Amazing

A wonderful resort for a few days away. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was good. Most of the staff were very accommodating and helpful. The AC in my room wasn’t working which would have been helpful but nonetheless it was a good holiday stay. Ten mins away from the land of legends and a few mins from some local bazaar shops.

Pool water is very very cold, they don’t turn on the water on the slides for the kids, only for a few hrs

The hotel in general and facilities were great, there was adequate space around the pool areas and was always able to get a sunbed no problem
The gym is very well equipped and runs classes throughout the day.
The rooms are clean and spacious with the children having proper beds instead of a sofabeds, and the mini bar is a nice touch and is refilled every day.
The food in the restaurant is the same every day and lacks poultry options.
The bar staff were rude and not helpful in offering drinks and would serve other people at the bar before you even if you were next.
There was a language barrier with some staff who didn't understand drinks or questions.

The resort is a little out of the way of Antalya but it's very peaceful. Room was nice and clean. The private beach is closeby and there is a frequent shuttle service. Food and drinks are abundant at all times, but the fish/meat options aren't the tastiest as they are all blant. May be they need to look at having cooks catering to a more wider variety of visitors from around the world. The numerous restaurants mentioned on the website aren't open during the off season (only the main buffet restaurant). The air con in rooms is also only available in the hotter months hence things are are bit stuffy during March until mid April when the air cons are switched on. But the rooms can be kept cool by keeping the balcony doors open at night. There's a bit of difficulty communicating with staff due to the language barrier but they do their best! Just be aware that some activities (e.g. billiards, adventure park) are charged extra but prices are reasonable. We really enjoyed the spa and Turkish bath experience. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

14 days of amazing hospitalilty from Innvista Belek.

We had a lovely room service lady, Aysel who greeted us every morning with a smile and quickly became friendly with my son! She is meticulous in her cleaning and tries her best to work around our schedule when my son is sleeping during the day. She cleaned our room thoroughly and also did very cute towel sculptures on our bed which always put a smile on our face.

To the groundskeeper who helped me find my shorts when the wind blew it over. To the amazing staff in the dining area who always offer us drinks and bring a highchair for my son .

A special mention to the reception staff to Ekaterina and Murat who sorted out a meeting room for me everyday day to attend a conference call and with Murat who I spoke to everyday, they are all so friendly.   Guest Relations Aykut , Kader and the manager Darya Yildiz is very helpful and we had a very nice chess ♟️ game with Aykut.  I loved my stay here and would highly recommend to everyone !! Hospitality is what makes this place world class. The facility is very clean with constant 24/7 cleaners. 10-15 minute walk to land of legend and the nearest mosque. Very fast broadband also .

Will definitely be coming back next year

The check-in experience was excellent. Despite arriving a couple of hours early at 12 PM, the staff efficiently checked us in without any hassle. The porters were extremely helpful and prompt.

Our room, although a bit small for an interconnecting setup, was clean and comfortable. Special mention goes to the dedicated cleaner on block 3, 4th floor, an older lady who consistently impressed us with her meticulous cleaning, early visits, and polite manner.

In terms of dining and food, the hotel offered a variety of options. Over our stay, we tried four à la carte restaurants. Some dishes were good whilst, others were not! In the main restaurant, most dishes weren't perfectly suited for the British palate, but we always found something satisfying. The breakfast, though consistent, became a bit repetitive after a few days. The poolside snack bar was good and the patisserie offered a good assortment of cakes and biscuits. The service provided by the waitstaff was commendable.

The pools were a highlight of the hotel. With a multitude of pools available, they never felt overcrowded. The main pools provided a relaxing and serene experience. The absence of deck chair reservations was a welcome surprise, ensuring that guests had fair access to seating throughout the day.

We were put off using the spa facility due to rude customer service from the stocky towel man. He was rude and quibbled when changing the towels. It's a shame, as the spa could have been a great addition to our stay.

Really excellent hotel for the price we paid. Food is incredible, really fresh, restocked often, always hot. There are the same repetitive things but also new dishes every day in abundance and a bbq section at night. Quite a big cocktail menu, mainly local spirits but still good.

Hotel spotlessly clean all the time.

My baby is too young for kids club but took him in a few days to play with toys to escape the heat and the staff took him off me for half hour while I had a brew, meant to be 15 euro per hour babysitting service so this was appreciated.

A la cartes are ok, have to be up early to be first queing to get in and food is no better than in the main restaurant tbh.

Negatives, bed is a bit hard. Balcony is v small.
Don't use the spa, they are charging 120 euro for Turkish bath and massage, google the same Kadriye and it's 20 euro pp at the spa or near the beach.
Taxis are a rip off outside but not the hotels fault. Walk past land of legends for 5 mins and can get the bus to Belek.

Be aware the pool cabanas are not free as stated here, they are 20 euro per day

This was a wonderful stay for the family. Food was amazing and soo many active for the kids and adults. The evening shows were beautiful from dance shows to music. Lots of talent Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Private beach access was about a 4 min bus ride with the hotel custom bus. Would defiantly stay there again!!!

The Innvista Belek is a wonderful example of how you don't need to be an iconic Antalya Belek hotel in order to have a high quality property and coupled with great service and an extensive Resort. The rooms are quiet, clean, and a good price point. I would absolutely recommend the Innvista as a great place to spend your trip in Belek Antalya.

Brilliant hotel and great time of year to visit - May 1/2 term - all the service and none of the queues. Must visit - Hotel's Fish Restaurant = amazing + Baked Halva !! We were independent travellers - but those with agency's had rep's visit (mainly Russian) - we had to sort out our trips via Google ! But also - visit Land of Legends theme park = excellent - soooo many rides! Love Turkey!

Good hotel, ideal for beach and Land of Legends.

The Innvista has been recently refurbished and revamped.
It is smart, clean, and the staff were excellent. Although it was mainly quiet for most of our stay, the staff responded well on the busy New year weekend when the hotel was full.
The hotel is next to the amazing Land of Legends, so just a 5minute walk to the entrance.
The Innvista also operates 1/2 hourly shuttles to the beach, and it's only a 5 minute taxi ride into Kadriye, 7 minutes to Belek. Golf courses are very close by.
A good hotel in a great location.

I was in Turkey many times and also in many hotels. Some were good, some not. And I have to say, that this hotel was such amazing! Hotel with super friendly staff, receptionists and waiters were all helpful and friendly.
We got much bigger room, that was very kind. Room was with balcony and everyday cleaned. All inclusive was very extensive. Enjoyed 24h lobby bar, you can choose coffee, tea or there are several cocktails and atc.
It is not so far to the beach, approx. 15minutes by walk, but you also can go by hotel beach bus.
Very pleasant stay in this hotel.

Hotel is good value, staff are the best bit of the hotel. Rooms are good, comfortable, and clean. Food is not great, but it is cooked well, good salads, good soups, but a bit same same. It's our 7th time so it must be okay, and the price is right.

Die Reinigungskräfte und einzelne Servicemitarbeiter waren super freundlich. Das Personal am Empfang leider überhaupt nicht. Wir mussten für eine Nacht (geplant warem vom Hotel 3 Nächte) in ein anderes Hotel-angeblich wegen Überbuchung?! Für uns war das
nicht akzeptabel. Nach einer Nacht sind wir zurück ins Innvista gekehrt und haben uns darüber beschwert. Auf einmal gab es genügend Platz. Das Hotel wirkte absolut nicht überfüllt. Für Kinder gibt es tolle Spiel-und Bademöglichkeiten.

When we arrived, the staff was unfriendly and less helpful. They didn't explain the hotel. When we were at the room we have gotm we recognized that it was occupied by other people. We had to go down and ask for another room. The staff didn't seem to be surprised about the fact, that we have got an occupied room.
That wasn't a good start. Later we appreciated the good food.
It was apity that none of the pools was heated.

Das Hotel ist generell familienfreundlich. Die Anzahl der Aufzüge könnte man durchaus steigern, da oftmals ein Aufzug in Wartung war während unseres Aufenthalts. Die Nationalität der Besucher war durchmischt. Viele russische und arabische Touristen. Das Essen könnte durchaus besser sein, wir hatten mehrmals Eierschalen in eigerichten. Die Vielfalt war ok, vieles war allerdings schon auf bevor wir zum Essen kamen und es gab Alternativen die qualitativ minderwertiger waren. Das animationsteam war quasi nicht anwesend, man musste sich tagsüber selbst unterhalten.
Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war durchschnittlich, obwohl wir ein relativ neu renoviertes Zimmer hatten, war das Bad stellenweise schon ranzig. Einiges wurde während unseres Aufenthalts erneuert (zb Seifenspender).
Das Hotel allgemein war also durchschnittlich.
Es gab zu unserer Überraschung keinen flughafentransfer sodass wir die Fahrt zum Hotel selbst organisieren mussten.
Das sollte in keinem 5 Sterne Hotel vorkommen. Es gibt weder Wasserkocher noch andere warmgetränke die man sich selbst auf dem Zimmer zubereiten kann. Die gewohnten Hygieneartikel für das Badezimmer gab es auch kaum. Alles in allem keine 5 Sterne wert.

Maden var under alt kritik det var det samme hverdag morgen middag aften. Kedelig og det meste var genanvendt. Da jeg nævnte det for personalet nægtede de det hele. Det irritere mig da jeg har været restauratør i over 40 år. Så bilder de mig ind at det er frisk tilbredt det hele.

Miniclub Personal nicht Gut.

Ich würde dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall Leuten mit Kindern empfehlen, da die Leute, die im Miniclub arbeiten, mit ihren Telefonen in der Hand herumlaufen und nichts machen . Meine kinder wollten
T-Shirts bemalen. Die Miniclub arbeiter haben die Farbe und die T-Shirts mitgebracht Sie lagen auf dem Tisch. Und gehten weg Es tut mir leid, aber Sie verkaufen ein Produkt und helfen nicht einmal. Ich sagte, ich würde die Kommentare schreiben, aber die Antwort war eine Dame mit Brille und sie sagte, Sie könnten schreiben. Sie sind sehr arrogant und haben kein Interesse an Kindern, daher empfehle ich dieses Hotel nicht für Leute mit Kindern.

herşey vasat altı ve kalitesiz: Yemekler, içecekler, servis, sunum, personel profesyonelliği... 5 yıldız ve herşey dahil konsepti sadece lafta kalıyor. Rezervasyon yaparken denizden 1,5 kilometre uzakta ve halk plajında denize girileceği belli değildi. Resimler sanki otel deniz kenarı gibiydi

Yemekleri başta olmak üzere, otelin genel durumu 5 yıldızlı her şey dahil bir tesis için vasat altıydı. Barlar ve mekanlarda servis yoktu. Self servis olarak sunulan içecek kalitesi ve sunumu düşük seviyedeydi. Otelin bahçesinin olmaması ve otel çevresinin işlek yollarla kaplı ve gürültülü olması kötüydü.

Ironman için konakladım. Konum ve shuttle hizmetleri kusursuzdu. Personel genel olarak fena değildi. Odaların ses izolasyonu çok iyi değildi, temizlik ve yatakların rahatlığı, odaların büyüklüğü iyiydi. Bisikletim asansöre ve odaya rahat sığdı. En şikayetçi olduğum konu, kahvaltı kalitesi ve çeşitliliğiydi. Bir vegan olarak kahvaltıda patates dışında bir seçenek bulamadım, sadece bir sabah mantar vardı. Geldiğimiz bu çağda artık tüm yemeklerde alerjen listesi olmalı ve vegan seçeneklerin sayısı arttırılmalı (yulaf ezmesi, humus, avokado, fasulye, mantar vs.)

Das Hotel entspricht nicht dem 5 Sterne Standard - leider. Vieles ist \"abgenutzt\" oder leicht defekt (Möbel, Wände, usw.). Zimmergrösse tiptop, Bett sehr bequem. Insgesamt war der Aufenhalt ok - aber ich würde das Hotel nicht erneut buchen.

Hôtel très bien ! Nous y avons séjourné en famille. Espace aquatique pour enfant exceptionnel, seul bémol les toboggans sont fermés entre midi et fermeture à 17h.
L'équipe du mini club pour enfant est génial, nous avons adoré.
Nourriture très variés et de très bonne qualité.
Quant à l'espace nuit, nous avons séjourné dans une chambre standard qui est un peu étroite lorsqu'on y ajoute un lit bébé. Propreté de la chambre rien à redire. Les serviettes sont changées tout les jours.
Dommage que la plage ne soit pas en accès direct à l'hôtel, il faut prendre la navette (environ 5min de route) navette toutes les 15 minutes.

En bref, nous avons adoré.
