Room had a booger on the wall. Low toilet paper on holder with no backup roll. Breakfast is minimal. Bathtub feels like it's ready to cave in, in the middle. Overall conditions of the hotel seem to be lowering each year. Staff at the front desk were stingy when asking for extra supplies. The stay was fine, I just wouldn't say it wowed us. If I remember right, it went under new management a few years back and it seems to be going downhill with that every time we come.

The room was clean. The staff was pleasant. However, there was no information given. For instance, how to locate and turn the fireplace on. Where the pet area was located to take our puppy potty. A notebook with this information in the room would've been helpful along with local restaurants, things to do, etc.

It was plenty warm in our room so there was no need to have it on. We rented 2 rooms and our son complained of not having enough towels for 6 people for two nights in their room.
Also, the first night our grandchildren were so looking forwards to swimming and the pool got shut down because someone got sick in it. Overall, a nice time was had by all.

We got stuck in the elevator and had to be rescued by the fire department and the hotel didn't do anything or even check on us. My special needs daughter was crying and never truly recovered after the incident. It totally put a damper on our trip

We like staying here from time to time when we come to Seaside. I like that there are two bedroom hotel rooms as an option. The price was really high for the time of year we went though, and there was a lot of mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Also, our river view room was over overlooking the road, so it was really noisy and we could only see the river by going out on the balcony and looking to the right. We did not do their breakfast because we wanted a nice hot breakfast so we went elsewhere for that. I really like the coffee pots in the room, the room we had made a few cups per pack so we weren’t using those individual ones that don’t last long.

This was our second fall/winter trip where we stayed at Rivertide...we will be back for a third. The staff are nice, the rooms clean, and location is right and spacious too. The only critique we have is the breakfast. We're glad they offer breakfast but think it could benefit from a little upgrade. Nonetheless we certainly recommend you consider giving this spot a shot.

Wife and I stayed for 5 nights and we enjoyed our visit. Downtown was just a few minutes walk from this hotel. There was ample parking and we felt safe and secure. Breakfast didn't offer very much however we had a full kitchen to fix our meals and the area has several very nice restaurants. We'd be happy to stay here again.

When we want to get away to the beach, Rivertide Suites has been our best choice for a number of years. A full kitchen and washer and dryer. It feels like home.

Our stay at Rivertide Suites was okay overall. The room had the basics for cooking and the master bathroom was the highlight. TVs in the living room and master (small ones), but none in the second bedroom. Walls are thin, and there’s no EV charging, though staff kindly helped with an extension cord. Seaside isn’t very EV-friendly in general. We also lost power in the bedrooms, but the staff was very accommodating and made the stay better.

This property is exceptionally maintain. Customer service is unbelievable and very personal. Their wine bar has an excellent selection of wine and their food selection is low in number, but the quality is excellent.
Parking and security lighting is excellent and the rooms are quiet. I received an upgrade to the one bedroom suite which was as large as my first condo.
I will always stay here in the future. If you want to have a safe stay with excellent facility and service this is the hotel to stay in.

Spacious, clean room with a functional kitchen. Really nice view and large wrap around deck. It was a really nice room for our family and I would definitely stay here again. You can easily walk to the ocean, parking is easy.

Excellent suites. But the beds are like boards, they need softer beds. I did not sleep well due to them feeling so stiff and not that soft. Everything else is great about the hotel.
