I liked this place. My two main criticisms would be:

1. The room was quite noisy until about midnight as I think it was above a bar that was used for after show dj entertainment. That wasn't great for a sleeping small child.
2. Despite turkish cuisine being rich and flavoursome, like a lot of AI hotels, the buffet food merged into one flavour. So much so, I ate out locally. In addition, it's unusual to stay at an AI hotel for over a week and not be offered the chance for some kind of a la carte dining.

I stayed here with my 10 year old daughter and it was an incredible property. My daughter enjoyed the many kid friendly activities and the pool was just amazing. I enjoyed the food and convenience of having all the amenities in one place. Great family friendly hotel.

I stayed at Grenada Hotel about a week ago, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is perfect for families who prefer to stay indoors—everything you need is right there! It's located in a very quiet area, far from the busy bazaar and street markets, which was a nice change of pace.

The food was excellent, and the facilities were top-notch. However, the one drawback was the sheer size of the place. Getting from one side of the hotel to the other can be quite a challenge, especially if you’re traveling with a baby or someone with mobility issues. It’s surprising they don’t offer any internal transport, even though it seems like something they could easily do. The hotel need to look into this and provide a solution for sure.

Other than that, it was a great stay, and I’d recommend it, especially for those looking for a peaceful getaway.

There was 0 customer service. All those people that work there are seasonal people brought from the Area around it, they teach them no English so customer service is not there. Can’t complain about the what the resort offers. Everything was really good but for me customer service is #1

This is not a 5 star hotel. Meals are basically in the buffet only unless you want to pay for the a la carte. Buffet was disgusting - lack of hygiene, too loud, mass crowding and poor quality of food. This place has the quality of a Cuban resort when it comes to food and I would even say the Cuban places are better. Hotel was dirty. It was a family reunion trip and all our rooms had sticky floors. Our room was across from the live show theatre. What kept us up at night was the cleaning and garbage facility below our room. It sounded like demolition was happening and explained why the stairs smelled like vomit. When we went to complain, they told us it did not exist. Tried to say it was a staff room. We took a video. When we tried to call front desk or guest services, no numbers were available. QR code led to room service menu but no number. Website stated no address found. When we told them, staff stated we were the only people to tell them. Service was horrible. Save your money and go else where. Cheap tourism at its worse. One family member got a rash from the pool. We’re pretty sure it was full of pee.

The good:
The property is huge and beautiful and kept very clean. The pools lovely and clean. Even though the property is very large, the mere size and the number of pools mean it is never overcrowded. The private beach is lovely and the facilities good there. The food selection is good though more on it in the negatives. The number of bars, means you can always find a nice place to sit and have drinks in the evening. The evening entertainment is fairly decent. The water park is not a thrill seekers paradise but it is quite good, with the highlight being the kids slides which will keep the kids busy. The spa is wonderful.

The negatives:
The staff are not really up to the mark. The service though prompt mostly, the behaviour is rude. There are a few who are nice but quite a few that are not. The food is average at best even though the variety is huge, it is mostly tasteless and repetitive.

Not suggesting it for travelers coming from 1st country, people don’t stay on the line at the reception, or restaurant. They stay too close to you.
Don’t go to body massage. Not good at all.
Turkish hammam was fine.
Food’s variety was great, and available everywhere and any time. But know that, cats are walking inside the restaurant freely and you will see flies on foods sometimes.
No reception phone number by the room phone. Communication was not that good and I think it’s because of language barrier.
People in Turkey barely know English. Better to travel to English speaker countries for traveling.

Absolutely huge resort with loads of things to do throughout the day. An array of food choices served all day in different parts of the hotel. Lounge areas very lovely with lots options for drinks and a cute patisserie. Food park was situated in wonderland, where lots of more food options were offered everyday.

Swimming pools are beautiful, lots of kids pools with slides and daily activites for everyone.

We stayed in a standard land view room. Felt it was quite small compared to the rooms we have stayed in as a family in other hotels. Daily housekeeping staff that did our room was incredibly miserable and didnt do the job properly- didnt change the linen when it was dirty, emptied the bins but didnt put on liners on back properly, floor wasnt mopped properly and didnt do the bedding up nicely.

Overall, i wouldnt say the service her was amazing just standard. Although the staff at the front of the hotel who valeted our car for us were always lovely. Apart from that the staff generally were quiet miserable or catered to individuals or families they felt they could benefit from.

They did not turn the lights on in the lobbies, poor air conditioning, which made it very uncomfortable to dine and lounge in the hotel. The family room with the extra room did not have a window. Our room felt very damp, dingy, and had a slight sewage smell

I was in other hotel in Antalya and for lower price i got much more, so From my experience I cannot and will not recommend this hotel unfortunately.

Beautiful property. Great food. What gets annoying is that you still have to pay for so many small things and are being sold something at every corner. I expect to pay for Luxary add ons but felt annoyed when things that you expect to be included are constantly pushed down your throat at additional costs. Coming to an all inclusive resort, it would be nice to be able to relax without needing your wallet but this was not the environment here…rather felt like the opposite. U want to sit on the lazy river…make sure to buy floaties for your kids. You want to enjoy the free live entertainment, be sure to bring cash so u can play bingo between shows otherwise u will sit bored for 30 mins. Arcades/amusement parks r all additional.

Guests are constantly pushy n come with a me first attitude and unless you are willing to play that game, you constantly will be waiting at the back of lines. Been to many resorts but never have I seen such entitlement at resorts…not just once or twice but at every meal n every experience. Chairs on the resort r impossible to get because everyone is of the mindset that they will take 4 chairs by the pool for their towels to soak in the sun under. I get it’s nice to be by the pool but it starts to feel ridiculous that for every 10 seats, 2 will be in use but the other 8 will be reserved by a towel for someone who may or may not use it later.

Food at the buffet and food street was great. Staff r hit n miss. Some r great…n some can be very rude!

It was amazing holiday in this hotel, the food was great, the water parks and the pools were super clean, the night shows were super amazing, you will never get bored and my children enjoyed there time to the maximum.

Otherwise, for a five star hotel the cleanliness must be improved specially the rooms and the pool bars, the room was full of dust and not totally clean and each time I order juice from the pool bar the glasses were dirty , at the main restuarant the plates, the forks and the nives werent clean most of the time.

The good:
Pools are excellent and fun. Dining is also excellent. So many options for food, both traditional Turkish meals and international options. We stayed in Maldives houses which are very cool with direct access to a semi private pool that’s separate from the main pool.

The bad:
If you’re traveling without kids, there’s less things to do. There’s a “night club” but it’s full of kids, even in late hours. It’s kind of weird honestly.

Also, there are lots of cats on the property. This is cute and all but they’re constantly being abused by kids whose parents simply don’t care. We found a cat who was actively bleeding from his eye and we brought this to the attention of guest relations, they laughed and brushed us off, even after complaining about it multiple times. That wasn’t cool. If you’re going to pretend to care about the cats (they put food and water for them) then you need to care about their well being as well. For this reason alone, I’m rating staff as terrible. Guest relations should not be making fun of people who are concerned about the well being of animals on the property.

Just got back from a family vacation with two very young children. It was the first time we go on vacation and don't actually have to leave the hotel. First of all,, the staff was super helpful anf accommodating even before we arrived. The rooms are spacious and clean. Even the housekeeping staff is ready to help with whatever they can. The pools are great and there really is something to do for everyone during yhr day. The food was great as well and the food areas are very clean despite the massive amount of people around. The only negative comment I have is about the kids club. Firstly, we only felt the need to go to the kids club in the evenings because the general entertainment shows are mostly boring and other than that there's nothing else to do as a family after dinner. We thought the kids club would be a solution because the program seemed good enough but it's really terrible. The girls that work there have no business working with kids. They have terrible attitudes and they're all dressed like they're waiting to go to a night club. Other than that, the hotel is great and we'll definitely be going back

1: The AC in the room didn't work when we arrived at the room it took them 5 hours and around 1:00 am to ask us to change the room. We asked them to change our room since we were exhausted and they refused until I complained about the shower faucet which want working and just had cold water. the new rook was dirty, I took photos of moldy spots in the bathroom.

2: I had a slice of cake and there was a cherry seed inside the cake that broke my front teeth the guest relationship agent was near us and showed her my broken teeth and the seed on the plate. She called her manager and reported an incident since she witnessed that happened. After following up with them, they told me that the manager is still working on the report and the agents refused to give me a copy of the incident report. so I left the hotel already with an unpleasant experience and broken teeth and got back home

It was absolutely disaster and an unorganized hotel. We thought we would have a great time after 37 hours of flight and were looking forward to a week's vacation with my first time-traveled two kids

I booked a 5 night stay for our family of 5 very disappointing stay was expecting much more.
To start with the lobby staff are very rude I did arrive abit earlier then check in time before my stay I did email the hotel and ask if this was okay and if I could pay extra to check in early.over email they did tell me there was so need to pay extra if there is availability they would allow me to check in early.when I arrived I was told I would have to pay a extra £585 to check in at early which I thought was absolutely ridiculous for a few hour.
Then the water park was closed throughout our whole stay.
The water park was the reason I booked this hotel.
The last straw for me was when my room was not cleaned and I was told by a staff member that they could only give me clean towels as it was the end of their shift.

I would not recommend to any there are a lot cheaper hotels and I’m sure with a better service.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID!

Second time I went back to your hotel and booked the whole family because I really enjoyed the first time but I was disappointed with the service, the wait at the reception desk two hours did not give us the rooms I booked after I wanted to do went out replaced the room. There is no parking service, you have to ask them to take us from the hotel parking outside without a shed

GRANADA - The best family vacation!

In one word \"AMAZING\"! we stayed in Granada for a week on a family vacation during October 2019 and had the best vacation we could dream of. This was a special trip for us as we celebrated a family reunion of 8 families with a birthday, and to summarize we could not choose a better hotel then this! The hotel staff was very friendly, warm and welcoming. They have assisted us with any question we had and did their best to satisfy our needs during our stay. They even arranged special Karaoke room for us to celebrate the birthday and decorated the room. A big thanks is entitled to the front office manger Mr. SAKIR ILAN that was so nice and helpful, assisted with every need and the rooms and made this trip perfect! also thanks to Mr. Adnan Guest relation manager for his assistance with the birthday. Other then the perfect staff, everything else was also perfect- great food, many attractions for children (water slides, amusement park) , hotel is very luxurious modern looking with endless pools and was very clean. Rooms were also luxurious with free mini-bar and were cleaned on a daily basis. location is great - near to Belek shopping center and 30 min from Anatalya city (transfer is available by texi or rent car). In the evening you can enjoy from free shows in the hotel and the amusement park.
i would recommend this hotel to everyone, it was so perfect that i would definitely return! thank you for everything!

The property is beuatiful and well maintained. The pools and slides were very enjoyably and my girls thoroughly enjoyed them selves. Check in wasn't smooth, no first aid available unless you visit the onsite doctor who charges over a €100 just for a check up, guest relations needs to improve. The overall experience was good but not luxury 5 star.

The hotel was very nice and luxurious. The staff at the reception were fantastic and made our check in go smoothly and specially Celin. She was so helpful and professional. The hotel is for families, if you have a family don’t go to another hotel except this one. But if you are a couple, this hotel is not for you.

The thing as I didn’t like: the hotel was full of children and not a place for couples. The disco is full of children running around and playing.
The “adult” swimming pool had children in it and nobody said anything.
The hotel had several dj’s but none of them had good music. They all played almost the same songs every night.

I have stayed in several 5 starts hotels in Antalya, Granada is one of the good experience I had in Anatlaya.

The Good:

the food was good (in the main restaurant) the snack bar is not that good compared to other 5 star hotels in Antalya.

Overall everything was clean rooms and facilities.

I am not sure how old this hotel but it's in very good condition, I loved the rooms/hotel decoration.

Good water park and with elevator to take up to the slides.

Good evening entertainment the arena shows and parties.

Rooms bathrooms are very clean and kept in good condition,

The Bad:

I have arrived to the hotel around 13:30 and they told me the room is not ready yet the check in @ 14:00, but it took them till 15:00 pm to get my room ready. and the receptionist wasn't friendly at all.

Some of the staff is so rude and unhelpful. I have so many examples... but here is one of them.... @ the party arena bar I asked one of the cleaning guys if there is an ashtray because I dont want to throw cigarettes on the ground he told me not my problem ask the guys at the bar, I went to the bar the lady working there was yelling at people because she is receiving so many requests.

Wonderland rooms are spacious but very tight bathroom
.
the animation team is not very interactive with guests like other 5 star hotels in the area.

the DJ needs to stop playing the same music every night.

Wonderland area could use a Bar service till 23:00.

The stay was overall very good.it might be the best place for kids and families.the pools the sliders the games and activities were all amazing.the food was dilicious and diverse.the only drawback was the room cleaning even though they made a good job in the first three days,in the fourth day we left the room twice in the morning and the dinner and lift them the notice light but no one did the job of cleaning.
I call the desc and inform them about the problem later on the day and their answer was \"so what is the problem\" and finally they they will write a report about the problem.

Professional staff. Very clean. Very kind in terms of food. U can find food almost 24hrs/24. My kids enjoyed theAqua park and Luna park and all the pools present in the resort. They had many shows at night but for me that was the only point that needs to be enhanced a little bit.
I also suggest that they make a small welcome presentations to tourists on food preservation so that people don't throw food.

The Hotel is huge and suitable for all ages, during the day all family members can play in the aquapark and at night their is a show then party, What I really like is the Geast Relation Department they are very active and not only listening to the guests but taking action immediately

Swimming pool was very good , Aqua park are nice ,kids facilities are perfect

Very nice resort. friendly and helpful staff. We stayed there for our anniversary and guest relations (Shima) helped us greatly to have a special and memorable night. Granada is huge resort and there is a lot of activities, show, parties and ... every day. I really enjoyed my stay there. Definitely worth it $$$ ;)

The hotel is excellent it terms of building, pools, bars and rooms.

However, it is one of the worse when it comes to staff attitude. The food was identical everyday, we had to go out 4 times out to eat as we couldn't stand it anymore.

The air conditioning wasn't working in the bedrooms, it was awful as we couldn't sleep. We had no windows in our rooms, only french doors which we couldn't open them at night for security and safety reasons as we were in the ground floor

At the hotel they told that we dont have double room .
They gave me asingle that ot was verry small for my family
I asked to cancel my reservation but the refused .
