We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were truly impressed by every aspect of our experience.

The food was absolutely delicious—beautifully presented, full of unique flavors, and consistently high quality. Dining at the restaurant was a highlight, and the à la carte beach menu offered a fantastic range of food and drinks. Special thanks to Mr. Savaş, the Food & Beverage Manager, for overseeing such a well-run and enjoyable dining experience.

Our room was spacious and very comfortable, with excellent air conditioning and multiple housekeeping visits each day to refresh towels and keep everything spotless.

The grounds were beautifully maintained, and both the pool and beach areas were exceptionally clean. A big thank you to Neslihan, who was always on hand at the beach—she went out of her way to help with umbrellas, towels, and adjusting the chaises as the sun moved. Her kindness and attention to detail truly made our beach days extra special.

We felt well cared for in every way and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

Loved this hotel. I was reluctant to stay at an All-inclusive as usually prefer smaller, boutique hotels, however with 160 ish rooms, this is one of the smaller Belek hotels I believe.
Check-in staff were efficient but not overly warm or personable. I was however delighted that we were not given wristbands to wear for our stay.
Loved the choice of bars for pre/post dinner drinks, loads of comfy sofa style seating inside & out - fantastic, friendly service. Great cocktails.
Massive pool, super comfortable sun loungers on beach & pool. Staff would remove towels not being used. Enjoyed a la carte lunch at beach bar everyday.
Free shuttle to Pasha & Sultan golf course 2 mins away. Storage room for golf bags next to reception.
Pleased with variety of food each night. Room very comfortable, with amenities - ironing board, decent hairdryer, plenty storage for clothes & luggage, great lighting, complimentary mini bar.
Overall, excellent stay, would recommend.

I have been to hotels all over the world, and this is the best hotel I have ever been to. They upgraded my stay to a better suit as I went there for my honeymoon, the staff are nice and the food is amazing. The beach and spa are nice too. The only down side is the staff does not speak English very well. The city and hotel are amazing distination if you would like to relax and enjoy your time by the mediterranean sea.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. We were upgraded on arrival to a Lagoon Suite which was stunning with its own private pool. The food was excellent with many choices even for my 13 year old. The hotel went the extra mile by presenting my son with a birthday cake for his 13th birthday. The staff were welcoming on arrival and made us a coffee on departure while we waited for our car to the airport. All in all a lovely hotel, not crazy busy. We will be visiting again for sure.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kempinski. The room was in excellent condition and roomy. The food options were amazing. Our only comment would be the staff, not everyone speaks English. And we had to ask 4 times for our room pool to be cleaned before it was handled. Other than this. Everything was spot on.

Bedrooms air conditions do NOT work, so if you want to sleep in sauna, go for it.
We called the reception multiple times, they do send a technician, a temporary fix happen, but the issue occurs again 15 minutes after!!!

Other than the above issue, the whole place including the staff, food, drinks, facilities, pools, bars, outdoor music nights and activities are awesome!

The hotel is overpriced. The area around is not walkable and you always need to hire a hotel cab. They accept cash only even through the nearest ATM is 7km away. The number of import drinks are very limited and they’re overpriced too.

Staff should know more English, we had difficulty explaining and receiving answers at the front desk. food choices should be better especially for people who don’t eat meat or are Celiac. Aircondition in the common area seemed off. There should be Fans outside in the dining area as it’s too hot. The entertainment was not good, they should have better DJs and better bands. The Shower in the room had issues, water gets hot and cold suddenly and weak, the shower in the rooms in general was not satisfactory and we complained that it needs fixing but they didn’t do much. Kids pool should be in a different section and keep adults that are there to relax in a different section. Some foods that are marked as Gluten free is wrong so we did complain as my wife is Celiac and she almost ate gluten due to wrong marking on the Menu. Last day we left early and they prepared a lunch box for us as the breakfast place was still closed, my wife got rotten cheese in her box.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel. The service, atmosphere and food are excellent. The rooms, although a bit dated, are comfortable. Staff extremely helpful, attentive and friendly. If you are looking for a quiet holiday and a little R&R you cannot go wrong booking here.

Unfortunately the food was entirely disappointing, and that matters a lot when it's all inclusive. A very bland and uncreative buffet worthy of a three star hotel at best. The reception couldn't have been kinder, and the service was fine, but again, especially during low season when there isn't much to do except eat and relax, the food is hugely important. This was nowhere near what one would expect from a Kempinski.

I liked nothing about this property. Expedia indicated one person a room while I stated 2 person a room. I had to pay extra 150 dollars per night per room. All inclusive didn’t mean all inclusive. If we wanted to eat in speciality restaurants we had to pay extra. Never seen anything like it. Food was terrible for a price we paid.

Check in was really nice. Property is really great with pools, pier, wonderful views of ocean, very relaxing. All inclusive package is really nice, breakfast, lunch and dinners, were all great. Especially dinners were real nice by the pool in outdoor area.

However, for young couples like ourselves, it was a little dead after 10. May be that was on purpose at Kempinski as they might be focused at giving relaxing and peaceful experience to their guests. However, we really would have enjoyed if there was some music or late night entertainment plan by the pool or pier as was being done in neighboring hotels. But again, that might not be preference of most of the guests staying at Kempinski.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay of 6 nights at Kempinski, however, did not like that nice tables were being kept as \"reserved\" for a walk in buffet all inclusive settings. As I was asked one night to get up from a \"reserved\" table and later 3 more were told to me as \"reserved\" tables. I approached Mr. Ahmet Antepli (General Manager) who was there taking care of guests and shared his visiting card with me. He told me that some guests who are staying longer like 10 days are taken better care for table reservations. This did not make much sense to me, as I was also booked for total 9 nights (6+3). Later, I cancelled my 3 nights reservation and stayed for just 6 nights, as I personally did not like this discriminatory table \"reservations\" at dinner.

This hotel is beautiful, elegant and quiet. Itbis smaller than most Antalya properties and guests there value peace and tranquility that absence of animation provides. It is a place to relax without the noise and too many kids. If you want to party, this hotel is not for you.

Fantastic experience

This is an excellent hotel. I was worried about booking it as some of the reviews I read were not very positive. The hotel is different to the surrounding hotels in the area in that it does not have huge water parks and lots of kids and so it is much quieter and exclusive. It’s good if you are looking for a more relaxing experience. There is a lot of space, great private beach and Beach bar. Food was really excellent too.

The stay was ok - I wouldn't go again. The food was average even when supplements were paid for the a la carte. The service was hit and miss - mostly miss. We ate there only because we were starving by day 3 - which sounds silly in an all inclusive hotel.

You can hear the music and noise from the neighbouring hotels which encompasses the dullness of this hotel.

Rooms were ok - very dated and in need of upgrading.

Generally the stay was ok as we changed our expectations to that of a 4 star even though we paid for a 5 star.

The hotel is an international brand. However, due to low utilization, the service and amenities are not up to spec. The hotel could have been better if there are activities around the clock like the neighboring hotels where music and sport activities all day long. The hotel was boring and suits only golfers aiming to golf then have a meal and hit the bed to repeat the same.

Very nice hotel on the beach

Stayed here for 9 nights on business and playing golf. The hotel is very comfortable and relaxing. Reduced green fees at PGA Antalya Golf Club with two courses, The Sultan and The Pasha. Sultan course is a great course with tees to test all players fr Pro to 24 handicap. Pasha is shorter, but still a good course for all standards.
The only thing which I wasn't satisfied with on this stay was that bye food was a little limited. Good quality food, but not a wide choice.

No service when it was needed

We enjoyed our trip until the last afternoon. My husband had a sore ear and went to the Nurse at the hotel. The nurse advised that there was a doctor's clinic nearby and the doctor would see him and provide a prescription if required. The nurse advised it would take about one hour and cost 100 euro.

We were driven to the clinic which turned out to be a hospital. We asked for a check up and my husband was sent for uneccessary checks and tests and we were not permitted to leave the hospital for 7 hours. The nurse at the hotel had asked for our room number, which we assumed was to get in touch to make sure the \"clinic\" visit went well. Unfortunately we were left by ourselves in the hospital unable to leave. When it finally came time to leave, 7 hours later, we were charged 1,500 euro and asked to pay before we could leave the hospital. We didn't understand why a country whose currency is Turkish lira, would ask for payment in euro. We also don't know why the nurse quoted 100 euro and 1 hour when it cost 1,500 euro and took 7 hours!

We complained to the hotel the next day and were told the manager would be in touch. We have still not heard anything.

We can not recommend this hotel based on this experience.

In addition, the quality of the food, such as the meat, at the dinner buffet, one of only two dining options available at the hotel during our stay, was poor. Quantity not quality.

For 5 stars, service can be better. Food is good, but not for 5 stars, can be more tasty. Beef not eatable. Not enough waitresses, must wait for a long time and call them. Italian and Asian restaurant - 3 stars.
Front desk always forgot your request, must follow up, up to 3 times on the same issue. No coffee maker, no iron in the room. After checked out, even they promised, they didn't came to pick up luggage, must care by myself.

Declining standards at the Dome

We have stayed at the Dome on 3 previous occasions, which were always enjoyable. However, we shall not be returning due to the declining standards. The evening meals were very poor with any lack of flavour or taste. Previously we have enjoyed our meals, this time the choice was repetitive, bland and flavourless even though the meals were described as an international experience. If that is the quality of the food the Dome want to offer then its a shame and the stay will less enjoyable.

We are a well travelled family and for the very first time we had taken/stolen from our room a set of Rayban sunglasses, beach bag and some underwear. When we reported this to management we encountered a very awkward and unhelpful situation from the hotel security staff. The only thing they were prepared to do was call the police and as we were leaving the next day there was no point in taking this any further. To this day we have not received an apology or any other satisfactory response from the hotel. We shall not be returning a fifth time!

The pool is awesome. The children play area is great and the children club is free with great staff. The rooms show signs of wear and tear but not too bad. The hotel staff are very friendly and fairly attentive. The only issue we had was that a few times we called for the mini-bar to be refreshed but they never came to do it. The food is great as well. Overall very good deal compared to club med if you are not too much into big hotels and lots of activities.

A horrible time! Check in spoilt my entire holiday

i personally would never go back to the Kempinski. I did my booking through hotels.com and paid for it! When i arrived at the hotel the man checking me almost recharged me for my booking. He told me i did not pay for my booking, when i did i had a receipt from hotels.com. After about 20minutes he said it was not updated on there service but they wont charge because i showed them hotels.com voucher. Once that was done they said that i had paid for one person, when i did pay a half board, with a sea face room. Eventually, after about 35minutes the hotel said that it was there mistake.I am highly angry about this it is so insulting. I feel so offended i would never return to that hotel again! Another upsetting thing was that while booking i stated i wanted a queen bed and the hotel wanted to give my wife and i two single beds. However, the food of the hotel was really nice, and it was such a beautiful resort with the most amazing facilities ever. Hamam, sauns, steam rooms are excellent and very clean. the gym is huge and has great equipment. However, if your holiday starts off badly how would you enjoy it? Please do check up on this as if this happens again it can be a bad name to hotels.com. I personally blaim the hotel and not hotels.com because i always use hotels.com and never have this problem. It was the hotel to blaim, i feel highly offended at the way i was treated.

Impressive hotel with great service

The hotel was great. Service was good, and staff were keen to help in any way they could. The food in the a la carte restaurant was good and not too badly priced for a hotel of this standard. The overall quality of the hotel was excellent, rooms were lovely and the bars and patio area were all what i would expect from a 5* hotel.

The golf was also excellent, the courses being very well maintained and better than most courses in the UK, and there was a free shuttle from the hotel. Golf is not cheap, but the quality of the course more than made up for it.

The Dome experience

The ambiance, decor and architure of the hotel is oustanding. They made our honeymoon exceptionally special with excellent attention to our happiness. The food part can be work on though chefs were creative but need to work on the taste of the food. I would reccomend this hotel any day. The management is great!

5 star hotel with 3 star service

The hotel itself was gorgeous, 5 star and very luxurious. The rooms were clean and well maintained and the cleaning staff were very helpful. The biggest issue with the hotel was that the service from the waiters at all meals was quite poor. We would often have to wait 20 mins for a drink or when asking for the bill. Overall I would say they were well understaffed for a 5 star hotel service.

Worst Kempinski I have ever visited

First impression of the hotel was good. However, soon I realized that many things are not even near to what the hotel info has promised. To make it easy I will list them below:
-air-conditioning in the hotel was not working properly or the management was intentionally putting it off. This is very unpleasant when the temperature outside is above 39C and humidity more than 80%.
-air-condition in our room was not cooling enough, we had hard time to sleep at night.
-The hotel has 9 restaurants listed, but NONE of them is open. Lunch is served at an open area between the pool and the beach. It gets so hot that you easily lose all your appetite.
-staff speak Dutch, Russian and Turkish, but no English (except front desk reception).
-Trying to get a sun bed at the pool was a mission impossible. Every morning we had to search for at least 30 min for someone to help us get place to seat (the pool has large sitting area, but for some reason most of the sun beds were removed, strange decision at the pick of the season).
-We rented a beach tent for the day. The complimentary fruits and drinks were displayed on direct sun light hours before we arrived. Obviously, they have become uneatable.
-The beach is full with small stones and rocks and the water was dirty (there were some sanitary napkins floating)
-There is absolutely no activities in the hotel or nearby.
-Taxis reap you off.
-Shopping limited to brands imitations
-No nightlife at all
-No restaurants nearby

Kempinski Hotel The dome is the best hotel in the region. I have been going to belek for golfing for 5 years, at least. But this hotel is excellent. A part from the rest, service is very good, food as well.
I recommend this hotel for everyone especially golfers. Additionally hotel has a great spa with thalasso.

You feel like it is your own hotel, very strange. During my stay hotel was nearly full but I haven't witneesed a crowded place. Whereever you go, you feel special accordingly. It is amazing.

But during nights, there is not many activity in the house. For sure there are close places you can go easily.At least during summer a disco can be activated.

And its pool is really huge and beatiful. It makes you calm down, you can chill out on pavillions next to the pool.

Whle you are leaving, you are getting upset!

Best Hotel in the area

A part from the all includive hotels in the area, Kempinski Hotel provided best service I have seen for years.

I strictly recommend this hotel to eveyone who wants to be served in a good way.

And has a very big and nice pool.It is the best pool I have ever seen.

Gofl courses are beautiful,especially Sultan Course.

Notre séjour a très bien commencé avec un surclassement dès notre arrivée. La villa Sultan est splendide, spacieuse et agréable. En revanche, le service général mériterait d’être amélioré : plusieurs de nos demandes sont restées sans réponse malgré de nombreuses relances, au point que nous avons finalement renoncé.
Nous tenons néanmoins à souligner le professionnalisme et la réactivité de Devrim, Lady in Red, qui a été particulièrement attentive à nos besoins. Un grand merci à elle pour sa disponibilité et ses délicates attentions.
En ce qui concerne le restaurant Sofra, nous avons été déçus notamment par la lenteur du service, en particulier lors des petits déjeuners, ce qui a quelque peu terni l’expérience.

Hôtel d’exception, spacieux et impeccablement propre. Le personnel est à l’écoute, toujours disponible et très professionnel. Özellikle değelendirme yapmak isterim ki çünkü ilk Antalya deneyimim ama bundan sonra her yaz olacak. 5 gece 6 gün lagoon suit odada konakladık ve oldukça memnun kaldık.Odalar oldukça geniş ve ferah, odaya ait havuz çok keyifliydi. Temizlik konusunda oldukça titizlerdi;her gün düzenli olarak oda temizliği yapıldı.Personel son derece yardımsever ve güler yüzlüydü. Resepsiyondaki çalışanlar her türlü sorumuza samimiyetle yanıt verdiler.Yemekler çok lezzetliydi ve yiyeceklerin çeşitliliği bizi memnun etti.
Otelin sunduğu olanaklar beklentilerimizi fazlasıyla karşıladı.Fiyatlar, sundukları hizmet ve olanaklar göz önüne alındığında oldukça yerinde.Genel olarak deneyimimiz harikaydı. Kesinlikle tekrar kalmayı düşüneceğimiz bir yer. Deniz suyu ve derecesi çok iyi ve kum.Herkese tavsiye ederim! Son olarak en çok teşekkürü Savaş Nuhoğlu Bey,hemşire Cemile Hanım ve lady in red grubundaki Damla Hanım’a ederim. Tatilimiz süresince konforumuz için müthiş ilgi gösterdiler. Çok çok teşekkürler Kempinski Ailesi!

Ein Märchen aus tausend und einer Nacht.... wunderschön und bezaubernd zugleich.

Kempinski the Dome ein fünf Sterne Resort der extraklasse!!!!!

Ich würde gerne auf ein paar der unten geschilderten Details eingehen:

bezüglich Service:
Der Service ist absolut nicht zu toppen. Wir sind schon viel gereist und waren so in einigen fünf Sterne Resorts jedoch Kempinski the Dome übertrifft jegliches. Freundlich, Zuvorkommend, Aufmerksam und Schnell... kein warten, kein das gibt es nicht... jeder Wunsch des Gastes wird erfüllt und falls dies nicht möglich ist werden alternativen angeboten... :-) Sehr großes Lob an den Studenten Muhammet, an Mehmet (Karayilan) und an Bulut, Cansu und Ahmet ihr seit besonders gewesen Service der superklasse einfach excellent aber auch ein großes Dankeschön an das andere Personal....
sowie am Empfang, die Reinigungskraft etc alles TOP !!!

Sauberkeit:
super saubere Zimmer und Anlage .. Handtücher wurden sogar zwei Mals täglich gewechselt. Pool, Strandliegen, Hygienekonzept auf das man sich bling verlassen.

Die Anlage war wie ein Märchen hat einen Marrokanisch, Andalusischen Stil mit einem Hauch von Luxus.

Das Essen sehr abwechslungsreich und extrem frisch und super super lecker. Vor allem das Essen im Beach Club wir haben den besten Fisch, Salate und Kalamares gegessen.. und da konnte das FOUR SEASONS auf den MALEDIVEN nicht einmal mithalten vor allem das Eis und das Dessert... göttlich... :)

Прекрасный небольшой - по сравнению - с другими. Мы отдыхали в ноябре здесь - это сезон гольфа - соответственно и публика была - гольфисты.
Хороший персонал. Особая благодарность - Катерине- на ресепшн, всегда была готова помочь.
В отеле не было детей и нам это понравилось. Анимация здесь отсутствует и летом. Кому нужно больше тишины - можно сюда
