This is a beautiful hotel near the plaza de mayo. Everything about it was great. Only thing is the snack bar specially the water bottles from the room were crazy expensive. it’s not a dealbreaker just don’t indulge from the snack bar in your room. Other than that this place is amazing, view is great specially at nigh. The staff is very attentive and respectful. Very clean system they have going on. Breakfast was exceptional, wish they had a greater variety but it’s free so I can’t complain with that.

Lovely, hotel with lush gardens and relaxing, inviting areas scattered about the property to just sit and enjoy the quiet and calm of the hotel. Large, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and the location is perfect for a short walk of a few blocks to all attractions. Some of the finest dining establishments that we experienced on our multi-city tour of Bolivia are a 5-10 minute walk away.

The Mi Puebla Samary is a beautiful boutique hotel in the Centro Historico of Sucre. The hotel surrounds a gorgeous garden and there is great attention to detail in the interiors. My room was very comfortable and practical and the staff were attentive and polite. Next time I will stay longer.

Perfect choice for our Sucre stay

A really cute hotel within a short stroll of restaurants & sights in Sucre. The staff were really friendly & gave a great recommendation for a roof top bar. The hotels own terraces also gave great views of Sucre. If I return to Sucre I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was the former Brazilian Embassy. It was very charming. The staff was very good and helpful.

The only downside was that the street was fairly noisy with traffic, even in the middle of the night.

Lovely stay in central Sucre

Had a lovely time here during a holiday with my mum. The hotel is very nice and front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful reccomending restaurants and public transport options. We had an early flight which meant we wouldn't make it to free breakfast on our last day so the staff got us a thermus with coffee and toast the night before. If I have some criticism is that I wish breakfast started a bit earlier.

The hotel is in an old colonial home so the ambiance is perfect for fhe city. Nice to relax in the yard with a fountain. There is a common room with access to computers and great view from dining area on the third floor.

We had no issues reaching all the tourist attractions on foot or public transport.

We stayed one night in this hotel. The hotel is built at 1876 and has a garden inside. It is pretty and nest. Staff are nice and very helpful. If we were in Sucre again, we will pick it again.

What a delightful place in Sucre! If you are at all doubting booking this place, you should do it and you wont regret it!
It was our first visit to the hotel and to the city. The location is excellent, close to the city's main square and several of the museums.
Check in and Check out was a breeze, every single employee was courteous and helpful. Even though check-in was not until the afternoon, our room was ready and we were allowed to use it at 11am.
The room was very clean, the decor of the room (and the entire hotel) makes you feel like you're staying at a colonial home. The room has a safe in the closet. Comfortable beds with thick feather comforters. Bathroom with big shower, enough toiletries for everyone.
The breakfast every morning (included with your stay) was delicious. Lots of variety in breads, cereals, someone there making you different style eggs, waffles, etc. Coffees, teas. They also have a clay oven in one of their terraces where they make bread daily.
WiFi around the hotel was good.
Hotel a 5-7 minute walk to the main square.

Perfect retreat in a great part of town

Firstly, the pictures on Expedia do not do this hotel justice. I have loaded a few to clarify. The entire staff went out of their way to make our stay special and we felt like we were the most important people at the hotel. I spoke to several other guests who felt the same.
The beds were so comfortable, with spacious, airy rooms that were easily the best value for money I have found in South America so far. The breakfast was great and included four types of coffee beans you can select for them to grind and make your coffee. Bacon and the omelettes that they make to order were great. They also have a traditional breakfast to sample either before or after the full western breakfast.
The best features of this hotels were the gardens and the tranquillity. I would not stay anywhere else in Sucre when I go back!

The place to be

Absolutely stunning old hotel! The pictures don't do it justice. It has possibly the nicest patio & courtyard setting out of anywhere we've ever stayed. Highly recommend. I do have to make one note: the rooms specified air conditioning which they do not have, nor do they have ceiling fans. So if you go in summer you'll find the rooms are too unbearable to sleep. That's my only criticism! Otherwise perfect.

Gorgeous hotel close to downtown

This was an awesome hotel to stay at! Very clean, excellent bathroom, nice rustic charm with modern amenities.

Room service is not guaranteed. We tried to call for it a few times and were told the chef was away for a few weeks and room service would not be available. This was not mentioned when we checked in.

The wifi was not the best, often we would be kicked out and have to wait 30 minutes to an hour or so to get it back. Overall, however, it was an excellent hotel that we would stay at again!

Charming yet Modern

This hotel is absolutely fantastic. The staff is wonderful- helping with restaurant reservations, calling for taxis- the doorman even walked us to a restaurant around the corner on our first night! As far as the facility goes, you can't ask for more. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and modern. Amazing pillows and beds, an updated bathroom with great water pressure, a mini bar, etc. Beautiful courtyard with stunning views of the city. Excellent breakfast. Great location. You must stay here!!!

Wonderful, exclusive and cozy hotel. Just avoid the rooms towards the street if you can, because it gets quite noisy at some hours — and during that time you get more exhaust than fresh air if you open the windows.

The garden is beautiful, and breakfast excellent.

Vi ankom flere timer inde check in, de fik fixet værelset hurtigt, super venligt personale, mange skønne livingrooms / opholdssteder både inde og ude.

Un mala experiencia para tan bonita ciudad

El hotel cinco estrellas parece de tres, falta mucha limpieza y la atención del personal de recepción es muy mala, la presentación del recepcionista que atiende por la noche deja mucho que desear, el cuarto asignado fue el 25 pero su olor era horrible pasamos toda la noche sin dormir, los tendidos de cama horrendos viejos y sucios, los tapetes desastrozos al parecer no habían hecho el aseo porque al presentar la queja cambiaron todo y según el recepcionista del día desinfectaron la pieza, su disculpa fue que los huéspedes anteriores usaron algo que dejó ese olor, el baño en la ducha lleno de hongos entre las juntas de las baldosas, la división de la ducha en mal estado se sale el agua.Y por último cuando hicimos el check-out aparecieron con una botella de whisky abierta que la querian cobrar sin nosotros haberla abierto ya que no tomamos porque soy diabético. No lo recomiendo es un hotel antiguo pero eso no significa que no le hagan mantenimiento y la limpieza sea tan deficiente.

Un véritable scandale Beaucoup de poussières dans la chambre Couvertures puent Pas de chauffage malgré nuit froide Pas de boisson de bienvenue malgré statut Gold Pas de surclassement De plus j ai payé une excursion en privé 500 BOB Ils m ont oublié le soir pour le retour de Potosi J ai attendu pendant plus de 2 heures à la casa de moneda dans le froid : rien J ai dû de ma propre initiative prendre un taxi pour aller à la Gare routière ! A noter que le conducteur était sous coca à l aller et avait un comportement bizarre : vitesse et me posait dix fois la même question
