We had a great short stay at Kaya Belek hotel. The rooms are spacious, the food was great and the staff were very attentive. The hotel is in need of a refurbishment as it looks very tired but it didn’t spoil our time. My only slight disappointment was that the gym didn’t open until 8:30am.

Disappointing Stay — Not Worth the Price

It was a very bad experience. The doors are designed to open with electronic cards, but they often don’t work properly.
The rooms and hallways smell terrible.
The towels in the room were torn.
The pools shown on the left side of the hotel’s promotional photos are actually part of Kaya Palazzo, not this hotel — yet they misleadingly present them as their own.
We were entitled to an à la carte dinner, but when we tried to make a reservation, we were told it was fully booked for four consecutive days and were not accommodated.
The sunbeds are old and made of plastic.
The floor tiles and ceramics are broken and poorly maintained.
The food quality is low — they sometimes serve meals left over from the previous day or even two days ago.
The alcoholic drinks are of the lowest quality. There’s only one type of beer available: Efes.
For kids activity many children were turned down, as the activities had very limited capacity. That created unnecessary stress for our kids and us.
This hotel is absolutely not worth the price. Avoid it at all costs.

We booked this hotel as a better option than our previous after Ironman race, however when we wanted to add some nights we didn’t get a response from
The hotel, I called and the reservations team stated it would be ok and some e will call me but this didn’t happen, upon arrival
We were advised that they were fully booked so no extra nights were possible. They says they didn’t see the messages on the system but we did this through hotels.com messaging. It means we had to find another hotel for our additional two nights. Whilst at the hotel you notice that some areas are in need of updating and the room keys are a nightmare I had to go back to reception on every occasion to sort it out.

Awful hotel, deceptive photos. I’ve stayed in many hotels in Antalya from Kas all the way to towards Alanya. I’m also a business traveller that goes to a lot of standard hotels. This hotel is falling apart , extremely out dated and not a 5-star resort. The hotel is stuck in the 80s with a lot of things broken. Beds are wildly uncomfortable please read other reviews about this. AC doesn’t cool the room down. Crowded and unsanitary please see photos. Do not stay here this isn’t a decent hotel. I wish I could get my money back but I’m more upset about the ruined experience with my family. Such deceptive photos

i stayed here for 6 nights and it was my best holiday ever with all amenities, all you need to keep u you busy is at kaya belek i enjoyed the swim here All staff were lovely always come to offer you drinks and snacks, the main restaurant was outrageous with all
kind of food from
meat to dessert and sitting area was fabulous, food, staff,chef restaurant is 10/10 in the main restaurant my favourite staff was mehmet and from the lobby was huseyinuguten with roll skates both were very friendly. excellent overall would recommend my friends and family to enjoy here at kaya belek

The furniture is old.
We aaked to change the room because the floor and the rooms smell like mold.
But the staff were friendly and the service was ok ...

Great resort. Room for improvement.

We had a wonderful time at Kaya Belek. The hotel was nice but there is room for improvement.
I was shocked to see the use of plastic straws. I think they should replace them with more eco-friendly options.
The air-conditioning should be improved in the whole resort. There are areas of the resort which don't feel too comfortable.
Evening entertainment was amazing. the 9:15 shows at the theatre are wonderful.
Themed dinner buffet can be introduced. Like a section of buffet could be reserved for themed section. Like, Mexican, Chinesse, Indian, etc.

Kaya Belek Hotel -

We enjoyed our stay Kaya Belek hotel, the room was spacious, but beds were very basic with little comfort. Bathroom with rain shower was also a very nice touch, but daily toiletries were just dropped on counter and toilet paper rolls left out, never really straightened out. It shows lack of training or care by room cleaning staff.

Food and drink throughout dining and bars in hotel were very good with nice service. Attentive service by all staff throughout the property. Kudos to the pool bar wait staff on roller blades, now that I have never seen in 35 years in the travel business and was impressed at their skill and level of customer service effort.

The only disappointment was lack info provided at check in on the property, a map to where everything was ?, it took me a while to find the fitness room, no golf info provided when asked, they just pointed to where it was, no special rates given, no info given on spa (coupon?)other dining options, etc. Everything a resort wants to upgrade its guests on, nothing was mentioned…too bad, we spent our golf money and shopped off property. No ATM for a 400 room property, disappointing. No shuttle service to near by sites like land of legends, golf courses.

Many of questions above were asked to front desk staff, some of them were in new training and did not speak a lot of English. Some staff were very helpful but had limited service efforts. A North American 4 ****, which is in need in this market/area. Solid choice.

Worst experience ever!!!

Rude staff and management. arrogant people.. food was just ordinary.. no proper management at the beach.. help yourself with beach beds.. very slow service at the breakfast/dinner buffet. Again rude staff at buffet counters. Very old outdated rooms and washrooms. We booked 4 rooms for 3 nights so that’s 15 nights in total. Biggest mistake of our life time. Please don’t choose this hotel. No doubt the kids water park and pool was great.. but again you will get that at any other resort in Antalya. 2 most misbehaved and arrogant people we faced on this resort were ERSIN at Asia Restaurant and AHMET at check out counter. Please save your money and go else where there are plenty of other resorts in Antalya. We are frequent traveller And travelled to 4 countries in past year specially with kids and Kaya Belek was not a pleasant stay at all. Our second group was going on 7th Oct to 14th Oct.. we cancelled their booking at Kaya Belek.

Wonderful experience! Derya and Hassan made sure to give us an extraordinary experience. Beach, pool, room, restaurant and all facilities were outstanding. We stayed at the suite room. The room was amazing. Everything was clean and in perfect condition. The view to the beach and the pool was stunning. The staff were very friendly. We strongly recommend your stay here. Thank you for everything you did for us and for making our vacation a dream comes true.

Very nice hotel, beutiful location, very friendly and English speaking staff. Room was very nice, comfortable and clean, view from Room Balcony was great. You can see pool and beach. Location of hotel was peaceful. Only problem is dinner time is short and dinner closed at 21:00 hrs and it is difficult to catch dinner if you are out in Antalya as this hotel is far from Antalya city centre. Taxi fare is very high in Belek region. One way taxi to Antalya charge around 250TL which is more than usual price of around 100 TL. I recommend to hire a car if staying in this hotel and if you fancy exploring region.

Overall stay in hotel is very good and relaxing. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who want to visit Antalya.

Terrible beds!

The resort is wonderful and the service is great but unfortunately the beds are TERRIBLE! We have now stayed at the resort two different times and both times we haven’t been able to sleep. The beds are like box springs and the duvets do not even cover the whole bed. We actually asked both stays for mattress toppers yo be put on the bed. Even with the mattress topper my husband and I could not sleep. Next time we go to Antalya unfortunately we are going to have to stay somewhere else.

Hotel is in a great location. Grounds, beach and hotel itself very clean and well kept. Beds very uncomfortable though. Hard as rock with hardly any padding and almost like sleeping on s concrete slab. While there, we heard other guests make similar remarks so we knew we weren’t being overly harsh on our assessment. Stayed two nights and didn’t sleep well both nights. As an all inclusive, food and drinks are plentiful where there is s good variety. Quality wise, I’d give it a 6 out of 10 as I’ve stayed at other all inclusives throughout the world and had better. Another thing I found surprising..... Due to liquid restrictions for carry on luggage, we thought there would be complimentary body lotion in our bathroom as the majority of hotels provide as a courtesy. Well not this hotel which I found very unusual and surprising. But they do provide two dental kits and a shaving pack with razor and shaving foam. Go figure.....

Bad experience at Kaya

No air conditioning
No complimentary stay or refund after you find out your room is not clean , has cockroaches. Picture attached.

Shops were closed in hotel but they did arrange a car to closest town belek, if you inform theM.

Better quality food , drinks and pool at kaya palazzo next door for twice the price.

Very kid friendly, good for short trips

Nice hotel.. The A/C in the room didn't work quite well, we ended up sweating every night going to bed. Maintenance came to fix the issue and it marginally improved. The food was good, but all the choices in the main dining hall never changed, always the same thing every night. Dining staff was AMAZING though, very good with kids and very friendly.

the hotel was very clean and nice it was february when we went o shtey were doing some construction not many activities either. but all in all it was a nice hotel. the food was not good not good at all there werent many dishes that were versitile they had the dry burgers and greasy fries YUCK but if you want to go to turkey to experience some good food this isnt the hotel for you, its also very expensive its crazy i was surprised at how pricey everything was here in turkey yes this run down little place was super expensive. this hotel is about 45mins from the airport i stayed in antalya before and the prices were much better. this hotel has shops they are over priced as well the activities team wasnt good no real shows like at the other RIU. all in all it was a good vacation but the food and activities suck. the hotel smelt great and the room was really clean. thats about it

Great staff , but expected more variety

The staff were friendly, helpful and worked very diligently in their routines of catering to the large number of guests. The food was nice but repedetive and it was very difficult to a reservations at the ala carte restaurants due to the amount of guests staying. The shows, beach and pool were entertaining though not up to a 5 star standard. The ambiance and decor was substandard.

Spa offers good massages, hammam and sauna. Indoor pool and quite good gym.
Main impression:
+ good location, beach, tennis, garden and relatively good kitchen.

What we did not like:
Many of the Staff members are lacking proper education, training and language skills. One young man in reception behages in a quite rude manner and not as expected from a professional reception.
- the room had several defects and lack of maintenance (damage main door, balcony door lock, lamp)

Overfall impression.
Good location and several Staff members (especially) with Krigisi og Kurdish original was friendly and professional ambassadors of the hotel.
However, on many points Kaya Belek Hotel delivers weaker result than other 5 star hotels in Turkey. This can be improved!

Das einzig wirklich Positive an meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel Kaya Belek war das Essen – abwechslungsreich, frisch und geschmacklich sehr gut. Leider hört der positive Eindruck dort auch schon auf.

Die Zimmer sind stark in die Jahre gekommen, die Bäder wiesen deutliche Schimmelspuren auf und wirkten ungepflegt. Der Kühlschrank war verschmutzt und die Betten sehr unbequem. Die Magnetkarten für die Zimmertüren funktionierten ständig nicht, sodass ich mehrmals am Tag zur Rezeption laufen musste – sehr ärgerlich.

Der Service im Restaurant war gemischt: Während einige Mitarbeiter freundlich waren, wirkten andere lustlos und teilweise unhöflich. Das Animationsteam hingegen war engagiert und hat mit seiner Freundlichkeit für gute Stimmung gesorgt.

Ein weiteres Ärgernis waren die vom Hotel bestellten Taxis. Für eine kurze Strecke von etwa 6 km nach Belek und zurück wurden 25 € berechnet – trotz staatlicher Taxameterpflicht. Dass das Hotelmanagement hier keinen Einfluss nimmt, ist enttäuschend und wirkt wie stillschweigende Zustimmung zu dieser Praxis.

Insgesamt war dieser Aufenthalt für mich kein erholsamer Urlaub. Abgesehen vom guten Essen konnte mich das Hotel leider in keinem anderen Bereich überzeugen. Für mich: Nie wieder.

Das Hotel ist ziemlich alt, wir mussten aufgrund von Feuchtigkeit an den wänden unser erstes Zimmer wechseln. Sowohl das erste als auch das zweite Zimmer waren nicht sehr sauber, der Boden war staubig, es waren Reste/Spielzeuge von den vorherigen Gästen auf dem Boden. Das Bett war äußerst unbequem. Die dusche hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Unser Balkon wurde nie gereinigt und aufgeräumt (wir waren 10 Tage dort).
Außenanlage war auch nicht gut, die Liegen sind in einem schlechten Zustand. Es gibt nur eine station, wo man sich Handtücher holen konnte.
Das einzigst positive ist das Essen und der Service/Personal in den Innenbereichen. Am strand hat es am service gemangelt.

Yemekler, personel, otel konforu iyi. Bahçede gürültülü tamirat vardı, otel dışında da kaldırımlar kazılmış toz, toprak. Otelin içine kapanmak zorunda kaldık. Wi-fi vasattı, sıklıkla zayıflıyor ve hem cep telefonu hem de bilgisayara sürekli yeniden kayıt gerekiyordu.
