The room for four ( 2 queen beds) was spacious, clean, comfortable; sheets were crisp and white.
Only feedback is to provide a soapdish in the bathroom sink.
Breakfast was ok : maja blanca and waffle, but viands were so-so, fruits limited.

The \"upgraded\" room had a shabby bathroom with mold growing on the walls of the shower, a very small sink and plumbing in the bath and sink that was partially plugged and drained slowly (even after two repair attempts). The safe did not work and had to be replaced/repaired. The water in the shower never really got hot, just luke warm. Our entry keys were cancelled halfway during our stay. We requested hand towels three times since there were none in the room, and got bath towels every time.

It is a very good place for family especially with kids. They offer alot of fun activities such as feeding the animals in the farm, horse back riding, bonfire with unlimited marshmallows, movie night and a kiddie pool that my son enjoyed so much! Will definitely go back.

This hotel is very family friendly, they have everything to let you feel at home. Game room which my kids enjoyed a lot, Movie nights, Dvd library where you can choose what you want to watch in the comfort of your room, mini obstacle course, farm animals and vegies garden. Staff are all friendly and accomodating. The only downside are the; food very few choices especially for a muslim like us, also the room set up, no carpet which make the room looks like any transient room, bed and linens and the chairs are old, outside hallway is also not carpeted, we can hear all the footsteps and noises from outside. Other than that everything went well and most especially my kids enjoyed the stay

Too bad there was storm so we stayed indoors most of the time and didn’t get the chance to use their amenities. The indoor playground is lacking. Wished they put a real gym and more indoor games for guests to enjoy during this kind of weather. The staff were helpful and very friendly. The breakfast buffet was worth the money. The food in restaurant inside the hotel is so-so, very expensive but food is lacking. Family room is spacious and can add another bed if requested.

Great hotel

Really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. We booked this to celebrate my son's 2nd birthday and to our surprise, they have decorated the room with a happy birthday banner and print out and balloons, the staffs are also courteous and attentive, we were the first to use the pool in the morning and they immediately turned on the fountains, they have also handed out towels and offered to take our pictures. We had an amazing stay in this hotel and they have family activities and the facilities itself could be enjoyed by the whole family.

Kids love this hotel!

This is a family oriented hotel. They have fun activities for kids like bonfires and animal encounters, horseback riding and a large open field for the kids to run around. Food is okay and the rooms are clean, although quite old. Bathroom amenities are provided but towels look old. Beds are comfortable although beddings are old and need to be changed with new ones.

Dear Customer Service Team,

I am a former Expedia Customer Service Advisor and can really appreciate the good work you guys do out there. However today, I find myself on the other side.

I booked a hotel through your website on Dec 14 with Itinerary # 7315813340761

Upon check-in, the hotel front desk advised me that the premier room I had booked (with 2 queen beds) and paid for was not available at the time of booking with Expedia. But Expedia had sent me a confirmation email, and even follow up emails asking me to rate the experience.

The Hotel was able to provide a smaller standard room (2 single beds and 2 extra beds) for my family and was kind enough to tell us that we might have to pay for our room, which was annoying since we already paid Expedia for a room we didn't get.

At this point, I'm not sure if I'm getting any refund amount due to the downgrade. I only hope you guys can help me.

I can't think of any.

Stayed there with my family (2 adult & 2 kids) for 2 nyts.
They have horse back riding (but,only one horse available for riding).
Breakfast is good, yummy!
Their room : restroom lacks hangers for towels & cloths. Bedroom lacks tables where u can put ur things & bags.
Overall. I still can recommend this hotel to my friends.
Oh,der grilled stuffed squid (had it during our 1st nyt's dinner) rili sucks! Pls improve ur grilling & stuffing (they put chopped tomatoes with big chunks of ginger! Dats y i rili couldn't stand eating it!)

We stayed on a foggy rainy day and didn't see much scenery from our room. But the service was great. Everyone was pleasant and greeted us every time. They would always ask if there's anything they can do for us. The rooms are modern and comfortable. Breakfast was awesome. Coming from the US i really wanted my Tapsilog, and they have it. Pool and outdoor amenities are nice but we didn't get to enjoy it since it was raining. Definitely will come back to this place.

Kimberly Hotel is a great place if you are traveling with kids, there is a lot to do with kids from petting zoo to activities the hotel organizes. My husband and I went for an overnight and we thought the hotel was decent. The one item that we thought could have been improved was the mattress on the bed, it was extremely hard so we didn't get the best sleep. I do think that the rate was reasonable.

Large room and comfortable beds. Bathroom ok although I would replace a bit more often shower curtains in a 4 star hotel. Breakfast good in philipino terms however quite limited for western tastes. The hotel has avery nice play room for children and not only, with ping pong, biliards etc. it also organizes cery nice movie nights. DVDs can be also played in the room where a nice tv and videomplayer were available.

My friend recommended this hotel, knowing that we were bringing our kids aged 10 & 11. As soon as we got into the hotel, we got a warm welcome from all the staff. The hotel lobby was warm and inviting. I immediately asked the hotel staff when the hotel opened and why it wasn't advertising as much before. Families with kids will surely appreciate the activities as well as the wide space where kids can commune with nature. Everybody from the guard to the hotel receptionists to the lifeguard were all friendly and accommodating.

I highly recommend this hotel if your goal is to make your children happy. There are a lot of activities to do- swimming, playtime, campfire, zoo and outdoor movie with unli popcorn. To cap the night off, they delivered a glass of milk and cookies for the kids before going to bed. ❤️❤️❤️

3 days and 2 nights is not enough to cover all the amenities the hotel has to offer. You better book for a 8 days 7 nights if you want to maximize your stay. Perfect Family Get Away Site! Reasonable Room Rate

Awesome Stay at Kimberly Hotel Tagaytay. The Manager, Rod, was very respectful, accommodating, and on top of everything from staff to hotel's admin. Food and Beverage teamlead, Raymund and Emman, showed excellent service. Rose, from front desk, was very pleasant and helpfull on our reservation. Jojo was so kind to carry our lagguages. Very nice 2 hectares of land Hotel. With mini zoo, horse back riding ground, big play outdoor area with obstacle course for kids and parents, mini moviehouse w/ free popcorn, indoor playarea, swimming pool and bonfire area, wide parking space, nice landscape and enough security guards. Overall Rate 100%. We already booked our New Year Vacation. :)

This hotel is the perfect place for people who prefer tagaytay weather without the hassles. Going to the place was convinient through alternate route via Mendez. The reception was pleasant and worry free. Accomodation was decent and comfortable. Food were superb especially the sinigang and kare kare.

one thing you'll notice here is that the staff really make the effort to smile at you from the doorman to the reception staff. the grounds were large and had a mini-farm. the overall atmosphere was very relaxed. the rooms aren't really considered first rate 5 star. but they were clean and they even had a dvd library where you can borrow movies to watch in your room.
