Melissa at reception was extremely helpful and welcoming. Our checkout time was 12pm, and as our driver was not picking us up until 1pm, the hotel kindly allowed my family and other guests who checked out that day to stay and enjoy lunch, which we really appreciated. The indoor pool, spa, and Turkish hammam bath were excellent and very relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable overall. The food was very good but it would have been even better with more options for children. Overall, a fantastic experience and great value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return.

We spent a calm vacation, the place is clean and security everywhere and that’s good
However, several points that are worth mentioning as it made our vacation way too below the expectations.
First there are no kids playground not even a slide, as for the kids entertainment section it has nothing inside maybe just paint no activities or toys and if you want your kid to paint you have to pay extras everything is extra charge only a swimming pool with linited slides.
Second the food is not so appealing same dishes unlike the other resorts that we have stayed at plus the food is not that of good taste or quality.
Third the stuff is rude, as per our previous stays at other places staff always welcome you and smile, at this place whenever i order something they start mocking in turkish between them or be so rude
Forth the room is too small for 4 people and the extra bed they gave for my kid was just a trash as the iron base was out of everywhere and non of us could even sit on it

Compared to the facilities listed on there page, i found that it wasn’t true at least for my kids they got bored and didn’t enjoyed even there were basically only dj at night not daily theater schedule

The hotel, including the room, was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The variety of the food was ok, but the quality could be better. The pool area is usually very crowded and it is hard to find available sunbeds, so you need to get up eary and reserve some for the day before the breakfast. There are some safety issues with the slides at the pool area, especially kids don't follow the rules and cause safety hazard.

We enjoyed our stay here, however found that there was some extra charges especially in the kids play section where kids would see the items and want it. The hotel worked in euro mostly, even when asked to change the charges from euro to lira it was ignored. Otherwise we had a good time.

A very good all inclusive hotel which is ideal for the.families with children which we enjoyed very much. However our honest suggestion is for the hotel to have the water slides open for a bit longer as the opening hours are just too short for a long day. The buffet meals are of wide range but it would be good if the names of all the dishes are displayed as we had to guess what most of the dishes were. Finally none of the a la carte restaurants were open during our stay which was bit disappointing as we were looking forward to try them in one of the evenings and there was no notices as to why they were closed. Regardless we had a great time at Aydinbey Queen's Palace and if the above suggestions are taken into account it will definitely be a flawless place to stay and enjoy with the family!

The hotel being in renovation they sent us to a 5 start Greenmax hotel, it is written 5” but it was a dirty 2*, they did not pay the hotel until 3 hours after I arrived and made me wait for confirmation after the hotel paid! Zero acknowledgement or excuses and showed a very lousy image of Turkey.. the bathrooms are cracked and dirty, the balconies are cracked enough to see the steel, there is absence of working wifi and despite the nice idea of the full formula hotel, it is really badly managed as the “smile” is missing!

Water slide was open very limited hours and my son picked this property for the slides. Meals are ok but no english titles for the food - we pate a lot of chicken. Lines were very long. They would only give us 1 key to the hotel. Property was okay but wouldn't stay there again.

Staying with little children at this hotel was incredibly easy. I highly recommend it for families, as they even have dedicated food sections for kids and vegetarians. The swimming pool is a good size, though I wish the slides were open longer, as we didn't get enough time to enjoy them. There was a great variety of food available every day, and the rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff were also helpful and friendly, making our stay enjoyable.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, even though many didn't speak English.The variety of food, especially the unique breakfast donuts, was a highlight. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness, even with guests walking in and out in wet swimsuits.I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with young children. It’s conveniently located near the airport and offers easy access to the Land of Legends and local markets.

Nice hotel with spacious family room.

Nice hotel, although there aren't any grounds to walk around in. Food was ok, but a bit repetitive. Pool is big and nice for all. Family rooms were nice and spacious, room cleaning done daily, AC very good. No information about evening shows and sometimes there weren't any. Gozelme stand was open on random days, no info. If you can help it don't use the rip off taxis to goto land of legends (it's a 15 min walk)

Worn out towels. We had to keep rongong for extra towels. They gave us 3 towels for 4 of us.
Uncomfortable bed. Flat pillows. We requested for extra pillows and told not available. They will bring some tomorrow. Next day same response. When we complaint. We got 2 pillows with no covers!
There is no iron. Mini bar has only water and 2 juices!
The buffet is mediocre. Poor quality food. No proper turkish cuisine. It was more quantity than quality.

I wrote a full review but not enough space. This is not an allergy friendly hotel. It is not a 5* clean and tidy hotel. Food choices are limited and when confronted people were told “it’s because you’re English and not used to food”. There is a lack of empathy and support from most staff. My niece was hospitalised due to gastroenteritis which we believe is due to the hotels facilities as we saw multiple ill children over the 7 day stay. They were not all English either so not an excuse for stomachs issues.
The medical team at the hotel were brilliant with my niece. They were efficient and continued to check on her which was great. There was also a gentleman at guest relations that was very considerate to my sister and brother in law.

Unfortunately the negative outweighs the positive and I would not recommend this hotel.

I welcome the hotel to get in contact to discuss the issues in more detail.

Unfortunately there were a few issues, Firstly one of our guests had a dairy allegry this was accommodated for at all, leading to myself and my brother in law having to source and provide snacks for her obviously at a 5 star establishment this should not happen, Secondly my daughter contracted Gastroenteritis which ended up with a hospital stay at some cost, and there were various breakouts of this around the hotel, even seeing food and drinks being tested again a 5 star establishment should not have this issue cleanliness should be of the highest priority

Unfriendly staff in the restaurant and in the lobby bar, everyone is stressed. The food was a disaster, we expected more from a 5 star hotel. There were bees everywhere, it was not possible to sit outside and eat, neither in the restaurant nor in the pool area. Unfortunately the cleaning was deplorable, we had to call reception to ask them to clean. AC in the open areas was not OK.

Absolute Dive! Ant infested rooms, disgusting food, music vibrating through ceiling until 2am when kids are in bed. Rude to English people... management a complete joke! Won't swap room and think it's acceptable to send cleaners once a day to clean ants up. No idea on how to kill them properly when they are infested in the walls. Rude staff. Slides shut at 4 and so does ice-cream bar even if little kids are waiting they send them away disappointed once it hits 4, just the worst service. Not a 5 star!!!

On arrival I was greeted by the Manager Mr Orcun who had a very hospitable approach.

During my stay it was busy which shows that there’s a lot of excellent qualities within the service presentation.

Breakfast is excellent and there’s staff willing to serve you until it’s time to leave the food hall. You can even have your your eggs done to your liking etc. Food is nice and fresh also the area always clean. That’s more than 6 stars in my book.

My check out time would have been too early due to a late flight departure. After speaking with Guest Relation Manager Ms Tamara and Mr Burpham who is an interpreter on site. Together with my 4 friends, our hotel bookings extended at no extra cost. No stress and only happiness 👍😊

What an excellent service. 5 stars is not enough and I wish them all the best.

I will return very soon 👍 and already recommend this quality to many friends.

Our family experience of this newly opened hotel was very good. We thought there needs to be better shade and more showers in the pool area but everything else we were satisfied. The hotel beach was a short hotel shuttle us ride away which was very frequent.

Our stay at Adinbey Queen's Palace exceeded our expectations. Staff were always on hand to assist. Large breakfast and dinner buffet. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There were no teething issues even though the hotel is brand new. The fully inclusive package is amazing. Shuttle transfers run every 20 minutes between the hotel and beach and always punctual.

Als Familie haben wir uns in diesem Hotel rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Sauberkeit war sehr gut – sowohl die Zimmer als auch die öffentlichen Bereiche wurden regelmäßig und gründlich gereinigt.

Das Essen war in Ordnung, es gab eine gute Auswahl und man konnte flexibel zu den Mahlzeiten gehen, was sehr angenehm war.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal: Alle Mitarbeitenden waren äußerst aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlte sich willkommen und gut betreut.

Auch wenn das Hotel nicht direkt am Strand liegt, ist die Lage ideal. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, aber dennoch zentral genug, um alles gut erreichen zu können.

Insgesamt ein gelungener Aufenthalt – ich kann das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Ich war mit dem Hotel äußerst zufrieden. Das Personal präsentierte sich sehr sauber und zuvorkommend.Besonders angenehm war, dass alle 20 Minuten ein Bus zum Strand verkehrt. Auch der schnelle und zuverlässige Flughafentransfer ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Über die Willkommensgeschenke und die freundliche Aufmerksamkeit am Tag unserer Ankunft haben wir uns sehr gefreut.

Das Queens Palace Hotel ist einfach fantastisch! Schon bei der Ankunft fühlt man sich herzlich willkommen. Die Zimmer sind sauber, modern und sehr komfortabel. Besonders begeistert war ich vom Essen – immer frisch, vielfältig und sehr lecker. Ein besonderes Lob geht an das Gästebetreuungsteam.
