Room Photos will mislead you

Checked in was unnecessarily slow, some friends arrived from airport after midnight for a short stay before all of us leaving in morning. Room safe was not functional, shower was visibly faulty, door security latch broken and deadlock wouldn’t close. The interior condition of the hotel has obviously deteriorated and maintenance is poor. Not clean, looks dirty.

OK Hotel.

Checkin was quick and painless - only needed to make a hold-deposit of 1500pesos, refundable upon checkout. Coffee making facility is OK. Strong shower, very good kind of toilettries, much appreciated. Balcony no view, only AC compressors. Noise from nearby rooms banging of doors/closets. Overall a good hotel if you dont mind the old look.

This was my second stay at La Breza, it is in a good location for what I wanted to do. Reception was fine, I did not book for breakfast as I knew its limitations. The room was large with very satisfactory beds. It was basic, there was no shelving for clothes as an example. The biggest issue was the weakness of the internet, several of the websites I tried to connect with would not do so as the internet was deemed by them to be unsafe, as indeed was my work computer which refused to connect.

I stayed there for 1 night. The room was not properly cleaned, the dirt on the carpet is noticeable. The smell is not pleasant. Some of the fixtures are broken. The 2 bedroom suite is smaller than the 1 bedroom suite. The wifi is useless.

La Breza is an okay hotel if you're looking for a spacious room. It's amenities are decent. Breakfast was okay. Nothing wow.

They have parking but it's almost always full.

Overall, I would recommend La Breza if you're looking for a spacious room.

Dusty, Moldy and Dirty.

The hotel room itself was nice. It was spacious and we were assigned in a corner room but upon entering the room it reeks of mold and dirt. Our feet turned black because of the dusty floor and carpet. The curtains which I’m sure was supposed to be white was grayish in color. The beddings was nice and sheets were clean which is the only good thing about our room. The furnitures are outdated and the paints were peeling. There were stains on the headboard, on the sofa and on the carpet. Though the bathroom was spacious, the tub drain was broken. We had to call for housekeeping three times because we cannot drain the water. It took them 30 minutes before they went up our room and drain the bathtub. There was some sort of slip proof rug on the bathtub and when we remove it, the underside was full of molds. Also the front desk personnel was extremely rude. We had a booking for 2 adults and 3 children, we were supposed to receive free breakfast for 5 people. I even showed them the confirmation at hotels.com but they only gave us breakfast for 2 adults which was fine because the food was not spectacular anyway. The kids were so excited to swim on the pool but it was very dirty. The water on the jacuzzi was opaque because of dirt and it smells horrible. This hotel should invest on housekeeping and maintenance. We’ve been through a lot of hotels and this is by far the worst and dirtiest hotel we’ve ever been. Their two bedroom suite was cheap, price-wise and in general.

Frustrating, run down, but eventually bearable

Breakfast was advertised as included for 4 people but upon checkin they said it is for 2 only even after being shown the still current and active listings.

The first room had no wifi signal so after hours of trying to connect our devices with 4 different staff, they finally agreed to move us to a room with 2 bars of signal however the internet was then only 0.5mbps up and down so it is too slow to even use...

There is no 4G only 3G so you can’t even rely on that as a backup.

The fridge in the first room didn’t work. The fridge in the second room was ok.

The bathrooms are poorly grouted and badly maintained with broken and missing fittings, holes in the walls etc.

One light switch didn’t work so we had to undo 2 light bulbs to turn the lights off for the night.

The pool area needs maintenance and repairs. The hot tub jets don’t work and all the timber deck is rotten and broken and tiles are lose and wobbly.

There are no do not disturb signs in the rooms, we had to call and ask for one.

Charge php60 for additional pillows and php100 for a blanket however provided a sheet only. Eventually they waived these fees.

No “Welcome books” in the rooms to explain anything or even room service menus or information.

For such a large hotel in a busy area it seems strange that it is so poorly organised and managed.

The supervisor told staff she had spoken to us to sort out issues around the included breakfast, however this was not true. Eventually provided 4.

Not Clean!!!

I stayed in La Breza due to its location that is so near to ABS-CBN. Checkin is quick, also come with a welcome drink, my room is on the 7th floor and the initial feeling is not bad. I returned from dinner and then trying to have a shower and i've found there are small cockroaches running around the bathroom. I immediately call the room service to change the room, and yes i've got the room changed in 30mins and the 2nd room is fine, but this wasn't a nice experience. Breakfast is nice with this hotel.

It's more expensive that the same grade of hotels in the neighbourhood and i really expect the condition to be better. I really cannot say i enjoy the stay and will not choose this hotel again.

Horrible experience with breakfast area. I found a piece of metal, also the milk was kept out warm for the cereal and not refrigerated and the employee also refilled the warm bottle of milk with new milk which made it worse for somebody to get sick not a good experience because they say free breakfast however I was only offered two choices out of the whole menu for being an American tourist

We had a comfortable stay. We are 4 adults so we booked the 2-bedroom suite as there are 1 double bed and 2 single beds. We were surprised though that the hotel asked an extra charge of Php 1,500 per adult in excess of 2 persons. They said all their rooms are only good for 2 adults. The breakfast is average and plated. No buffet except for the cereals, the powdered juice and the pale coffee. We are quite disappointed except for the room service which is fast.

Great hotel and good service

My family had a great time at this hotel. The room was spacious for a studio room and it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool is also nice and the place is really peaceful. The staffs are great too. The breakfast buffet was just ok. The options are very few. I hope they could add more food to choose from. I just think that the extra person of 1500 is expensive and the service charge at Expedia is overpriced. But for the experience it was really great.

Place is ok this is my 3rd time staying in this hotel but from the first couple of times that I directly booked with them two years ago and compare to this year this hotel seemed mismanage the all the hotel stull are good but the room is run down safe on both of my rooms that i booked from Expedia have lot of probelems safe doesnt work bathroom are moldy, bed sheet are dirty, musty smell from the carpet, attendant were not able to clean my other room even after I requested it, internet is really realy slow i think it depends on how you booked from them I think theyre giving the worst room to expedia customer i wish they can address this soon. This is where i can really say you get what you pay for but compare to camelot hotel, squoia, and luxent that offer with in the price range i would say i will stay on the other three hotel that I mentioned than this place this might be my last stay here on this property

Had ordered suite to have comfortable stay near ABS/CBN, room was clean and large enough to expectations.
Personnel at reception however not too friendly and extremely strict regarding the family visitors. Some family came from far to visit as we are not very often in Philippines and could only visit a VERY SHORT time... like a curfew visit hours... really surprised on that...
Breakfast was included, however very minimal, only some simple bread and juice...
Bathroom towels small and only minimum supplied, again not friendly when asking for normal size bath towel.

Had a great night with my friends its just that the tiles in the room are sticky. Seems like it is always wet. Limited trash bins, no extra tissues/wipes, no mats or rugs, usb drive is not working, no hamper or plastic for wet clothes, hallway is a bit dark & few bottled drinks.

F&b needs a lil bit of training, set up of food, etc. For example, u dont deliver coffee on ur cups! You should bring a thermos and pour it inside the room! Chopsuey is a lil bit saucy. Other room has no mirror! Lobby is a lil hot, needs a bigger ac system. Parking is full but website says parking is free..

Hotel Needs improvement

we love the size of the room so spacious and the staff were friendly, pool size and availability is ok, the things that needs improvement are the following, room ameneties they should provide all basic equipments upon checking in e.g. kettle/coffee maker, iron, microwave, carpet shouldd be steamed regularly we cant even walk barefoot so filty, elevator needs upgrade inside was humid no exchaust we stayed in this hotel for couple of weeks you will get frustrated about their wifi coz it expires overnight you have to log in ever single day of your stay if they improve those mentioned this hotel will be a great place to stay.

Nice hotel. Great value

I had two pretty different stays, over the course of a week. My first room was a smaller room with two beds. It was ok - the shower was barely warm and the internet in the room didn't work. The second stay was great - I ended up in a very nice suite on the 6th floor. The shower was hot, the internet was fast, and the room was fantastic! Overall, it's a good place. I would stay there again.

it was dirty. too expensive 3000 php/night with no breakfast. my room was not made for my second night so no shampoo refills etc. before checking out, i did a quick check and there was underwear under my bed and used slippers under the sofa. it made me wonder if i was sleeping with used sheets. i will not come back.

Clean and spacious room. Not very good wifi connection. There was not enough towels and toilette paper in the bathroom. Hotel staff at the lobby are accomodating. However, room service was poor. We had to make follow ups for assistance in connecting to the wifi service. All in all our stay was good. We will definitely come back.

The only annoying thing is that they request deposit for everything. When you pay for 17nights stay upfron it is really ridiculous to be required to leave deposit of ca 40 Euro... And if you give them laundry you have to leave another deposit!

Worst Hotel Experience Ever! Don't book - Run away

This place is not a hotel but a condominium (False ad). If you want your money's worth, stay away from this place. Aside from their difficult/ unfair cancel policy, the experience we had was a nightmare. They charged us for 2 nights even though we just stayed for 1 night because we canceled our booking almost as soon as we checked in. Within the first hour stay, we already had negative experience: the floor was slippery with condensation - very unsafe,bed sheets felt damp, room felt so humid, the toilet wouldn't flush properly, the faucet was falling off the lavatory, the free wifi didn't work at all (too much inconvenience), the location is not near to any shopping center or restaurants and there's too much noise. Also there is only one room key provided which is very inconvenient for if someone needs to go out of the room, whoever is left in the room has no electricity (no aircon, no lights, etc). Another inconvenience is you have to carry the room key wherever you go in order to activate the elevator in the building. Since this place is a condominium and not a hotel, there are neighbors that play loud music and there's loud talk in the hallway even after midnight. We were also charged for a one night stay with the 2nd room we booked for my parents even though we have canceled it ahead of time - we can't afford to have our parents experience the same worst accommodation. We want a full refund for our stay after such a horrifying, terrible experience at La Breza Hotel.

La Breza, a great place to stay

The staff is courteous, the hotel is comfortable. The wifi is pretty good most of the time, but had some issues periodically. The pool is refreshing, but the hours of operation for the gym should be expanded in the morning and in the evening to adjust for business schedule before and after work. Overall, it is a great place to stay. I will stay there again.

Convenient location

It was very convenient for me to stay here because I had business to attend within Quezon City. However, there are a few things that were amiss from the advertising, such as, there were no complimentary newspapers, not all rooms have balconies, the walls are quite thin that you can hear the motorists outside and on the first night, a barking dog kept me awake all night.

However, it is only a three-star hotel so I did not really expect much. The cable TV has stopped working on the last day of my stay. They should have turned it off after I have checked out and not before. The refrigerator also turns off whenever I leave the room which I found a bit stingy. It think it is enough that the aircon turns off whenever I remove the key card to be environmentally-friendly but the fridge being turned off melts all the chocolates I put inside and prevents me from having cold water to drink after being out in the sun.

I also asked the front desk to reserve me a cab from Nissan coupon taxi to the airport but they were unable to do so. I had to do it myself which was a bit disappointing in terms of customer service.

All in all, the staff were quite attentive and the room was kept clean at all times.
