This is a simple budget hotel, conveniently located near the monastery and main city attractions.
There are no frills and the rooms are pretty basic. I would say the beds are not the most comfortable and they could definitely improve some of the room amenities.
The breakfast is lacking a bit, not many options and the food wasn't the best. There is a fee for parking and also for breakfast.
It does the job but nothing memorable, just average.

Good hotel in Czestochowa

It is a nice, modern hotel 800 meters from Czestochowa Old Town. I stayed there for 1 night only. The room was spacious and clean. The service good. The hotel is a bit in the middle of nowhere but has a decent restaurant if you arrive hungry like I was. The biggest attraction of the city is the Jasna Gora shrine. I paid around C$7 for Uber each way.

Reception open when we got there late. 11pm
Charging point for our EV worked. We got the app easily and it was easy to identify the charger we wanted to use on the map by zooming in then super easy to select and charge.
The later check out was helpful considering the late hour we arrived. All staff were great

Good for the price

Quite nice hotel. We stayed just for one night. The rooms are not soundproof at all, and you could hear anything from nearby rooms.
The bed mattress was a bit noisy, I think because it was waterproof.
But all in all, we slept well.

This is my go to property when I need to be in Częstochowa for work. It’s exactly as you’d expect from an ibis. Rooms are a decent size, clean and well lit with a desk for work. Staff are helpful and friendly. I tend to leave early so I’ve not breakfasted here yet so can’t review that.

Nice Hotel for a Short Business Trip

This IBIS, althought modest - a typical IBIS hotel - is quite conveniently located, smart, offers a small, but proper and clean room, excellent wifi, reasonable price, therefore, very adequate for a short business stay.
The restaurant, very clean, is well attended to and offers nice meal alternatives, and a nice breakfast, for an adequate price. Fully recommend it.

Friendly and efficient staff. Good service. Good internet. Restaurant service was good; food was mediocre. Breakfast buffet was ok. Room was comfortable. Location of hotel is good for travelers passing through (convenient access to motorways) but not so convenient to downtown for tourists. Good value for the price.

I enjoyed my one night stay at the Ibis hotel. The staff spoke excellent English and they helped me very much with tourist informatiion and they helped with taxi transportation. I highly reccomend this hotel to anyone.

Clean modern hotel

The hotel is very nice with bright rooms and comfy beds, air-con, black-out curtains but the duvets were far too warm and heavy for the hot summer nights. The biggest downside for me was that on the first morning the room service just walk into the room at 8.45, no knock on the door. The lady simply asked me if I needed the room cleaned and if I needed any clean towels. Having realised I wasn't happy with her invading my privacy she asked if she should come back later and left the room, no apology, nothing. When I complained at reception, no one seemed too worried, mind you I was travelling on my own and I was terrified, the receptionist just said 'Oh that's terrible, it must have been a mistake, sorry, I'll tell the girls to knock.' This all happened before I realised I was entitled to a 30% student discout which I did not know about as it was not stated anywhere. Having booked with hotel.com and paid for in advance I could not have been refunded any money. I stayed 3 nights. I did book another night however as the hotel is very nice and good value for money.

Great Hotel in lovely town

We came to Poland and stayed in four Hotels in differant areas of the country. The Ibis was the best of the three upper class hotels and should have a better star rate of at least 3 stars. This hotel is first class and offers free parking unlike other hotels who lead you to believe parking is free, but when there you find that this is not true and can lead to be costly. Mr R. Stepien.

Great Price for a Great Hotel

The hotel is very clearn, service is very professional, and the room is comfortable. There is a supermarket located down the street, a 5 minute walk if you do not want to eat in the restaurant in the hotel. Free wi-fi was a plus. Checking out was a breeze and we were given great directions to our next destination. Also received some recommendations on sites to see. The only worry was the surrounding neighborhood seemed to be a bit shady.

Quartos minúsculos, parecem um Ibis Budget. Um calor infernal, você não consegue regular a temperatura. Não tinha filtro de água nos corredores do hotel como é de costume.

Renovierungsbedürftige Zimmer - leckeres Essen!

Die Zimmer sind doch sehr heruntergekommen. Der Teppich sollte dringend erneuert werden. Die Dusche war eine Katastrophe, da die Tür nur mit viel Geschick geschlossen werden konnte.
Im Gegensatz dazu war das Essen im eigenen Restaurant sehr lecker. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut !

Bin Abends um 21:15 Uhr angekommen, Check-In war zügig und kompetent. Habe dort im Restaurant noch gegessen, war richtig lecker. Speiseangebot für diese Location überraschend gut.
Bedienung aufmerksam, hatte auch das Glas im Blick und war fix dabei noch ein Bierchen zu servieren. Zimmer sauber, alles Tip-Top. Auffallend war, das das Personal gut bis sehr gut Englisch spricht. Werde dort wieder buchen. Empfehlenswert.

Najgorszy hotel od lat

Tak fatalnego pobytu nie pamiętam od lat. Za kwotę średnio pasującą do tego standardu (175 zł bez śniadania) otrzymałem usługę poniżej krytyki. Przyjechałem po długim rejsie wyspać się w hotelu, skąd nazajutrz szedłem prosto do pracy. Najpierw odebrałem kartę, która jak się okazało, nie działała. Więc z wózkiem pełnym bagaży z powrotem na dół. Recepcjonistka rzuciła lekkie przepraszam, po czym widzę, że znowu nabija zły numer. \"Oj, rzeczywiście\". Wracam na górę, karta chyba za 7 razem otworzyła drzwi. Rozpakowałem co trzeba, odświeżenie i do spania. Po kilkudziesięciu minutach co? Za ścianą buczy klimatyzator! Nie daje dźwięk, czy lekko gdzieś słychać, ale buczy tak, że czuć niemal wibracje na łóżku. Oczywiście jedyna opcja, to zmiana pokoju. Zatem przeprowadzka po 22, kiedy styrany rejsem musiałem wstawać o 6 rano. Pani przyniosła kartę, ta oczywiście nie działała. Za 15 próbą się udało. Nie miałem jak zostawić mnóstwa bagażu na środku korytarza w piżamie, więc nie schodziłem. Coś w zamian, rekompensata, śniadanie, cokolwiek? Absolutnie. Jedynie rano butne zdziwienie recepcjonistki, że coś takiego się działo. Najgorsze doświadczenia w hotelu od lat. A byłem na prawdę w wielu miejscach w różnych zakątkach świata.

Helt greit hotell, litt gammelt og halvslitt. Hjelpsom og vennlig personale. Ligger ca 3 km fra flyplassen i Katowice. Er gratis shuttle transport til / fra flyplassen. Ellers ingenting å se / gjøre rundt hotellet. Men praktisk for en enkel overnatting. Kan gjerne bo her igjen.
