It was just ok. If you go there for the free breakfast, don’t choose that hotel. Worth breakfast ever, super small room and not really much food to choose from. It wasn’t very clean either ! Bar area was nice and we loved the happy hour feature. Nice sitting area and games to choose from.

We stayed in a queen studio , nice room , clean. The breakfast offerings were rather meager . The only hot dish was biscuits and gravy. Which one day they were cool. They also had bagels, hard scones, yogurts, cereal, you get the picture. The. Building was well maintained. Depending on which day of the week you stay the room rates vary $200. But it probably like that everyplace in Seaside during the summer.

The room was not what I expected, and it wasn’t what I ordered and also when I went to ask them, they said that they didn’t have any other rooms beside that one. They didn’t even have extra bed to lend me I had to go and buy an extra bed, even though I ordered a room with three beds. There was a lot of bugs in the room wasn’t even clean and they didn’t wanna do anything about it.

Absolutely amazing stay! The location right on the river was beautiful and made the experience even more special. It was also conveniently located close to the beach and shopping, making it easy to explore the area without spending a lot of time driving.

What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they went above and beyond by giving us recommendations for things to do, places to eat, and local attractions. Their suggestions made our trip even better.
I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in town. Highly recommend!

I paid $166 for a “accessible” room due to the fact I cannot walk, I had surgery on my ankle about 3 weeks ago. The room was on the 3rd floor at the very end of the hallway which was already kinda frustrating considering it’s exhausting using crutches/a walker. After checking in I go to shower using the shower chair they provided, i sat down and minutes later it broke causing me to fall pretty hard leaving my arms bruised. My bf went tried calling the front desk 3 times to inform the staff of what had happened, no answer. He than goes to the front desk and there’s nobody there, 40 minutes later finally a worker appears and says sorry and that they don’t have any more available shower chairs. We finally got a new chair about a hour to Check out the next day, and though they did end up refunding me the cost of the stay it was not a good experience at all.

We had the suite, so 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and kitchenette. The master bath had a spa tub with jets. We used it. Then after it drained about an hour later the jets came on, we turned it off, then 20 mins it came back on again. Overall, the room and balcony was great

I am very disappointed in the breakfast. We had the most expensive room for two nights only to wake up to rock hard biscuits and scones. My thought is they just leave them in the warmer overnight or even for days. Awful breakfast. No eggs. No meats. Very nice suite and staff was friendly. People stomped around above us waking us up. Had a staff member knock on our door with the do not disturb tag on the door. Pool was dirty and salty. We expected more for the premium price.

Pretty great place ! They were out of dish washer soap so couldn't load up the dish washer and put the dishes away properly. Also, there is rust on the polls connecting to the balcony rails eventually that can get dangerous and needs replaced.

We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite with partial view and wrap around veranda. It was perfect! The kitchen is great cooking or reheating. The full size refrigerator is also a plus. The beds were not the softest but perfectly comfortable. The free breakfast is lacking in protein options and the biscuits and gravy were only OK. There is no waffle station, only a toaster.

We got caught twice at the pool where there were no clean towels. I would say bring your own from home if possible as there is no daily room service, so you would be caught trying to find someone looking for extras if you bring them from your room.
Also, even though the rooms advertise the pull out couch as a bed bring your own bedding. Upon arrival we noticed there no extra blankets for the pull out. We asked the front desk for bedding and were told it was fully made up. There was a single sheet on it. No actual blankets. They did end up giving us one thin blanket though.
Overall we would stay again, just come a little more prepared. We loved the condo feel with hotel amenities.

The room I was in did not have extra blankets for the sofa bed and the coffee pot that was provided was too small for the coffee maker, I ended up having to use a spoon to get the coffee to come out. There were dishes left in the dishwasher from the previous occupant, unsure if they were clean as there was no dishwasher pods/soap available. We also had a pretty windy and rainy day on one of the days where the sliding glass door leaked water from the bottom as well as a pretty strong draft from the window making the room cold.

Room had a booger on the wall. Low toilet paper on holder with no backup roll. Breakfast is minimal. Bathtub feels like it's ready to cave in, in the middle. Overall conditions of the hotel seem to be lowering each year. Staff at the front desk were stingy when asking for extra supplies. The stay was fine, I just wouldn't say it wowed us. If I remember right, it went under new management a few years back and it seems to be going downhill with that every time we come.

The room was clean. The staff was pleasant. However, there was no information given. For instance, how to locate and turn the fireplace on. Where the pet area was located to take our puppy potty. A notebook with this information in the room would've been helpful along with local restaurants, things to do, etc.

It was plenty warm in our room so there was no need to have it on. We rented 2 rooms and our son complained of not having enough towels for 6 people for two nights in their room.

We got stuck in the elevator and had to be rescued by the fire department and the hotel didn't do anything or even check on us. My special needs daughter was crying and never truly recovered after the incident. It totally put a damper on our trip

We like staying here from time to time when we come to Seaside. I like that there are two bedroom hotel rooms as an option. The price was really high for the time of year we went though, and there was a lot of mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Also, our river view room was over overlooking the road, so it was really noisy and we could only see the river by going out on the balcony and looking to the right. We did not do their breakfast because we wanted a nice hot breakfast so we went elsewhere for that. I really like the coffee pots in the room, the room we had made a few cups per pack so we weren’t using those individual ones that don’t last long.
