This is an amazing hotel and most of the staff doing their best and work hard and friendly.Also extra thanks to Ms.Seda Ocak and her team.They are so professional and always happy to help!In the restaurants you can find plenty of food and drink and all are great and delicious! Special thanks to Mr. Mustafa Akkus from the main restaurant and also all good and friendly servers and chiefs.You will never regret to choose this hotel.I am hoping to go there again.

Hotel is very clean. Staff is very friendly but just few people speak English. Front desk is great. Buffet is very good with a lot of variety of food. Bars are excellent with nice drinks.
Only one negative thing is as being VIP property with Expedia, and I am holding gold status, I was denied my credit 15 Euros per night for massage which was advertised at the time of booking and refused
to recognize credit toward payment.

Overall a really nice hotel with so much to do.
Not a cheap place to stay but you get what you pay for.
Only negative was the WiFi coverage, especially in the main restaurant which was pretty much no coverage at all. WiFi is a basic amenity now like hot water and electricity. They need to fix that issue.

First holiday to Antalya stayed at Susesi luxury resort and we absolutely love it it was fantastic . Travelled with 3 kids (under 7) and all loved it as much as the adults did . On arrival we met Sinan and Orhun who really went above and beyond in looking after us and made the trip much more memorable . The mini club kept the kids entertained as well as endless food options which is always a winner . The spa treatments were also one of the best visited . The restaurants had so many options the term spoilt for choice doesn’t do justice . The swimming pools were always clean as were all the facilities . Thank you to all the staff for the hospitality.

They gave us our room at the close out section of the resort we made multiple attempts to change our room but weren't able to as to frond desk people did not care what so ever. Plus the resort is a part of taxi scam be aware of that !!

It was a very crowded hotel and I don’t think they can accommodate all the people staying there. There were times we couldn’t find a sunbed to lay and people usually put their towels down and claim most of it. Kemal bey at the restaurant was very nice. Food was good but nothing amazingly good. Overall I felt like I was at Disney Land and not a 5 star hotel where you relax.

I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking forward to unwind/ relax. Landscaping was beautiful. Food& drinks were high quality. Evening shows were great. The hotel had a spacious room& beds were super comfortable. Check in was fast& efficient. Definitely try their Spa services& I had an amazing massage treatment. I will definitely book this hotel in the future.

Very nice hotel usually hosting Russian visitors and the shows are directed more to that crowed. Lots of food at good quality. The pools are excellent and the beach is very nice. Mostly recommended for relaxation very quiet atmosphere.

Buffet dining was good but the a la carte restaurants were excellent. Great pools and beach made it difficult to decide between the two. The staff is above and beyond. By far the best all inclusive I have stayed at.
There were some minor upkeep issues with the property but i only noticed them because everything else was so good that the frw issues i did observe seemed out of place with the reat of the excellent service and amenities

2- the food quilty is good but there is no diversity. For 8 days the same dishes.
3- WIFI . Very very very bad.

This resort was amazing. The check in team were very welcoming and the front reception manager upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite with oceanfront and pool in the balcony . What a great start of our stay . The food at this resort was also amazing . This is the best buffet I have seen in my life ! The variety was unbelievable. They had a huge variety of cheeses and fruits and veggies and around 20 different entrees
It was overwhelming but great
I would recommend this resort as it was my favorite in this area of Antalya .

A nice hotel .so clean.and everyone wore face masks .BUT this is a hotel that hosts congress functions and they have preferences over the other guests !! The food was only avarage for a luxurious hotel also .i wouldn't have a 2 weeks holiday here.its a congress hotel ..the staff prefer the congress guests....

There is zero luxury there and definitely not 5 star, I would say it’s 3 star. Internet wasn’t working, they had no child care or babysitting services provided as promised, staff is rude, food was alright the only nice place was the fish restaurant on the beach, rooms are very old and dingy, you have to walk too far, pools were frozen, beach was ok. I wouldn’t come back and don’t recommend it to you.

Lots of the rooms in the hotel are very tired. Food is average at best. There was really loud music each night near the pools that made going to sleep like being in a club - we all had to use headphones each night. Showers in the room are like a dribble of water; hairdryers are from decades ago and / or do not work; no irons / ironing boards in rooms. That said, lots of facilities for families, and most of the staff are very kind

Very happy indeed with the overall experience at Susesi.

Helpful staff, excellent service and quality food as part of the All Inclusive rate, which in itself was great value.

Covid safe measures have been implemented throughout the hotel, from wearing of face masks to regular temperature checks before being admitted in to high traffic areas such as the restaurant.

I would have no hesitation in booking this hotel again.

Sad, honest review

For this kind of hotel we were quite disappointed. We were staying during COVID-19 time, but condition of hotel is quite bad. This cannot and is not affected with virus outburst at all. Hotel requires full renovation to acquire the 5 starts and luxury prefix.

AC was not working in some ares of hotel in month of August, there was this horrible smell like dead fish in a room corridors, power buttons in rooms were not working, TV had more dead pixels than alive and so much more.

Food was also quite bad, although this might be affected with entire Corona situation; Staff not speaking English, but sign language, but at least they were polite and trying to help out in different situations.

What I didn't like is that people would take as many towels as they wanted and \"reserve\" spots by the pool or beach and would not even show during the day. It was quite hard to find spot because of these things.

On a positive side, rooms were clean and neat, minibar was always full and restocked; Internet was OK in hotel, at the pool and on the beach as well.

- WiFi is extremely bad in the rooms;
- the website mentions that it's all inclusive, however it is Not inclusive of all the restaurants and room service is extra charge - which is quite misleading, other resorts I stayed at in Belek mentioning \"all inclusive\" included everything within the resort;
- Service team needs time to understand simple English, it was very difficult to ask for simple things from staff because their comprehension of English is very poor;
- extra food during breakfast/dinner was checked with staff if can be taken to our room to ensure no food waste, they declined and threw the food away;
- quality of food could be better for the amount paid for the stay

I booked royal suite costing roughly £500/night during dec/jan. The hotel is completely outdated. Not what you expect for 5 star. Air con is so noisy like your in 3rd world country, haven't seen these in years and the air flow is annoying, it blows straight into your face. There is dampness in the rooms by the corner, it is always wet.

My 1st night was freezing as air con did not work due to faulty fusing which took them 1 day to rectify, which also blew my extension cable and travel adaptor. Toilets leave foul smell and 1 was worse than other, no ventilation in there.

As for food they cater to Russians, so it was terrible. Not even any Turkish food available. The Italian and Chinese a la carte was decent. I have tried steak few different places in Turkey and they all taste the same. Generally i did not have any food poisening so i guess it was ok and edible.

The butler was like a glorified telephone, nothing spectacular and very slow. It was convenient by having them on WhatsApp to message them directly instead of having to call reception or room service. Room service was always slow and food never came hot. I spent my whole stay with cold food whenever i got room service.

As a british asain muslim food is not great at all. if you have kids take a lot of snacks ready meal lunch etc.

Spa in the resort is nothing spectacular, they have a male therapist who was ok. Massages are all the same no matter what it is called. They just use different oils and charge you diffe

Loved Susesi Resort

We were not sure what to expect of such a large resort after having stayed for 5 weeks travelling in Turkey staying at small properties. We loved the resort. Beautiful room, spacious, comfortable bed, great air conditioning, strong wi fi. At this time of year the pool wasn't crowded, chaises were easy to find, the sea fantastic to swim in and we really enjoyed our stay. The main restaurant was good - there is a lot of variety. The hotel was very clean and well maintained and our room spotless. Would stay again without hesitation.

The pool area and restaurants were lovely. The hotel is let down by the dated furnishings in the rooms and the very impolite staff we encountered on our 1st night. From the rude lady at guest services that checked us in with a nasty stand offish attitude to the waiter that screamed at his colleague who was serving us drinks after the buffet had closed - ignoring the fact that we had just arrived due to flight delays. This really must be addressed as it appeared to us that the staff chose whom they wanted to be nice to.

The hotel failed to disclose the fact that guests were only allowed one a la carte reservation per stay. This was very disappointing as the buffet was very bland and very limited options.

The entertainment was good but geared towards children, not great for a girls holiday as the evenings were boring.

I definitely will not be visiting again!!!!

The property is beautiful and everything is included. The receiving receptionist was so dry and unwelcoming, they gave us wrong rooms which we did not pay for, after i told her, she said that's all they had. I made a big fuss and called the floor manager, he was very understanding, and upgraded us tona suite, which was very nice. The A/C in the toom is horrible, it's noisy and hits the bed directly, so it becomes uncomfortable to sleep. The facility is beautiful and very generous with what they offer as all inclusive. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were delicious and very generous and big variety.
Ine more issue, most of the staff so not understand English or communicate well.

The staff at the Susesi could not do enough for you. Everyone was very friendly and could not do enough for you.
Plenty of activities to do throughout the day, or just chill by the pool/beach. The evening entertainment was good and varied each night.
Only slight disappointment was that there was no stern Club as advertised. However, Vlad made my son welcome in all the activities including the daily international football match and at the shooting range.
Overall, the room, the food and facilities were great.
Best hotel I’ve stayed at in Turkey - so far!
Would not hesitate to return. Great value for money (even more so, if not in school hols!!!)

Arrived at this hotel and felt like I was in heaven. Grand entrance with security, bell boy to take your cases and guest services show you to your room. We were upgraded on arrival to a lake house which was beautiful and offered cake as it was my partners 30th birthday. Lots of choice for food and drink. Bars and restaurants everywhere on the complex. Spa was amazing as well. The complex also had its own beach and aqua park. Plenty to do for everyone. Bar staff could smile a little more but the drink selection was brilliant. Lots of nice cocktails - made very strong on Takatuka! Amazing holiday. Definitely recommend and looking forward to going back next year.

My selection of Susise hotel was based on the reviews. I really don’t understand how these guests level of ratings, as I think they lack the 5 star ratings. The staff are very helpful and hospitable, the hotel facilities including the rooms would not deserve more than 3 or 4 star hotel rating. You really need to rent a car as the hotel location is so far from anywhere, and taxis rates are so expensive. The food selection is very good but quality is OK. The price is too high for what you get in return.

It was not worth the money. I stayed I selectum luxury resort twice and only spent 1 night in Susesi as I wanted to see the hotel. But very disappointed, Selectum Luxury resort is a far better hotel. The checkin was delayed because they were asking for a voucher, although they had my booking on the system. The staff looked tired and run down, didn't interact with us. They served us cocktails with no ice and it was boiling hot (30 degrees at night time). In general, unfortunately there is not a luxury feel about this hotel.

No air conditioning

On arrival in our room the room temperature was 25 C. This was the same every evening. The air conditioning had been turned off and only the heating was available.

Spoke to management and they explained the outside temperature at night was 15C, therefore they would not turn on air conditioning. We were advised to leave our balcony doors open all night!

Excellent resort. I wish we could have stayed longer. Service was also excellent, very professional. It would have been good to be able to buy water in the hotel.

Nice hotel, excellent food, next to the beach

We went there as a couple, there is a lot of kids around so it is a bit harder to relax. But we knew it would be a family hotel. Hotel staff is nice and food is excellent and well presented. Room decoration is a bit outdated but still decent. Site is huge and very well kept, the beach and the pier is really nice as well.
