The hotel itself is a bit old which is okay. Property is mostly well maintained with some obvious repairs needed but not addressed. I stayed in the race car theme room which was a great size and well stocked. I really enjoyed the toiletries. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Check in was a breeze and our room was ready early. Outdoor swimming pool was pleasant until it started storming. Water slide is unremarkable and can be skipped. Indoor water area is nice with a lot of spa options. Dinner buffet was average but worth the price. Our room came with breakfast which was just mediocre. Hotel staff was nice and helpful. Hotel overall was pleasant with many areas that could be improved but I also had a great time there.

The hotel personnel was definitely a huge plus! Everyone was extremely polite, friendly and helpful! The mall and the food options were only a few minutes walk and the hotel was less than 15 min taxi ride from Fo Guang Shan Museum. The food option at the buffet breakfast was decent, but coffee wasn't very good.

Was pleasantly surprised. Was here for a work trip and it was great to have so many great restaurants at the hotel, a mall attached, entertainment and a spa! Will definitely come back next time I’m in town.

The hotel is located near to the theme park. We book this hotel for one night stay. The room was ok but a bit run down. We book a twin room and a family room but it end up both room are the same. So we do not know how the layout of the room. Breakfast was just normal. variety of food but limited. The location of the hotel is nearby the mall which offer good shopping and food. If you are not going to the theme park then it is a waste to stay here. We didn't go to the theme park as it is quite expensive.

We were there from Christmas Eve to Boxing Day, and our very first present from the hotel was a free upgrade! The room was spacious, the bathroom was beautiful and the view was a bonus. Our car parking was also free, and there were ample parking lots in the hotel. No need to squeeze like most areas. The hotel had many facilities but we didn't have time to enjoy them all. We had a great time and will return again.

The building is somewhat old and not disabled friendly. The worst is that the restroom has a raised step and shower closet floor is not flat and slippery. Taking shower becomes a minor challenge for an healthy, but dangerous for disabled.

Overall stay is great. Staff helpful. Only unsatisfied was unable to extend the check-out time (weekday 12pm while weekend check-out time is 11am).
As we attended the graduation held at University but fail to extended the check-out time and some of us who attending graduation need to store the luggage at concierge by 8am morning.
They should consider on case to case basis. There are only 2 hotels near the University and that weekend was the graduation.

接待廳動線可以再優化，住宿要繞來繞去，感覺不太好。報到與用餐區服務人員訓練，建議以客人為主提供服務的角度進行調整，住宿飯店與銀行櫃臺的處理模式應該有所不同，在義大報到時，我感覺是到銀行辦事，沒有溫度。由於整個園區空間很大，報到時如能提供一個簡單的位置圖或是說明，標明各個餐廳、住宿區、購物中心位置，應該會讓住宿更有趣。客房空間大，但是房間細節可以再提升，有太多空間是空的，感覺沒有好好運用，沒有一個溫馨的感覺。另外，公共空間管理還要加強，住宿期間回房間的走道上，一直有屬於房間中的物品（體重計）被擺在開著的房門前，都無人處理，感覺很怪。

此次住宿經驗非常好，原本預定三人房，飯店直接升級房型，窗簾拉開就看到摩天輪🎡，就是房間走到大廳有點遠。飯店有天橋可以直達購物商場，也有接駁車可抵達商場及樂園，非常方便。飯店內也有遊樂器材（撞球、桌球、小孩遊戲室）、室內水療及三溫暖，想要全部玩透的，真的要多住幾天。飯店服務人員態度親切，有疑問時都非常樂意協助。飯店提倡環保，完全無提供牙刷牙膏，一定要記得自己攜帶。
