Check-in was not so much friendly. Person from reception said that will call to me when my room will be ready, but no one didn’t call till check-in came are came. In room was not enough some bathroom staff (toot brush was just one in room for two person) other personal in hotel was brilliant, waiters, bartenders and ect.

We travelled as a couple and our experience was great from the arrival. The food and drink, restaurants, pools and entertainment were some of the best I’ve experienced of an All Inclusive hotel.
We had the standard Jade room which was very spacious and clean. The walk in wardrobe was fantastic and the flow of the room with this and the bathroom was very convenient. We will certainly consider Regnum again for future holidays.

Fantastic hotel and top service from the second we arrived until when we left. Premium branded drinks whenever we wanted and great selection of food. Due to being out of season, half the hotel restaurants, bars and pools were not open, but still had plenty to keep us looked after. I would definitely recommend this place. Although it is substantially more expensive than some other properties in the area, there is no denying the quality it gives guests staying here and I would not hesitate to return. Definitely a Top 5 star resort

However, my experience was tainted by the fact that there were multiple occasions when restaurant staff were unfamiliar with the menu and items I had ordered from it were made differently from how they were described. The 'warm brownie' was given to me straight from the fridge both times I ordered it, my iced coffee arrived without milk and syrup on one occasion and hot on the next.
and I had to remind them to heat it up,
There was one occasion when even after the waiter asked me to show him the ingredients of the iced coffee on the menu, I was served a hot latte.

It was an unforgettable stay. Worth highlighting are the special service from Mila and Murad from Villa Service, as well as the service from the young woman at the Vitamin Bar.
The facility is fantastic. Natural and quiet.

I would improve the food in the individual themed restaurants. I had absolutely no culinary experience in the Thai restaurant. The food was not authentic.

Some of the staff should be friendlier and laugh more.

We will be back. Thank you for everything. It was the best time we ever had in Turkey

Regnum carya The best resort in the world

Tongue fails to describe the beauty of the hotel, from its rooms, its view, its cleanliness, and the restaurant is very beautiful and tidy.
They gave us a cake in the shape of a heart on the occasion of our honeymoon, and they welcomed us with flowers on the bed and in the bathroom.
They made a very nice bouquet of roses

The softness of the bed linens was very wonderful, unlike all hotels.
The hotel is very, very big, and it must take more than one day to enjoy it.. and to be able to discover and see every place in the hotel
For example: There are 7 restaurants.. You can eat in them by reservation
Italian restaurant, Asian restaurant...etc 😅
The main restaurant without reservation.
We were unable to try other than the main restaurant due to lack of time, and it was very, very beautiful, clean, and all kinds of food, and everything was very tasty

The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent. The property is big and beautiful. Families can have a beautiful day and night walks. Staff at the beach and pools work good, but except for couple of more people - the rest of stuff is untrained. The Ala Cart restaurants are not at the level of 5 2 stars hotel, same goes for the main restaurant. And overall, for such an expensive hotel per stay, in the time of Covid, when most of the amenities are closed, almost as no entertainment - I believe the management should work harder and give some kind of bonuses to the travels for them to enjoy the stay. For example: ladies - 1 free massage at a spa. 1 free reservation of cabana on the piers. I had to stay here for more than 14 days and even thou I did ask for some kind of bonus to make my stay a bit more delightful - I received a simple no from a management.

It was a very nice hotel. I would say probably the best from a room and service stand point. However I must point out that I'm disappointed to learn that I have to pay 3 Euros for the Expresso capsules to enjoy Expresso in my Villa. You pay for thousands of liras for a Villa with all inclusive concept but have to pay for a cup of coffee in your room?? To me that's called nickle and diming. Regarding the food and other amenities, I believe the food was adequate and diverse, However it was nowhere close to Rixos belek premium. Was it bad? No but I was expecting better or equal to it's competitor's. It's a bit overpriced compared to the other hotels. In my view if your purpose is to eat diverse food and low budget then I recommend other hotels. I believe it is worth for your money to stay in the villas but I don't feel the same for the standard rooms.

This a huge all inclusive of very large scale. The room is very large and confortable. The food in the buffet restaurant is very varied and of excellent quality. The Italian speciality restaurant is nothing to write home about. Better go to the buffet restaurant. The beach and pool facilities are large with two large pools. The big negative was the reception and customer service staff. The reception staff on arrival did not explain all the hotel facilities and gave us false information like the wrong opening hours of the buffet dinner. She did not even care taking us to our room, which is standard procedure. The customer service person was not good. We had to pull the information from him. It is obvious that the hotel staff is not happy. Overall high quality all inclusive. But on an industrial scale. Like a 3500 person cruise ship. If you are looking for something more personal and cosy do go there.

Entrance lobby and location was good, but non of the entertainment was open.
I think it is unfair for Expedia to charge us 500pound a night, if everthing was closed
I.e adventure park was closed, half of the al a carte

We had an amazing stay at the Regnum Carya Resort. Very family oriented hotel. Child friendly hotel as we could see children with parents everywhere. The room was serviced twice and fresh towels put in every evening. We really enjoyed the all inclusive part of the stay u could eat or drink what u want there was no restriction. The staff at the restaurants were very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel and definitely come back to the Regnum Carya

This hotel is the best hotel i have been stayed so far, its ideal if you are a couple and s food lover, the best food, the best service, the best hotel, the spa could be more ptoffetional, this is why i gave 4/5 for facilities.
There may be some hotels that have better things than regnum, but over all regnum is the best, they care about every single detail and you will find whatever you need just nest to your hands, its a little bit expensive than others but it worths every penny you pay, you only need to pay and enjoy !

We spent 7 nights in this all inclusive resort at Regnum Carya . It was a great experience with outstanding service by the staff, delicious and variety of mouth watering tasty cuisines.
The rooms were excellent with nice furniture,clean linen and toiletries. The management is doing an excellent job to maintain the high standards.
Will definitely recommend to anyone who wants to experience luxury.
Will be returning back soon.

The best in Antalya, Absolutely Perfection

Everything was impeccable. The room was so big that it even owns a seperate dressing area, a very big shower cabine and also bath tub. Everything is clean, absoulutely luxurious very thoughtfully made. Those thoughtful details made our stay absolutely perfect. ( ex: every elevator has a green light on the floor in front of it. When you press the button and then the elevator's light which reaches your floor first, turns into orange. By the way The waiting time takes seconds only. This and many other details made me think this is one of the best hotels in the world. Definitely the best in Antalya. The staff were kind, hard working, smiling, caring..
Don't miss:
At the patisserie; taste the delicious creme brulee( all inclusive: you don't have to pay for anything)
The relax pool in the spring time on sunny days, because it is being heated, you could enjoy swimming outdoors without having a chill
The white sand beach( Antalya coast beaches do not have white sand, this one is being imported from somewhere)

Very slight annoyance was not given hand out of events that were happening although these were dotted about in numerous places. I found the buffet initially uncomfortable as u had to choose your own seat and there was always race for outside seating. However, the foot buffet did not feel busy and there was no awkward queuing up.
Shows were brilliant.
Another nuisance was there was no heated pool even the one next to the spa which was supposed to be heated was not
Childrens activity was brilliant. Surprised you had to pay for pool, table football in the games room

REGNUM made it the perfect holiday

First time in Turkey and was dubious BUT the Regnum made it the best holiday in a long time.
The hotel was immaculate. The rooms were London west-end level. The buffet food was out of this world, choice endless and quality was top notch.
Staff extremely accommodating, especially at the guest services desk.
Had my two nephews with me, both of which loved the wave pool and water park.
The beach cabanas were a drop of paradise.
Writing this is making me want to re book for next year.
One negative was that the week went too quick!! :-)

Her şey çok güzeldi çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü alakart restoranlar da çok güzeldi. Crown’un içindeki asya restoranı muhteşemdi ve ordaki çalışanlarda bir o kadar iyiydi. Crown havuzlarındaki yeme içme alanındaki noddle rice barındaki Gülsüm Hanım’ın el lezzeti ve güler yüzlülüğü takdire şayandı. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und tolle Pools sowie Strandbereich, die Auswahl der Speisen am Buffet ist groß und gut sowie eine gute Qualität der Speisen in den Restaurants.
Die Freundlichkeit des Servickräfte muss in einem 5 Sterne Hotel deutlich besser sein. Es gibt wenige Ausnahmen in dem Hotel die einen freundlichen Service umsetzten, das fanden wir schade.

Das Hotel Regnum Carya hat uns gut gefallen.
Die Hotelanlage, der Strand und die Zimmer sind sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich. Die Auswahl an Aktivitäten und Speisen lässt sich sehen.

Was nicht so gut lief ist die Reservierung der A La Carte Restaurants im Vorfeld. Es ist bereits 2 Tage vor Wunschdatum sehr schnell ausgebucht. Einen Tag vor CheckOut hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass die CİP Reservierung am Flughafen durchgeführt worden wäre, um Zugang zur Lounge zu erhalten. Wir wurden nicht daran erinnert und konnten das am Abflugtag auch nicht reservieren, sehr schade eigentlich.

Im Vergleich zum Nachbarhotel Kaya Palazzo Golf Ressort, müssen wir festhalten, dass wir in zwei Aufenhalten dort auch zwei kostenlose Upgrades in bessere Suiten erhalten haben. Beim Regnum Carya gab es lediglich einen Blumenstrauß für die Dame als Willkommensgeschenk. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis scheint mir damit nicht gerechtfertigt zu sein, da wir zum ähnlichen Preis ein deutlich besseres Angebot (Luxury Lagoon Suite mit Poolzugang und VIP Restaurant) im Kaya Palazzo erhalten haben, wenn auch nicht mit so großer Außenanlage. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört.
Der SPA und Wellnessbereich ist relativ Standard und nichts besonderes, da hätten wir auch etwas mehr Luxus erwartet.

Preis-Leistung ist außerhalb der Saison noch ok.
Innerhalb der Saison deutlich überteuert. Man zahlt wie so oft mehr für den Namen und Prestige als für den eigentlichen Luxus. Trotzdem empfehlenswertes Hotel!

Wir hatten einen Amber Lagoon suite, es war traumhaft schön mit besonderen Privilegien (problemlose Reservierungen in den a la carte Restaurants, Maia/ Alia inklusive auch mit exzellentem Frühstück a la carte, kostenlose Game Center). Die Bedienung vor allem in Maia (besonders Herr Arhan) war exzellent. Alle waren sooo liebevoll und freundlich. Der Leiter des Game Centers war auch super nett! Ein ganz tolles Hotel.

Das Hotel war grandios. Überzeugt haben vor allem die extrem engagierten und freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Hervorheben möchte ich hier die Guest-Managerin Shadi. Sogar nach dem Checkout wurde ich am nächsten Tag angefragt, ob ich gut nach Hause gekommen bin. Eine Woche die ich jedem Golfer wärmstens empfehlen kann.

Sehr freundliches Personal, wunderbare Anlage, schöne Zimmer.
Es fehlt eine lange Frühstücksmöglichkeit (Buffet wird um 11:00 geschlossen, allerdings schon ca 1 h später für Mittagsservice wiedereröffnet) und ein 24h á la carte Restaurant ohne Vorreservation wäre auch sehr gut. Die Qualität der Lebensmittel ist insgesamt sehr hochwertig. Die Qualität der verschiedenen Bars auf der Anlage personal- und tageszeitabhängig.
Die angebotenen Shows und live music events sind überwiegend ansprechend…

Es gibt nur wenige Hotels in dieser Klasse und einem ausgezeichnetem Service. Wer schon mal in der Türkei, in einem 5 Sterne Hotel Urlaub verbracht hat, wird den Unterschied erkennen. In Häusern wie Regnum Carya oder Maxx Royal ist man dann in einer anderen Liga. Hier sieht man dann echte 5 Sterne oder sogar 6.

je conseille fortement en famille, seul ou en coup

superbe hotel pour un séjour en famille ou en couple pour se reposer, toutes les activités peuvent etre effectuées à l'hotel pour tous les ages
hotel très propre, nourriture convenable
beau spa et salle de sport et piscines
enfin très bien situé, pas loin de l\"aeroport et nombreux commerces aux alentours

Один из лучших отелей в Белеке и Анталии. Отдыхаем не первый раз, не смотря на то что не играем в гольф. Все устраивает. До Maxx чуть не дотягивает персонал, но это компенсируется ценой
