Set in large, well- maintained grounds, the resort consists of a main building with a variety of room types and low-rise bungalow villas built in a Moroccan style. A total of 368 guest rooms are on offer.

With a wide range of activities available, the hotel's main attraction is its impressive aqua park, set close to the beach, with a number of slides. The hotel's SPA facilities include a variety of massage and beauty treatments.

Overall good for the price. However in December the only included facility was the heated open pool and the spa is not included in the booking price. Staff mostly did not speak English and were not helpful most of the time. As the few only Asian tourists in the hotel the staffs kept asking if we actually stay here which was not great for the staying experience. Meals were satisfactory.
The rooms were mostly well furnished and cleaned, but one toilet was very dirty from limescale.

Review Rixos park belek

Stayed in a few Rixos hotels , and this one was not great.. didn’t live up
To the other Rixos ones .. the kids club is miles away from the main hotel.. meaning if they ring you cause your kid needs you.. you have to wait for a buggy ride and can take upto 30 mins to get Thier.. the kids club was good tho, and staff very good.
The rooms are average.
The food is average.

I asked the kids club staff if I could bring some food to my kids, they said yes.. so I went to the restaurant 30 mins away, and asked staff if I could have a box to take some pizza with me, they said no box but take a plate .. while leaving the restraunt a manager stopped me and told me I was not allowed to take food to my kids.. was not happy.

Night entertainment is poor.
While sat at the pool we never got asked once if we would like a drink from a waiter, had to keep going to the bar ourself.
Overall not good, and wouldn’t return

A family of six adults had a poor experience at Rixos Park Belek, finding it far below 5-star standards despite its marketing and Land of Legends access.
Main Issues:
Communication & Check-in: Emails before arrival went unanswered, and the check-in was rushed with no useful information provided.
Rooms & Cleanliness: Initial room allocation unsuitable; rooms were dusty, dated, and poorly maintained. Housekeeping was inconsistent, toiletries not replenished, and bedding lacked hygiene standards.
Noise & Facilities: Corridors were noisy, and the pool area was chaotic with constant announcements and disorganised music. Pool towels were stained, and the spa lacked supervision, with children disrupting adult areas.
Dining: Limited and repetitive buffet options; à la carte restaurants had booking restrictions and extra charges.
Management: Complaints were ignored and no apologies offered.
Positives:
Exceptionally polite and helpful staff.
Attractive hotel grounds with potential.
Overall:

The hotel is very nice, staff friendly, food is good. There are some things you should know while arriving at high-season:

If you are granted A la carte dining free of charge for staying more than 5 nights, book it right upon arrival, or get Rixos app and reserve before arrival.

Book your transfer to Land of Legends at arrival, the tickets are already included in your stay.

Uber does not pick you up from the hotel, even if it brings you there.

Yellow taxis that are nearby, are in good condition and you can pay cash (Euros, Dollars also).

Other than that, you should have a good time staying there.

Nice hotel that I recommend it

The service was excellent, the recipient were helpful and all restaurants were clean and have tasty meals. The rooms were clean and the space area was enough. The advantage also to get the pass for the land of legends theme parks. I think the only disadvantage of the hotel is it is little bit an old and need some repairs regarding the doors of the rooms

First impressions; I have stayed at many a rixos hotels, in fact I always mainly opt for the Rixos Brand. This hotel has totally changed my view of the Rixos hotels, I would probably rate this a 3 star.

Same food in the restaurant for breakfast, lunch, dinner, no variety.

Atmosphere in the hotel was quite dull.

Drinks round the pool took forever rhat most of the time we just got ourselves , they had two on skates who were doing the drinks but poor boys were also making them too so clearly they were limited on staff.

The entertainment- singers every night- dull.
The Tepyanaki restaurant, def not worth 25euros per person so don’t bother.

The Grill restaurant, they made the plates look posh but it was basically the same food from the buffet restaurant, where they get you is the paid wine list, again don’t bother very spenny.

The buffet restaurant wasn’t the cleanest, understand it’s a kids free hotel but at least clean up after in the restaurant.

Our room was in the orintenal part of the hotel - so basically the furthest out.
They had two power cuts, and one was during the night, so all you heard was the generator all night with what sounds like you were in a war shelter.

No irons or ironing board in room.

Overall experience- average stay, hotel and stay didn’t align with the Rixos Brand.

From the moment we arrived at Rixos Park Belek, the experience was nothing short of amazing. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and impeccable service, setting the tone for a relaxing and luxurious vacation.

The hotel itself is stunning—modern, beautifully maintained, and nestled in lush, green surroundings. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Waking up to the view of the Mediterranean each morning was a dream!

The food was another highlight. With a wide variety of international cuisines, every meal was a culinary delight. The main restaurant had an impressive buffet selection, and the à la carte options were just as excellent. Special thanks to the chefs and restaurant staff who made dining such a pleasure.

We also loved the pool areas and beach access. There were always plenty of loungers available, and the whole area was clean and well-organized. The entertainment team did a fantastic job with daily activities and shows that kept both kids and adults entertained without being intrusive.

Rixos Park Belek strikes the perfect balance between relaxation and fun, and the attention to detail in every aspect—from hospitality to cleanliness—truly sets it apart.

We’re already planning our return visit. Highly recommended for couples, families, and anyone looking for a top-tier resort experience on the Turkish Riviera!

Staff are really friendly, customer service is very good. Great for family holiday. Great access to beach. The pool area is amazing. Food is good. It would be great to eat at other restaurants in the hotel as part of all inclusive which other resorts offer. Loved our family room, which was very spacious and had a sea view. Standard of room service cleaning was not always consistent. Mini bar was restocked everyday at no additional cost. The land of legends access that is part of the cost is also a bonus.
Building could do with upgrading, which you can see is happening slowly.

Marvelous hotel

Wonderful stay. Buildings are quite old. Communal areas relatively small for a huge hotel, I wonder how it looks like during summer season. Pre-heated swimming pools indoors and outdoor are amazing. Food is really delicious and variable suits all tongues. We enjoyed the stay for 4 nights.

RIXOS We expected More!

Overrated place:

1) lots of families with their children.
2) Food qnd sweets quality is below average. (Over crowded, low quality sushi. No quality sea food some cheap fish being served .
3) overwhelmed employees, ex: i asked for not adiding yogurt over the potato dish he was negotiating thet is a chef dish and he refused to do so. ( maybe i am allergic to milk, i flet anger inside him).
4) when we 1st entered our room we found two workers setting at the bathroom and drinking water and juce from the mini bar of the room.
5) food near swimming pool bar is unbeatable.
6) car left outside ubder the sun by the valet!
8)elevators are dated.
9)slow delivery when requesting something from room service can take 30 minutes.
10)Gym dont open early and close very earlier than usual.

Good things :
1) Beach is nice and sandy
2) quick checkout.
3) bed and covers and coffe machine and tea at roam mini bar .

The hotel is i believe the newest addition the Rixos. Parts of the resort feels like Rixos and some parts still feels like the old hotel. Their rooms are a little on the older side and needs some improvements. But Overall it was an amazing stay for our family. The food,the facilities were amazing.! The staff were very courteous and helpful. You can tell they all have hospitality education by the way they act. Me and my family can’t wait to go back.

Merhaba, 15 tatil döneminde asıl büyük kids club'ın gündüz kapalı olması bizi hayal kırıklığına uğrattı. Çocuğum daha önceki konaklamasında kids club'ını çok sevdiği için tercih etmiştik. Daha önce Rixos Sungate, tekirova, premium belek otellerinde kaldım. Rixos belli bir standart altına düşmez diye düşünmüştüm. Ama bu otel standartını Rixos'lara göre düşük buldum. Hijyen açısından problemler vardı. Restaurant'ta akşam yemeğinde ayakta yer boşalmasını bekledik. Bir otelde ilk defa böyle birşey yaşadım. Restaurant çalışanları ve katlardaki temizlik personelleri genel olarak güleryüzlü ve yardımcı idi. Yine ilk defa bir otele kayıt yaptıdığımızda elimize anahtarlar verildi ve bavulunuz odaya gelecek dendi. Odaya götüren ya da tarif eden olmadı. Çok şaşırdım. Otelin bahçesi güzel ve çok bakımlıydı. Kapalı sosyal alanı pek yoktu. Spa'nın içinde soyunma odası olmaması kış için uygun değildi. Hamamdan dış ortama çıkarak soyunmaya geçiyorsun. Kısa bir mesafe ama yine de uygun olmadı bizim için.

Wir waren das erste Mal bei Rixos. Die Erwartungen an die Marke waren hoch und wurden leider enttäuscht. Es ist einfacher zu sagen, was gut war, als aufzuzählen, was für ein 5-Sterne Hotel unakzeptabel ist. Wirklich gut, war nur der beheizte Außenpool und der Spa-Bereich. Alles andere: Service, Unterhaltung, Essen, Zimmer, Restaurants waren eine Enttäuschung. Lange Schlange am Eingang zum Restaurant und dann wieder am Buffet. Fehlende Abwechslung bei den Gerichten. Die Mitarbeiter sind bemüht, aber sind alle sehr frisch im Job. Hatte etwas von „Jugend forscht“. Insgesamt also kein 5-Sterne Niveau. Da haben wir in der Türkei schon wesentlich bessere Adressen (auch in Belek) gesehen. Ich hoffe sehr, dass die anderen Häuser der Marke Rixos ein höheres Niveau haben!!

Otel temizliği genel olarak iyiydi. Çalışanlar her konuda elinden geldiğince yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. Müşteri ilişkileri bölümünde bulunan Eser bey özellikle çok kibar ve çözüm odaklı bir şekilde çok yardımcı oldu bize. Kapalı havuz olduğu için özellikle tercih etmiştik fakat havuz sıcak değildi 1 saat zor durduk ve de bir daha kullanmadık bizim için hayal kırıklığıydı. Kids club için çok umutluyduk fakat düzgün oyuncak yoktu çalışanlar inanılmaz derecede ilgisiz ve çocuklarla alakasızdı. Diğer personeller ne kadar iyiyse Kids clubdakiler o kadar kötüydü. Tatil boyunca 4 farklı kişi gördüm orada hepsi aynıydı.
