Friendly Staff, clean rooms , great amenities and lastly but most importantly great food and a lot of selections. The only thing I would criticize is the quality of the beds . Beds need replacing . And pillow selection would be good because pillows are also needs replacing. Overall I am pleased my stay and I would return back soon.

My kids were told off for trying to exit the pool, then told off again when trying to eat because my austic son had his feet on the chair stimmimg. Food was awful. Cold or just disgusting. The soft drinks were warm. I do not recommend this place.

This is a good hotel, good rooms. Very warm atmosphere in the hotel, wonderful animation.

A new hotel is being built nearby and the beach is very noisy from the construction. Also, there were excavators and workers on the beach, which distracted a little from the rest.

My wife and I travel quite a bit and, admittedly, we can be a little picky when it comes to hotels – we know what we like and we don’t settle easily. That said, this hotel completely exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive without being overbearing.

The hotel itself is stunning – every detail was clearly thought through with care and style. Our room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. And the food? Absolutely fantastic. Every meal we had, from breakfast to dinner, was fresh with loads of options.

It’s rare we find a place that checks all our boxes, but this one absolutely did.

This was decent but not the best, there were too many kids there and although there was a lot of food available most of it was not good quality, overall I do not regret staying here but I personally would not book here again. I like luxury and this is very far off that, including the beds and bedroom.

Beautiful area, wonderful beach and all the staff was exceptional - helpful and happy !!
Would be nice if there was a ramp or deck at the beach to assist getting into the water

As an all inclusive resort I enjoyed the stay i had no major issues what so ever check in check out was super fast food they had almost everything the resort was full of tourists from almost every corner of Europe. I would stay again no doubt nice entertainment program. Only downside is coffee beans used for the available machines at the resort didn’t suit my test very minor issue.

Lovely resort, Lagoon position wit access to a pool was brilliant. Amazingly no trouble getting sunbeds when we wanted them which was a real surprise! Only downside was using 'app' to book ala carte restaurants and sports facilities which was sometimes a challenge before becoming unavailable.

Hi, went for this hotel because of its «excellent» rating, great reviews and a reasonable price compared to other hotels but were a bit disappointed. The hotel is good but in reality it’s a 3 star plus, the room looked smaller and more outdated compared to the photos and the all inclusive system is quite limited and doesn’t not include such things like classic cocktails (ie margarita or tequila sunrise), steak house and wine house, certain beds on the beach etc - which all felt like a bit of letdown. Propose they call it « most inclusive » or «all inclusive BUT… ». The food was fairy good and enough of choice for us, the beach and the sea were nice and all in all I can recommend the place but set realistic expectations before you go.

Stayed for the Ironman70.3 and had an initial problem with my room being next to the DJ but the hotel was happy to swap my room to something more quiet. Would recommend as it was a very convenient location too.

On the first day two people from my reservation got food poisoning and one of us was in a hospital and we paid all expenses out of pocket. The hotel didn’t help or even wanted to reimburse.

Resort is beautiful and lots to do, actually we didn’t have time to do everything. The food is very good although dining rooms could be a bit more organised. There is a bus to town, belek is only 5minutes away and costs only 1euro.
Reception staff manners leave a lot to be desired and could really do with some additional customer service training.
After booking a pool access room which I believed would provide direct access to the swimming pool, doesn’t actually mean this - it means situated with a view of the pool and can be 2nd or 3rd floor.
The entertainment was not to our taste and is very dance orientated but a number of people seemed to enjoy it.

First time to turkey, no complaints with the hotel whatsoever, service, staff, food, entertainment all good, the hotel has the best of both worlds, you can relax and soak up the sun and chill out later in comfy relaxing bars, or use the sports and spa facilities and later the lively bar or even nightclub, daily entertainment programme always had events on, fantastic hotel, two nearby small towns are same as usual, full of shops selling clothes and handbags with the owners trying to get people through the doors, if you can put up with it they are loads cheaper than the hotel shops, (hotel doesn't control the on site shop prices) over all, I would go back and was very happy.

Excellent Hotel compared to other 5stars in Turkey

We stayed here with our 2 year old daughter for 7 nights and finished of staying at a very rubbish hotel in Managvat for one night (do not stay in that area- all the hotels are crammed together and people are rude).

This hotel is situated in Belek which is a nice peaceful area. The hotel is in a good spacious location and has amazing facilities all within the enclosure.

1. Extremely well run and efficient hotel
2. Unlike other hotels in Turkey, which are classed as 'all-inclusive' but will still charge you for several things, this hotel actually is all-inclusive. Most people probably don't make use of half the facilities that this hotel has to offer. You will need at least 2 weeks to explore and enjoy everything at the hotel.
3. This hotel offers the best fitness programme I have ever come across. From boxing classes, spinning (advanced cycling) to mountain bike tours- all included in the all-inclusive package
4. Choice of activities to suite all ages
5. Excellent landscaping and the gardening team do magnificent job.
6. Very clean throughout the hotel. It's a big job to keep such a huge hotel clean but the staff do an amazing job.
7. Food was good with a good variety. Sometimes too much variety, hate seeing food going to waste
8. Good healthy food options
9. Excellent location directly on the beach.
10. Outstanding Spa facilities which were free to use

The hotel is green, clean, big but villa rooms are small.
A la carte restaurant (Sofra) don’t differ than the main restaurant. Same food. The food quality was average.
The animation team was not pushy and disturbing. I can recommend the hotel.

Overall the hotel was lovely and absolutely beautiful, me and my boyfriend stayed here for a week from the 6th-13th June. The pools were gorgeous and the food was lovely, having different themes and variation ever night for tea however breakfast was mostly the same but still enjoyable. Staff in the restaurant were attentive making sure your glasses were always filled. A problem I had with the hotel was that when we arrived we were put in a two single bed room when our booking clearly started a larger double bed room. Once we arrived and saw their error we went back down to reception and were told we would be moved in the morning once they had cleaned a room for us. When we returned in the morning a younger employee told us that there were no rooms available howbwer he did requested that maids came and turned the two singles into a double. Overall the stay was amazing and we will definitely be returning here and visiting other magic life resorts

Well maintained hotel with good facilities. Excellent food quality, lacked variety at times. Room service not free, however and very limited choice. No pool drinks service but bars nearby to get your drinks. Rooms ok, Soap and Shampoo dispensers with cheap products. Bring your own. Dissapointing for a “5 star hotel”. Spa facilities 5/10. Excellent range of activities coupled with great Tui staff energy. Very good gym.

Lovely spring sunshine break

Just had a terrific week with my daughter, rooms spotless and lovely decor. All the staff could not have been more welcoming and made our holiday extra special. Plenty of activities if you want to join in and plenty of quiet spaces as well. The entertainment team were second to none every one of them made us welcome and were a blast. Going away with a teenage daughter was daunting, hoping she would not be bored but every day and night was filled with fun. Restaurant food was excellent albeit a bit thin on fruit choices at breakfast but other than that the different themes each evening was great. Shows in the evening were very entertaining and professional, how they remember all the dances I do not know and then danced all evening with the guests there energy was endless. Would definitely recommend this hotel, didn’t use the kids club but the staff were lovely and the kids always looked like they were having great fun. We shall definitely be returning again.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und groß genug. Klima war im Oktober nicht notwendig.
Der Spapool war zu unserer Zeit beheizt und für alle nutzbar. Zum chillen für 16+ wurde ein anderer Pool ernannt. Das Meer war sehr angenehm und sauber.
Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr aufmerksam und super freundlich. Englisch wird überall verstanden. Mit Deutsch kommt man weit aber es gibt Mitarbeiter, die lieber englisch sprechen, das ist total ausreichend.
Freizeit/Fitness war ausreichend und wurde von uns gut genutzt.
Der Spiel-und Sportplatz neben der Pool Bar ist sehr praktisch, da man abends gemütlich sitzen kann und die Kinder sind in der Nähe beschäftigt.
Animation und Shows waren klasse.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Angeblich soll im Winter jetzt etwas renoviert werden, also wird es noch besser ... :-))

Poolbereiche, Fitnessstudio und Zimmer waren top. Gab nichts zu meckern. Personal und Putzfrauen waren zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und gründlich. Gab nichts zu meckern. Wir haben uns leider am Tag vor der Abreise mit Magen-Darm angesteckt. Das kann natürlich ein Einzelschicksal sein oder doch irgendwo auf eine mangelnde Hygiene hinweisen. Das will ich aber nicht abschließend beurteilen. Die Sauberkeit und die Qualität des Essens waren eigentlich hervorragend.

Die Anlage ist wunderschön und sauber. Das Essen schmeckt ausgezeichnet und ist vielfältig. Schade ist, dass die A la carte Restaurants nur gegen Aufpreis (z.T. 1x pro Woche inbegriffen) gebucht werden können und dass diese drinnen sind.

Was uns gestört hat ist die Tatsache, dass jeden Abend bis spät in die Nacht hinein laute Musik gespielt wurde. Der Bass war so laut, dass Schlafen vor Mitternacht unmöglich war.

Entspannung und Ruhe kommen etwas kurz in diesem Hotel. Insgesamt können wir die Anlage jedoch empfehlen.

Masmavi ist für unser Verständnis von \"All Inklusive Urlaub\" einfach perfekt.

Von Anfang an fühlt man sich hier Willkommen und die vielen, vom letzten Jahr bekannten, Angestellten, geben einem gleich das schöne \"zu Hause ankommen\" Gefühl und zeigt natürlich auch, das die Geschäftsleitung bei den Mitarbeitern vieles richtig macht. Ein gutes Beispiel ist Ebru Gülec, vom Guest Service, die immer ein offenes Ohr hatte, wenn mal etwas fehlte oder sich einfach nur nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigte.

Als Fans von Disco- bzw. Elektronischer Musik + Lasershow, fanden wir besonders klasse die Beach- und die \"Just White\"-Party (an der Poolbar-Arena). Aber auch die Halloween Party im letzten Jahr... ganz großes Kino/ sensationell...!!! Wenn es nach uns ginge, dürften gerne noch an 1-2 Abende mehr in der Woche, solche Open-Air-DJ-Partys stattfinden! Aber auch die Shows der Animation und der gekauften Künstler/ Bands waren gut/ teilweise sehr gut. Halt für jeden was dabei...!

Auch mit dem angebotenen Sportprogramm (bei teilweise 35°C) waren wir sehr zufrieden.
Und ein ganz großes Lob geht auch noch an das komplette Küchen- und Serviceteam. Wir haben immer sehr gut gegessen.

Schöne Anlage, allerdings ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Aufmerksames Personal, Essen war klasse. Auffällig das Bier, Wein und Cocktails wenig bis keinen Alkoholgehalt haben. Auf der Anlage ist ein Shop für Kleidung (direkt hinter der Poolbar) mit reichlich „Luxus-Labels“. Die Verkäufer sind sowas von unhöflich und unfreundlich, dass wir aus diesen Grund nichts gekauft haben (sollte man meiden). Ansonsten war es ein erholsamer Familienurlaub.

Food quality and choice is absolutely overwhelming.
There's only 3 hours out of 24 where there's no food available at any place.
The club offers countless activities, lessons, surprises etc.
If you think it's boring at Masmavi then I believe nobody can help you.
The interior of the rooms is not latest style, but it's kept in a good condition. Air condition can be set to a certain degree and works well.

Alles top. Eine klasse Anlage mit einer sehr gepflegten und einladenden Atmosphäre. Besonders begeistert hat uns das Mittagessen im „Snack“ Restaurant – frisch, lecker und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Siyar, Adem Kaplan, Hamit Bozkurt, Kahraman Alakus und Deniz Celik haben mit ihrer freundlichen Art und ihrem aufmerksamen Service unseren Aufenthalt wirklich besonders gemacht. Man fühlt sich rundum wohl und gut betreut. Wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder!

Der Operator Serkan war nicht nur hilfsbereit, sondern auch stets freundlich und professionell – man merkt, dass ihm das Wohl der Gäste am Herzen liegt.

Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Jeden Tag wurde eine tolle Show geboten. Leider konnten wir die letzten zwei Tage nicht mehr genießen, da wir uns eine Darm Infektion zugezogen haben.

Die Qualität des Essens hat nachgelassen. Vorallem im Bereich Gebäck und Backwaren.

Mitarbeiter ALLE freundlich ABER leider sind die Servicekräfte im Hauptrestaurant entweder unqualifiziert oder höchst überfordert gewesen. Man bestellt eine Cola und bekommt zwei. Man bestellt einen Cappuccino und bekommt einen kleinen schwarzen ohne Milch. War teils mühsam selbst mit Google translate. Ich weiß alle jungen Leute müssen irgendwie starten und Erfahrungen sammeln aber die konnten den älteren Angestellten nicht das Wasser reichen.

Die Unterkunft ist sichtlich in die Jahre gekommen. Auf Sauberkeit wird kein Wert gelegt. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und sehr dreckig.Das Personal ist zwar freundlich, aber leider nicht entsprechend geschult. Der Service ist ungenügend. Das Essen ist so schlecht gewesen, dass wir auswärts essen gehen mussten. Es wird an den falschen Stellen gespart. Als Gast fühlt man sich eher als eine Last. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut nicht gegeben. Wir können das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen und werden auch nicht wieder kommen.

Das Hotel ist super. Daneben befindet sich jedoch eine relativ große Baustelle. Je nach Lage des Zimmers könnte es hörbar sein. Wir waren weit entfernt und haben die Baustelle lediglich beim Frühstücken gehört.
