argument.

Was not disappointed again. Spent a week in Apr 2014, this time 11 days. Was as good as expected. If you are an American or English speaking, you may not want to stay here. Many eastern Europeans and Russians. My 7 and 4 year olds had a blast. Staff is awesome as well as the food. Would stay again.

The facilities were excellent and if you had any complaints or suggestions, the staff were ready to help. The Family Suite (Sea View) was great. Niced size balcony and had more than enough room for Dad, Mom, 6 and 5 y.o.. Not that we stayed in the room but to sleep.

The hotel is amazing! It`s got all sorts of facilities and the service is great. The food is unbelievable and all drinks are free!! You can drink adn eat all day long. They probably serve the best Turkish coffee in Turkey.

Unser Aufenthalt im Ela Excellence Resort in Belek war von Anfang bis Ende hervorragend und hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Schon beim Check-in wird man persönlich empfangen, auf eine gemütliche Sitzecke geleitet und mit Getränken versorgt. Das Einchecken erfolgt gemeinsam mit einem Assistenten, das Gepäck wird aufs Zimmer gebracht und man wird direkt dorthin begleitet.

Das Zimmer war modern, komfortabel und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Der Service im gesamten Resort ist außergewöhnlich – das Personal ist durchweg freundlich, professionell und spricht mehrere Sprachen.

Kulinarisch bleiben ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen: Die À-la-carte-Restaurants sowie das Buffetrestaurant sind ausgezeichnet. Besonders praktisch ist der Service am Pool: Kellner auf Inlinern nehmen Bestellungen direkt an den Liegen entgegen oder man bestellt bequem per QR-Code – die Getränke und Snacks werden direkt gebracht.

Die Anlage ist sehr weitläufig, sodass sich die Gäste gut verteilen und es auch in der Hauptsaison nicht überfüllt wirkt. Der Everland Kinderbereich ist liebevoll gestaltet, durchdacht und überzeugt mit großer Vielfalt. Für Kinder und Erwachsene gibt es tagsüber viele Aktivitäten. Abends sorgen abwechslungsreiche Shows, Live-Musik oder Partys für beste Unterhaltung – alles sehr professionell und unterhaltsam inszeniert.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön gestaltet und man fühlt sich rundum wohl. An der Sauberkeit der Zimmer kann noch gearbeitet werden, da teilweise Haare der vorherigen Gäste aus dem Abfluss kamen. Das Resort verfügt über eine eigene App, die leider nicht im gewünschten Umfang funktioniert. So sollte z.B. die Hotelkarte digital abrufbar sein, alle Reservierungen für das á la carte Restaurant und die Strandliegen sollten digital erfolgen, ohne dass ich morgens 20 Minuten anstehen muss, um eine Reservierung vorzunehmen. Der Austausch mit der Guest Relation über WhatsApp funktioniert auch sehr gut, allerdings nur auf Englisch, die Speisekarten der Restaurants sollten auch digital in der App abrufbar sein. Wir hatten einen super Urlaub und das Hotel hat für jeden Gast etwas zu bieten. Die verschiedenen Sportmöglichkeiten haben uns sehr gut gefallen.

The hotel is amazing. The staff is so friendly and extremely helpful. The kidsclub is excellently set up. Our children enjoyed the workshops, had a great time with the kidsclub-staff, they loved the whole space.
The hotel in general is very clean and fresh. I couldn't think about anything that we thought that was missing.
Best hotel to go for families. We will definitely go back.

Das Hotel sowie das Personal inkl. Reinigung (danke an Elif) hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Preise für Wellness sind etwas zu hoch. Die Barkeeper könnten freundlicher sein und mehr Rücksicht nehmen auf die Gäste und lange Wartezeiten ersparen! Die persönlichen Assistenten und die Kommunikation über Whatsapp fanden wir gelungen.

This is a great family resort! I recommend this to everyone specially for those who have kids. The rooms are nice and spacious, the hotel is sorrounded by beautiful and well kept gardens. It’s green and luscious and gives a “chillax” vibe.

Everyone working here is service oriented. They always checks on us if we need anything or if we are having a good time. The Ela personal assistant is a nice touch. They makes us feel special and make sure we have everything we needed.

I haven’t been outside the hotel because I didn’t have to (we’ve got everything we needed inside), so I can’t comment about the place/tourist sposts around here.

The food is good. Buffet and ala carte included! You’ll never get hungry 😄. Teppanyaki, Italian restaurant, mediterranean restaurant and mexican restaurant are the ones we visit and the food is superb! 👍👌

The kids club is amazing! They have a big indoor kids facility which offers different kids of activities for the kids. They have mini disco and kiddy shows on the evening. And ofcourse entertaiment and shows for adults as well.

There’s a lot of pool to choose from. They also have childrens pool and aquapark. No fighting over sunbeds here! 😂…It is also a short walk to the beach. They have everything you needed in a holiday.

If you want a peaceful and relaxing vacation then this is the hotel for you.

We haven’t left yet and I’m already planning of going back here 😂✈️. Recommended! 👍

Unterkunft war super vorallem der tolle Kidsclub was bei unserer Wahl das wichtigste war. Das Personal war ein bisschen verplant wegen der Größe der Anlage - meine damit wenn man etwas gefragt wurde wusste keiner Bescheid. Das reservieren der Liegen am Pool und auch am Meer hat uns gar nicht gefallen - wir hatten fast nie eine Möglichkeit eine Liege zubekommen da fast alle in der Früh schon reserviert waren und diese aber teilweise nur paar Stunden am Tag benutzt wurden von den reservierenden.
Sonst war alles Top gerade für Familien mit Kindern eine Top Anlge ;-)

Es hat an nichts gefehlt.
Check-In verlief rasch und unkompliziert sowie auch Check-Out.
Essen war abwechslungsreich und auch trotz 500-600 Personen in den Speisesäalen hat es sich sehr gut verteilt.
Auch das Personal in der Küche war meistens zuvorkommend; sie begriffen manchmal nicht, warum man weniger will :-)
Ein paar davon waren wirklich zuvorkommend freundlich, ein paar etwas grisgrämmig.
Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.
