Room and parts of the hotel were very nice, others requiring update. Main restaurant experience not for the feint of heart in the middle of summer holiday season and though food choice was reasonable, quality not as hoped. €20 per person à la carte worth it and eating at Bohemia for €50 per person was nice, but for one of us getting a bit sick, likely from a shellfish dish.

There are two distinct hotels, Bohemia looks far better and would have been worth paying the extra (à la carte restaurants included, upgraded rooms, beach facilities etc).

Pools good, food and drinks availability was reasonable, no pool service though (even for towels). All sun beds towelled up by mid morning but many-to-most unoccupied. No attempts by the hotel to prevent towel placement nor clear away used but now unoccupied beds.

Always seemed to be bin bags left in the area outside our room. Lots of staff, most generally helpful, except strangely Guest Services who seemed completely disinterested / unapproachable / unknowledgeable when asked to assist with bookings etc. From a service perspective, not what I’ve come to expect from a 5 star hotel.

The hotel is in a great location if you want to play golf and has plenty of sun beds by the beach and pool so it was never an issue. The restaurant by the beach was good for lunch and the a la carte restaurants were good value.

This hotel is wonderful- food was great service was great- only negative is they should use a higher quality of liquor- I paid for extra at the bar for such!! The place is to nice to allow this to happen - giving the place 9.5 stars - .5 missing is for the quality of liquor

A grand hotel but with drawbacks.

Vegan food options were practically non-existent. Desserts and breads did not have any allergen information and staff were not informed enough about them either. There was a dish labelled as \"Pasta with Pesto Sauce\", but after trying it, I realised it contained chicken! Although we we informed that using an allergen form (provided by guest relations) that there would be multiple options, this did not end up being the case.

The shower doors did not close properly so water flooded the bathroom. The beds, however, were very comfortable.

It is located in the middle of nowhere. It is fine if you want to stay on the resort.

I was surprised to see counterfeit designer goods being sold in the foyer and other parts of the resort. It's not what I expect from a 5 star hotel.

On the upside, the entertainment and other facilities such as pool and plentiful bars were a credit to the hotel.

In summary, this hotel is great if you do not have any allergy or dietary requirements and want to remain on the resort.

I havent had a good experience in this hotel at all. Firstly the rooms werent getting cleaned properly. Never smellled a fresh cleaned room. The towels and bathrobes smelled like bleach quite heavily. One of our bathrobe was ripped apart. Funny how they give this to customers in such condition.

The corridors smelled quite bad.

Staff did not approach us ones, they dont even make eye contact to say hello. Never been asked how our stay was.

The food was definitely poor quality. I am turkish, and know how things should taste and trust me their food was so poor. I ended up only having soup, salad and some bakery stuff alll week.

The beds on the beach is ridiculously close to each other. So you dont have any privacy. We ended up paying 90 euros p/d to hire a cabana just so i have some privacy and rest.

Just cant rate this hotel 5 stars.

I wont go back again!

Nice hotel, by the beach. The best part of this hotel is the \"Patiserie\" that is open 24 hours with snacks, cakes, drinks and extremely nice and accommodating staff, always smiling and polite. Good gym with lots of equipment. Overpriced prices at the spa. Lots of groups of older men, due to the hotel proximity to a golf course, but not an issue. The seafood restaurant overpriced, with good food, but there is a variety of fish at the regular buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The resort was very secluded as in you were literally stuck at the resort and were unable to go out as it was in the remote area of Belek. We ended up hiring a car to get out as there was very limited activities to do on site. The kids group wouldnt take my child as he was too young. The activities there were not great. The water slides shut at 5pm- which was annoying.

Overall, very disappointed and would not recommend.

Noise: This hotel feels like a kids summer camp. During the day, there is an over whelming amount of screaming kids and at night an over whelming amount of drunk screaming adults. Music blasting everywhere. No lines are encouraged, its a free for all at the buffet and at the bars. Literally, there is no time in the day where you can enjoy a minute of silence.

Room: Asked for a king size bed, instead received a twin that's put together by a make shift pillow. Very uncomfortable. Supposed to have a sea view room, there was no sea view unless you completely turned your head to one side to get a glimpse. Very misleading.

Food/Drinks: Average buffet food. Low quality cheeses, cold cuts etc. 24/7 patisserie is serving day old stale items.
Ala carte is a rip off with low quality and small portions. Tried the sea food restaurant, you are better off going to a proper restaurant in Antalya for dinner.
Consistency of drinks at the bar are all over the place. Everything is watered down, including the alcohol.

Staff: Hotel is under staffed. It's impossible to get the attention of a waiter when you sit down. They all circle around big groups. Also not many use deodorant.

Towel service: Towels by the seaside are not replenished regularly. Sometimes it takes them 30 mins to bring a new batch.

Transportation: Asked for a transfer back to the airport and got quoted 90 euros! Ended up booking one online for 30.

Beautiful bohemia rooms

We had a great stay at Sirene Belek hotels. We got Bohemia two story suite and it was perfect for our family size. The king bed upstairs was very comfortable, two beds downstairs were pretty firm but no one complained. We did appreciate two level air conditioning as we like it cold but we could keep downstairs warmer. Service was good overall, but some days later in the evening buffet restaurant service was lacking and pretty crowded. The Bohemia restaurant service was always good and drinks were much better then at other bars. One thing that was bothersome is amount of smokers at the main restaurant. Would definitely appreciate if they didn’t allow to smoke on the patio in the restaurant where people are having dinner. In my opinion Bohemia rooms are worth it because of their separate restaurant that is full service so you don’t have to fight the crowds at the buffet. Hotel grounds were beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t mind coming back there again.

A gem of a hotel.

This hotel is amazing and probably doesn’t sell itself well enough. Very heavily populated with middle aged men on golfing holidays but the pools, bars, restaurants, beach and rooms are what you would expect.
The additional events are just a bonus. Archery, Pilates, rifle range, Darts, sea aerobics, volleyball and nightly entertainment brings the complex together, the team are excellent.

We stayed 4 nights at Sirene with our three little ones. The family room was very spacious with a generous balcony and had plenty of room for us. The whole site was stroller friendly and baby friendly. Covid regulations were followed closely and the cleaning ladies were excellent and very nice. We checked out the kids club while it rained and that was good area for the kids to run and play. There was quite a bit shut down because we attended during the off season but we stayed busy. The food was excellent, especially the tavuk doner. We paid for the specialty dining in the Asian and Seafood restaurants. They were very good but i don't recommended bringing kids. There are many courses and it can get lengthy. The spa and hair salon we also used and they were both great services. The Bali massages are an excellent option. Each night was live music in the main bar which we were able to enjoy on our balcony. It was overall a great stay.

Good overall stay

We stayed at this hotel and customer relations was really good. The room was clean and tidy although a little dated. Our stay was really pleasant and the hotel is running at 50% capacity which means some facilities are closed. Well worth paying 60 euros a day to get a cabana on the pier.! this makes the holiday feel a bit more exclusive

Beach, pools and golf - what more could you want!

I have stayed at the Sirene many times in the past and this trip lived up to my expectations (except for the WiFi). With a good location on the coast, easy access to golf courses, olympic-size pool and other training facilities; this is a great hotel for active people. After a workout, fuel up on the all inclusive buffet, or visit one of the hotel's other restaurants. The hotel also has good kids facilities so that tired parents can have some respite. This is not a five star hotel, nor is it luxurious, but it has a little of everything and is good at what it does. I'll definitely be back.

Nice hotel on beach

Stayed all inclusive for a week from 8th Sept, 2 female friends of 50 something. First impressions really good, check in was very efficient and reception and lobby very spacious. We had a room with balcony on the 6th floor overlooking the front of the hotel, which was fine, all you can really see are trees and no real noise from the road. We never spent much time in the room, but enjoyed a nice cuppa tea on the balcony in the evenings. Lobby bar very relaxing and comfortable and the only place you could get a proper drink of international branded spirits. The pool bar spirits are all local brands and they make them very strong. Beach was nice, sandy, but a bit gritty and stoney as you get close to going in - would recommend some kind of footwear/jelly shoes and it dips down very quickly. Beach bar was good, hot & cold drinks, beer & wine, also snacks at lunch time and fruit morning and afternoon. Restaurant served an array of different hot and cold foods catering for different nationalities too. Staff very friendly and pleasant. Location is good if you are not planning on venturing out, usually I like to be within walking distance of local shops and bars, but in this instance was a 10/15 minute bus journey to the nearest town of Kadriya.

Old beach resort looks too good in pictures to be true

I'm going to be brief. Keep in mind I was attending a convention at another resort in Belek at the Gloria which was much nicer.
Sirene is smoke and mirrors on the internet.
Don't stay here if:
You need or rely on the internet
Like cold A/C
Like a comfortable bed that is not small and completely hard
Like to room service or to be able to order food a la carte.
Like any kind of liquor other than \"rock gut\"
Expect children not to be swimming naked and probably peeing in the pool
Want to have anything worth doing or seeing around the hotel
Like lush rooms or good entertainment

Sound bad? It wasnt' so great. Buffet every night. Anything outside of \"inclusive\" has to be booked more than 24 hours in advance such as massage, a la carte restaurant,

Don't be fooled by \"mini bar\" inclusive in room. Old mini fridge in every room with couple of juice, coke, sprite....no alcohol or beer or food

Wasnt' terribley clean. Old and needs remodel. Shower was ill designed. Can burn yourself with water or shut off watter accidentally beuasee of handle.

Ungepflegter Roomservice. Das Bett aufräumen & meine Kleider schön hinlegen musste ich selber. Die Dusche wurde 12 Tage lang nicht 1x gereinigt.

Alle 3-4 Tage werden Handtücher gewechselt. Auf Nachfrage bei der Rezeption ob wir frische Handtücher haben können wird respektlos geantwortet.

Essen standard All-Inclusive halt. Gab wenig Abwechslung.

Personal am Strand & an der Poolbar sind sehr unterhaltsam.

Im grossen & ganzen ein mittelmässiges Hotel.
Werde ich aber definitiv nicht mehr besuchen.
Bin seit 6 Jahren mind. 2x im Jahr in Antalya in einem All-Inclusive Resort und dieses war leider ein Resort von den Schwächeren..

Har bott på Sirene ett antal gånger och varit nöjd. Den här gången var det mycket sämre. Städning av rummet var väldigt dålig och trots att vi klagade blev det inte mycket bättre. Rummet som vi fick var väldigt slitet. Långt ifrån 5 stjärnor.

We would like to start by thanking you for a wonderful stay at your hotel. The location, the beautiful surroundings, and the friendly and welcoming staff made our holiday a truly enjoyable experience. The food was also absolutely delicious, and we generally felt very comfortable throughout our stay.

However, we are writing to make you aware of an issue we unfortunately encountered during our visit. We had to change rooms due to mold, which was handled well by the staff. Towards the end of our stay, however, we noticed that there was also some mold beginning to appear in the new room. As it was close to our departure, we chose not to bring it up at the time, but we did mention it upon checkout, as we didn’t want to switch rooms again.

We hope you take this feedback in the constructive spirit in which it is intended, as we would very much like to recommend your hotel to others – and perhaps even return ourselves one day. We simply feel it is important that the issue with mold is taken seriously, as it can affect both the guests’ experience and their health.

Yastıklar hayli rahatsızdı. Bu tarz bir otelde yastık menüsü olmaması şaşırtıcı, varsa bile odada bu konuda hiç bir bilgilendirme yoktu. Yemekleri çeşitli ve lezzetli ama şaşırtıcı derecede müthiş, sürprizlerle dolu bir mutfak beklemeyin. Personel olağanüstü. Resepsiyondan havlu kioskuna kadar tüm çalışanlar güler yüzlü, nazik ve yardımsever.

Guzel bir tatildi ancak oyun alanını suresinin daha uzun olmasini ve orda bulunan gorevlilerin daha ilgili olmalarının beklerdim.su kaydiraklari guzeldi ancak küçük.Daha buyuk su kaydiraklari veya aqua park tarzı yapilarin olmasi bence harika olur.Ufak maliyetlerle bu eksiklerin gidirilerek daha guzel bi ortam yaratilacagini düşünüyorum.

The Hotel was nice but the food should be better in a 5 star hotel. The stuff was helpfull and good. We had a really big room with very nice view, the room was nice but might need some renovation soon.
