Staff💝...Thanks to Public relatıons manager,Mr.Coşkun and his team, to Filiz and Pınar at the restaurant,to Gloria and Freyna...to all of the staff ...The varıety of the meals was to much ...all very tasty...I like the croissants,danish cakes and breads...Sandy beach and beautiful green gardens,architecture and landscape architecture was relaxing.

One of the best all inclusive hotels i have been to. The place is so clean. They thought about all the details even the tiniest ones. This place is suitable for all ages, and perfect for families. I went with my husband and my 6 years old son. We had a lot of fun. They have shows and activities for all ages. The aqua park is really cool and better than what it looks in the picture. The staff are so nice and always smiling and welcoming. As for the food, it is all in. The variety is unbelievable, and the food is tasty. You have something served around the clock. As for the drinks, it is also served around the clock and it covers even the alcohol. The hotel also offers ice cream, and random snaks every day. I highly recommend it, and I will definitely come back next year.

Our stay was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our holiday was perfect, always greeting us with genuine smiles and attentive service.

The resort itself is stunning. It has beautifully maintained grounds, spacious rooms, and a wide range of facilities that cater perfectly to families. The all-inclusive experience truly lived up to its promise, with an impressive variety of delicious meals, snacks, and drinks available throughout the day. Every restaurant we tried had excellent food and a relaxed atmosphere, making dining with kids an absolute pleasure.

Our kids especially loved the kids’ activities and pools, which kept them happily entertained. Whether it was the shows in the evening, the water fun during the day, or being at the beach, there was never a dull moment.

What truly sets this resort apart is the genuine hospitality and thoughtful touches that made us feel like valued guests. It was the perfect blend of relaxation, fun, and quality family time.

It was a great stay! Food is so good, a lot of entertainment. Outside area of the property is gorgeous, a lot of flowers and another plants. Rooms aren't so luxurious. There's not body cream, shampoo and conditioner 2 in 1. It's not what you expect 5 star hotel. But overall i was wonderful vacation. Stuff is helpful

Loved our stay here. Stand out points are -hospitality, very friendly staff, cleanliness, 24*7 awesome food plus the variety (no one day is the same) from starters to mains to desserts - there is something for everyone, the chefs keep monitoring the counter to see if anything needs a refill, the entertainment team were fantastic, their daily programmes which is listed on the app and the variety in it (the 9pm entertainment) and the kids club. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed the club and the activities (banana boat, disco, face painting etc) . Special call out to Alia, kristina and Julie leading the minis club - they did a fantastic job . Overall highly recommend this place.

Superb!!

Amazing hotel, beautiful grounds which are always kept clean. Staff were very friendly, especially with our little boy. Food was great! My only comment would be that there was maybe not quiet enough staff at dinner time when it was very busy, but the staff that were there were very good. We will definitely consider coming back next year!!!

The whole stay was really good and the biggest thing was the staff, activities and atmosphere, which was always vibrant. I was with some family members (My sister, her husband & their 3yr old son) and for the 3yr old, he definitely loved it.

The staff were amazing, and even though I met so many of them, I forget lots of names. The ones I do remember and a shout goes out to them are:

Hayal, Jenny & the kids club manager (can't remember her name) - Thanks for looking after my nephew Logan, he loved you guys.
Durukan, Kivi, Kristina & Chris (Sports, games, stretch & archery) - Thanks for keeping the place active and fun.
Sarah - Teens Club - Thanks for the company and effort!
Ugur, Medine, Aysenur & Zeynep (plus a whole lot of others) - Restaurant and bar - Thanks for keeping us fed and serving so joyfully.
Mustafa at the street food kebabs - Thanks for the continuous laugh.

I would definitely return and the additional magic life activities were well appreciated.
Really good spot, great weather, nice beach, plenty of activities and fun, great evening entertainment and amazing atmosphere.

Well overall it was really good. Cannot pin point on any negative thing. The kids had a fun..alot of fun. Its a family friendly as well as couple friendly and lots of things to do in and around the resort. Lots of bars and restaurants and plenty of choices to pick from. I would never visit this hotel again.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Service, reception and restaurant quality is bad. The personal is disrespectful and not trying to help you. No smiling always, it seems the personal is unhappy. The qualit of the foods are very low. The drinks are also like they are only trying to save money from it. Thirkish Sofra restaurant is far away than offering traditional food.

The garden are really nice, the beach access is great. pools are nice but were a bit to cold to comfortably swim in end october.
The kid zone is really nice.
The food i had the feeling eating the same for 10 days presented differently every day. there is a lot of choice, but i found it really hard to find something of quality i liked. for exemple the wine are both not up to the level if your a wine lover.
the morning coffee is absolutely disgusting.
The room is okey but the bathroom need an upgrade.

The hote was amazing .. looks well mainatained .. but what bothered me was the maintenance.. the rooms not well cleaned .. check under your bed.. because my kid dropped an orange there.. and I left it on purpose.. stayed for 4 days under the bed.. and there is hair everywhere n the room and not even ours ( from the mop)
On the other side.. the food is amazing.. on every single night .. no matter what u choose .. it delicious and ina picky eater.. the cocktails are spot on.. not watered down like some other hotels I’ve been to..they even have a small pastry shop (free of course) yummm.. amazing.. the waiters are always servicing the tables.. so thank you for the. For keeping our( and everyone else’s) table clean
the beach is very clean...
the second negative thing about this hote is the location.. and the taxi will defiantly rip you of.. going to antalya mall 70 euro round trip.. yeah right.. rented

Amazing stay at this family friendly resort. It was our first time doing an all inclusive option and all we can say about the food is Wow! So much variety and high quality of food, not to mention that there's food available everywhere almost all day long....breakfast, late breakfast, popcorn, candy floss, desserts....

Service was excellent. Rooms are a bit dated and need some refreshing (although it's still comfortable). We stayed at the end of season so it was not crowded. Being November the pools were very cold...we only swam once and used the pool slides a couple of times.

They really try to spoil guests and we loved all the facilities. Really worth the money we spent and would love to go back. A lot of the guests we met were repeat visitors so that says a lot.

Just came back from a week stay at Club Asteria. The hotel is fantastic. The resort is set in beautiful gardens and has a very well kept beach. There are always plenty of sun loungers which can be used in the gardens as well as the beach. Staff are very friendly and helpful and there are plenty of activities to get involved in. The facilities are very clean and tidy. Highly recommend this hotel for families.

It was a wonderful experience. It is a very family friendly all inclusive resort. They thought about children even in the dining area, they have their own open buffet with special plates, their own pool, kids club etc. Food is delicious and variety of options are available for everybody. Beautiful setting, and lots of trees.. Staff are extremely friendly and ready to meet your needs. Highly recommend this resort, a great place to enjoy with your family. They thought about everything. The stay at the hotel was enjoyable with a large selection of food on a daily basis. The entertainment throughout the day and the evening provided lots of entertainment, if you wished to participate. The kids club was very good, again if required.
The staff were friendly and assisted in any way that they could, however when it came to handling disputes between families for one reason or another they were lacking. The act of getting a simple apology for certain actions did not seem to be something that was even considered, especially when a child was subjected to some unsavory retaliation from another adult within the complex.

We just returned yesterday from Club Asteria, We had a wonderful stay. Best of all Was Food and restaurant, was great with wide indoor seating area as well for outdoor, lot of food variety I will give 5 stars for this. However, the main issue was at the check-in lot of waiting not before 1:30 pm specially during holidays period. I have sent many email to their info email address without even bother themselves with a reply. Make sure to ask for near the pool villas since ours was very far and hard for families with children. Even we requested from the from office manager to update their website to be able to find the resort plan and to request which villa we would like to book. He replied that this is difficult because they usually give those villas near the main pool and attractions to the repeated guest which represents 40 % of their guests. Very strange!!!! Entertainment team was great and friendly. Overall. Great resort they need to work more on reception team and rooms cleanliness.

Good time with children. Swimming in the pool, eating and drinking at any time you want all inclusive and free. But it can do with more English speaking staff and more smiling and welcoming staff. This is essential to attract more people of different nationalities. The options for out tours are limited and would do with better and more english speaking staff for this activity.

We have just come back from a fabulous holiday at Club Asteria. This resort is fantastic. Beautiful pools, meticulously clean grounds, delicious food(great chef!) . My 3 children absolutely loved it, especially the endless supplies of ice cream, drinks and cakes! The entertainment team look after the kids really well in the kids club, a big thankyou to Natalie, Katya, Seza and all the others who s names I don't remember but were equally fabulous. Ronaldo and his team were so enthusiastic and engaging. Loved the games on the beach! We plan on returning next year! Thankyou again for a wonderful time! :)

Toller Club, insbesondere für Leute, die Wassersport mögen. Super schöne, weitläufige und gepflegte Anlage. Sehr leckeres Essen und hervorragender Service. Hier möchten wir uns insbesondere noch mal bei Kazim bedanken, der stets freundlich, aufmerksam und blitzschnell für unsere Wünsche da war. Besser geht Service nicht. Vielfältiges Animationsprogramm und sehr freundliche, engagierte, aber nicht aufdringliche Animateure.

Trotz letzter Woche noch alles möglich

Obwohl der Club eine Woche nach unserem Aufenthalt selbst in den Urlaub ging, waren alle Aktivitäten noch im Angebot. Das Team der Animateure war sehr freundlich, kommunikativ und für Späße aufgelegt. Das Buffet Essen hatte eine Qualität, wie ich es noch nie gesehen habe, vor allem die Dessertauswahl mit mehr als 10 verschiedenen Kuchensorten. Zudem: Die Mitarbeitenden sprechen teilweise Deutsch auf Muttersprachen-Niveau. Zusammengefasst: Nach einem Sightseeing Aufenthalt in Istanbul war das genau, was wir gebraucht haben.
