The property is good, the pool facilities, indoor and outdoor, the kids playing area, the animalfarm/ zoo near the hotel - was great. the food in the restaurant good.

staff and service - extremely poor. it seems that all good turkish service people left the country. no ones cares about you and the way how you are being spoken to and looked at - especiallg when you try to communicate with them in English is terrible and not even 1 star level!

The hotel seems to have become a hide out place for russians - all staff speak russian, the entertainment (animationteam / live music) everything is in Russian...

I am still shocked by this... It seems that all other nationalities were irrelevant and / or forgotten.

The Animation team were a bunch of kids who repeatedly tried very hard, but just didnt manage to deliver - I dont blame them. they were just too young and inexperienced. They could not even impress my 4 year old... They didnt seem to enjoy what they were doing and they were so careless... Could be because my son isnt russian...

A real shame, as the hotel itself was lovely and has tremendous pontential, but as I always preach - a good hardware is useless, if the software isnt great. the staff, the service - one of the worst I have experienced in 25 years.

Bellis Deluxe Hotel was an excellent experience for us. It is a lovely family hotel with great staff. There are lots of activities you can do with kids and there were different shows every evening which the whole family could enjoy. The food was delicious and the hotel was clean and tidy. It is also a beach hotel which is so great as you can walk only about 2mins to get to the beach.

A memorable week in Bellis

It was a great family experience.
We were two families (4 adults and 4 children)
We all enjoyed every moment spent at Bellis from the day we checked in till the 6th day of our check out.
- Staff are very friendly. They speak three languages (turkish,russian mainly, and some English in addition; two or three speak Arabic also)
- Food was very tastey and from different cousins
- Room was very nice and the view was amazing. They gave us a welcoming wine and a bowl of fruits. Mini bar was free and filled daily.
- Daily activities for adults and kids. They were presented in three languages Turkish, Russian, and English.
- All pools were clean and crystal clear.
- Two aqua parks one foe adults and one for children.
- Pony kids club is a play ground for kids with more than 4 staff to take care of the little ones. They have several daily activities for kids from 9 am till 11 pm.
- Beach is large, clean, and well served.
- Free drinks are served in all bars that are distributed in all areas.
- 7 restaurants ( 4 of them need previous reservation and three are free)
Over all it was an amazing stay for us as adults and our kids were in paradise.

I spent a week here for work. The positives: The food was good, the service was also very good. The bed was comfortable, the toiletries were replenished most days, the coffee shop had great coffee selections. The servers in the restaurant and coffee shop were very friendly and helpful. The negatives: The room I was in was incredibly hot; the thermostat was not working and I had to leave the door open to keep the room tolerable. There were pieces of broken glass on my bathroom floor part way through my stay. The walls are very thin and I could hear my neighbors and noise from the hallway clearly. Everything outside was closed so I can’t comment on the pool, etc. The exercise room was well equipped, however there were several soccer teams at the hotel and they would book the room for their use and this limited the times we could get in there. Some of the staff were more helpful than others, especially at the front desk.
The price was very reasonable but there were many things that needed improvement.

- Grounds of the resort are rich in greenery and foliage.
- Food was available in either main restaurant or patisserie at almost all times.
- Very few members of hotel staff spoke English but those few who did were helpful.
- Food was disappointing for vegetarians, very limited choices - eg. mash potato and rice contained chicken bouillon, gelatine in practically all deserts and some items listing only vegetarian ingredients ended up containing meat.

I liked the hotel very much,
- very clean, beautiful place, friendly stuff, very good internet speed
shows which are arranged every evenings are worth hotels cost (five star)
- although food was very good, and lots of choices, i think still needed a little bit improvement, comparing to some other hotels of the same cost (four and half star)
- and time for aqua park was very limited (four star)

Great Resort, Wonderful Staff and Amazing Fun!

We were just there a few days ago. Beginning of Spring and though the weather was still a bit chilly we had a blast. The Resort is beautiful and everything about it met our expectations. They really go above and beyond to meet customers satisfaction. The food was amazing!

Exceeded my expectations

The place is fantastic and is beyond my expectations in all aspects. They even left complimentary bottle of wine in my room. My only bit of reservation was that the rooms are rather tiny. It’s OK if you are alone but it would be kind of crowded even for a couple. Nothing the hotel management could do about that though, I guess.

I will not recommend this place for anyone . It does not even feel like 5 stars. Maximum 3 and it is a very dry place. Furniture in room very old and the be was very uncomfortable. The TV was not stable. Towel holder in bath room was falling all the time . Food not great. Every day the same stuff. The indoor pool very cold.
The morning shift at the reception very dry and not helpful. I ask for a pharmacy and Anna at reception said it was 25 minutes away but when I took a taxi it was just outside the hotel.
The afternoon staff at reception very nice. The one on the morning are always the same . The general feel of the place not good . None of the workers in main places such as coffee shops do not speak English . You feel that you are in a big prison. Just eat and sleep. No one to help you with sightseeing a or entertainment
Do not book yourself there period

Beautiful resort and hotel.

When we arrived there reception staff were stood talking amongst themselves and ignored us! When we did finally get seen we were given a double room with single beds, I paid for a family room with a sea view, after making a fuss they changed and put us into the room we ha paid for. This was a birthday surprise for my husband and I had requested the birthday package however the cake etc arrived on the 2nd day so the whole excitement had died. The hotel and resort itself is absolutely beautiful everything is close by. I'm 7 months pregnant so paid the extra for a great service this was not delivered. That said once all the above was sorted we had an amazing holiday. It's brilliant for kids my 2 year old was never bored lots of activities and food to keep her busy x

First night was terrible....hotel has poor AC!!

Booked a double bed and travel cot for my 6 month old baby, arrived at the hotel late at night to find two single bed joined together and no travel cot..when we asked them for a double bed...a cleaner simply put a large bed sheet which covered both beds....but wait for it…no double quilt.

By 2AM that night they were still sorting it out, while dealing with trying to make a 6 month old sleep..i said leave me alone tomorrow i will complain...after complaining the next day to the reception manager...initially they were refusing to help us, once mentioninig we would post online, they got a bit supportive in trying to help us 

We were finally moved to a family room. This room was more suitable for my family, however the air conditioning was terrible, something we later established across the hotel was extremely poor, considering outside it was 34 deg on an average day…this was really discomforting, especially when you have a 6 month old to contend with.
The main restaurant, while the food was amazing, really good variety and really good for children..the lack of air condition really made eating there a extremely uncomfortable dining experience.

I would 100% go back to Antalya as the weather was Amazing, while the food was awesome in Bellis Deluxe, I am really shocked how they treat customers and the lack of air conditioning for a 5 star hotel is really off putting.

We enjoyed the facilities, but air conditioning was not good. Gym resort has no windows and no air cindition, affected my daily routine. The resort has nice nightcs shows for adults, yet not various for children. There is delay in cleaning the room.

Not good for English speaking visitors !

This hotel is definitely not a 5 star for North American standards 3 star at most. All activities are geared toward the 90% Russian tourists at the resort. You have to pay 10€ Per person for the alcarte restaurants and extra for any premium alcohol or wine. So not truly an all inclusive. took 1 hour to check in and were not given a proper room we paid €120 to upgrade. Stay away turely disappointed with Expedia and the hotel for this one!

Friendly staff! Couldn't do enough for us...I was upgraded to a honeymoon suite without having to ask! The staff even bought a cake & champagne for my husband birthday ( im assuming they got the details from booking) highly recommend and will be going there again in the near future

Great resort surrounded by the beach

We were welcomed with breakfast as we reached while it was still happening and that was the starting point of our food journey! One thing is for sure one can't go hungry here! The whole day they keep refreshing the buffet and when that is closed the patisserie is there for snacks. The staff tries their best to be accommodating but English is not commonly spoken we still managed to find a few from the team to converse with who were helpful and friendly. In terms of activities the evening activities were fun with music karoke bingo etc! During the day the weather wasn't always on our side so could not enjoy beach much or the Aqua mania till the very last day! It was great but would have liked to do it everyday! Could still laze around and enjoy the various pools of the resort. Ala carte dining is there for an additional charge of 10 euro but we also couldn't do this as there were not enough people interested. So sometimes we were lost about what to do as there is nothing outside the resort except more resorts mostly for golfing. I guess in peak season things would be pretty busy! So a mixed blessing for us!

Very nice resort for the price you pay, cheaper than other resorts in the area.
The food was lovely and varied.
The bed was not good at all, very hard to sleep on and all TV channels in Turquish. The farm was ok. The aquamania is quite nice and the pools as well. The Spa is good as well. The beach was nice. Overall it was a good stay.

Отличный хозяин. Я приехал в отель около 10 утра, мне предложили к качестве комплимента завтрак и уже в 11:30 меня заселили в номер. Очень клиентоориентированный и дружелюбный владелец. Также владелец всегда и очень оперативно был рад помочь с экскурсиями и цены лучше чем в близлежащих агенствах. Локация у отеля хорошая, в шаговой доступности много ресторанов с хорошим рейтингом. Номера чистые и уютные.

Отличный отель. Большой ,комфортный номер. Доброжелательный персонал. Еда вкусная,разнообразная,морепродукты каждый день были.Комфортный отдых. Прекрасный пляж и пирс. Детские горки ребёнку понравились, а вот песочница на пляже конечно вообще не о чём. Единственное,что огорчало- это холодильник для минибара(3 раза меняли), так и не работал, внутри был горяченный.А так отдохнули отлично!

Her anlamda 4-4 luk karşılandık. Ozan bey bizlerle çok iyi ilgilendi. Balayı çifti olarak kahvaltıya yetişmek için 7:30 da uyanmak garip geldi çünkü tatil zamanımız. Kahvaltıya 9:30-10 gibi gittiğimizde belli çeşitler tükenmiş oluyordu. Eğlenceler ağırlıklı Rus misafirlere yönelik eğlenmek için dışarı çıktık ekstra harcama yaptık. Personel mükemmel derecede ilgili ve sorumluluk sahibi. Bir sonraki seyahatimde kahvaltı ve eğlence programı düzenlenirse memnuniyetle gitmeyi isterim. Bir kaç aksaklık olsada bu mükemmel oteli tüm çiftlere tavsiye ediyorum. Gönül rahatlığıyla gidip tatilinizi burada geçirebilirsiniz. Alacarta Restaurant Erkan bey ve Ozan bey ile mutlaka tanışmanızı tavsiye ederim. Tüm emekleriniz için teşekkür ederim Bellis Deluxe Hotel Ailesi.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Wir waren noch nie zu dieser Jahreszeit in Belek und haben uns kurzfristig für einige Tage Golf- und Badeferien am Meer entschieden. Das Hotel wurde uns von Freunden empfohlen und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Erstaunt aber nicht gestört hat uns, dass fast ausschliesslich nur russisch gesprochen wurde. Die Anlage ist sehr hübsch, grosszügig angelegt und es fehlt an nichts. Die Zimmer sind eher kleiner als in anderen Hotels in Belek und die Betten waren etwas gar hart. Das Essen ist absolut okay - in den Spezialitätenrestaurants gut bis sehr gut und im Buffet-Restaurant leider immer lauwarm. Die Mitarbeiter sind generell nett und motiviert.

Die ganze Anlage und das Hotel, bis auf ein einziges Aussen-WC war sehr sauber. Ständig wurde geputzt und alles gereinigt. Lobenswert.
Negativ war das unbequeme Bettsofa im unserem Zimmer.
Personal an der Rezeption eher unfreundlich.
Mühsam war, dass schon relativ früh am Morgen die Liegen auf dem Steg durch Badetücher reserviert wurden. Ebenso sehr viele Liegen am Strand.
Grosse Auswahl an Speisen im Restaurant. W-Lan Empfang sogar am Strand, super.
Geschmacklich könnten die Drinks an der Meet Point Bar besser sein

Top Hotel-Anlage, sehr schön angelegt und mit reichhaltiger Ausstattung, inkl. eigenem Zoo und Gestüt. All-inclusive ist hier wirklich Programm. Während unseres 10-tägigen Aufenthaltes von 2 Familien stammte der Grossteil der Gäste aus Russland. Die Qualität des kulinarischen Angebots war ausnahmslos gut bis sehr gut. Etwas mehr Abwechslung mit ausgeprägteren Themen würde das Angebot noch aufwerten. Ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen.

Были в отеле всего двое суток , но этого хватило , чтобы влюбиться в него . Проживали в здании JASMINE . Очень удачный корпус . Вдали от шума основного бассейна , с собственным бассейном , баром и рестораном . комнаты и балкон просторные с современным дизайном . звукоизоляция отличная . кухня разнообразная и вкусная . напитки в барах импортные , хорошего качества .

Guzel bir deneyimdi

Genel olarak iyi bir oteldi. Yemek konusunda kendilerini biraz daha gelistirmeleri lazim. Ve mumkunse ilk giris yapildiginda musterilere daha detayli bilgiler verilsin.
Anlamadigim baska bir olay ise benim ayirdigim oda tipi ile verilen oda tipinin farkli olmasi. Kimsede bana neden farkli bir oda tipinde kaldigimi aciklamadi.
Baska bir konu ise genel olarak Rus agirlikli bir otel. Biraz daha fazla Turkce bilen calisanlarin alinmasi yonunde. Kendi derdimi turkce anlatmakta zorlandim.
Temizlik gayet guzel. Calisanlar guler yuzlu. Yardim etmek icin cok cabaliyorlar eger iletisim kurabilirseniz.

Mükemmel bir tatil.

Otel konumuyla ve genel durumuyla çok iyi ve herşey ayağınızın altında. Çocuklu aile olarak bize her türlü yardımda ve pozitif bir şekilde yardımcı olundu. Üstelik hiç talep etmeden standart olan odamız junior suite oda olarak ücretsiz upgrade yapıldı. Temizlik ve iş ciddiyeti çok mükemmel durumda. Ayrıca personel tamamıyle yardımsever. Kısacası çok güzel, temiz ve yeniden tercih edebileceğim bir otel.

Yemekler yeterli, garson sayısı sanki yetersiz. Her masa ile ilgilenemiyorlar. Gün içinde çocuklara hatta büyüklere aktivite olsa iyi olur. Dart vs var ama kimsenin haberi yok. Müzikli oyunlar olabilir öğleden sonra çocuklar için. Belki Just dance olabilir. Oyun salonu kapalıydı biz 4 gibi baktığımızda. Akşam yemeğinden sonrası güzeldi ama. 8:30 da mini disko yarım saat. Sonra çocuk sineması, canlı müzik, disko vs. Bir de çok gürültü vardı. Gece 3 te telefonla kapımızın önünde konuşuyorlardı. Personel de aynı şekilde bağırarak konuşuyordu. Hayvanat bahçesi var at binme 23 dolar (130 tl /15 dakika)

Ailemle 25-27 Ocak ta kaldığımız otel gayet güzel temiz ama çalışanların bazısı çok ilgisizdi. Dolu nedeniyle arabam hasar gördü bir yetkilide arayıp ilgi göstermediği gibi arabamı çekmem gerektiği söylemek için defalarca aradılar.

Her şey güzeldi.

Otelden genel olarak memnun kaldım. Ana restoran temizdi ve yiyecek içecek kalitesi gayet iyiydi. Her gün ana yemeklerde et tavuk ve balık çıkıyor. Kahvalti da verilen ücretsiz taze portakal suyunu beğendim. Otel odalarinin buyuklugu yeterli, deniz manzaralı odalarda kalınmasını tavsiye ederim. Minibar çeşitliliği güzel. Verilen içecekler kaliteli. Oda temizliği de her gün düzenli olarak yapılıyor. Çalışanlar gayet ilgili. Coffee Barda türk kahvesi, taze demleme çay ve diğer içecek çeşitleri kaliteli ve her zaman taze. Restorant sorumlusu Mahir Bey çok beyefendi , Güler yüzlü ve ilgili birisi. Kendisine teşekkür ederim. Düşünmeden gelip kalabilir ve huzurlu keyifli tatilin tadını çıkartabilirsiniz.

Memnun kaldık

Kış döneminde gittik. Sömestr tatili için geldik. Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Personel çok güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Standart Odalar ana binada biraz küçük. İçki kalitesi iyi bira tuborg, rakı efe, viski jb yazında görmek istiyorum. Baya büyük bir hayvanat bahçesi var. Ben daha küçük bekliyordum. Hem aile hem çiftler tercih edebilir.

Мы второй раз встречаем Новый Год в этом отеле! В этом году стало еще лучше! Прекрасные повара и вкусные блюда! Отличная программа на Новый год с прекрасным оркестром,который весь вечер исполнял международные музыкальные хиты! Роскошный фейерверк и дискотека на берегу моря!
