i made reservation under 2/1. staffs were very nice. foods are so delicious. but room conditions were little bit uncomfortable. the fan heater was not operating at midnight in my room. so my party and me sleepless nights cause very cold. in the room, there are two fan heaters . but two heaters all doesn’t work.

목적은 개인 노천이었으나 이날 숙박시설의 사정으로 개인노천을 이용할 수 없었습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 숙박 팀마다 개인적으로 찾아오셔서 차분히 상황을 설명하시고 그에 맞는 많은 서비스를 제공해 주시고, 숙박비까지 환불해주셔서 오히려 환불 받아도 되나 싶을 정도로 정성스래 저희 가족을 대접해주셨습니다. 노천 온천은 다른 장소까지 태워주셔서 잘 즐기고 올 수 있었고, 가이세키는 여전히 즐거웠습니다. 대처를 너무 잘해주셨고 당연하게도 불만은 전혀 없습니다.

기존 여러 후기들을 접하였지만 사람마다 다르다는 것을 느꼇습니다. 이번 후기는 오로지 저의 느낌으로만 적는 것입니다.
1. 음식은 안 맞으시는 분도 있으시지만 제가 느낀 일본음식은 대체로 짜요. 그러니 후기에서 입맛에 안맞으시는 분도 계시겠지만 짜다 느끼면 물을 많이 드시면 되실거 같습니다.
2. 숙박 청결도는 급이 높은 호텔을 생각하시면 안됩니다. 그냥 펜션이라 느끼시면 됩니다. 서비스 되는 펜션이란 느낌정도 딱 그정도로 생각하시면 됩니다.
3. 무엇보다 높게 느껴지는 시설은 각 객실에 위치한 노천탕이 마음에 듭니다. 그거로 다른거 다~ 무마 됩니다.
4. 그리고 저는 한국인줄 알았습니다. 젋은 직원분들 대부분 한국인인거 같습니다. 편안합니다. 외국이라도 온천이 되는 한국 펜션이라 생각하시면 될거 같습니다.

방안 히터가 잘 나오지않아 방안 온도가 17도 이상 올라가지않아 너무 추웠습니다. 여행가서 숙박시설에서 추위에 떨기는 처음입니다. 부모님들과 함께 갔는데 추우셔서 힘들어하셨습니다. 그 외에는 괜찮았습니다.

렌터카 여행을 하신다면 꼭 추천드리고 싶은 숙소! (도보여행으로는 약간 무리인 곳에 위치..) 한국인 직원 2-3명 있어 의사소통 무리 없고, 객실 상태는 물론 객실 내 개별 노천탕 있는 것이 와잔호를 선택하게 하는 가장 큰 이유인 듯! 가이세키는 호불호 갈릴 수 있으나 대체로 맛있었고, 어린 아이를 동반한 가족단위 여행객도 많이 볼 수 있었음 :)

송영서비스는 3시부터 3ㅇ분간격으로 5시30분까지이나 예약을 해야하며 예약이 마감되면 이용이 어렵습니다. 즉, 늦게 도착하거나 예약을 못했다면 택시로 이동하셔야합니다. 금액은 약 800엔정도 합니다. 카톡예약도 9시부터 3시까지만 받습니다.
체크인도 오후6시까지만받습니다. 그이후에 체크인이 안된다는건 왜 인지 살짝 이해가 안갑니다. 또한,체크아웃도 1ㅇ시까지로 다른 숙소들에비해 한시간정도 빠릅니다. 다음날 아침은 바쁠수밖에 없습니다.

2박3일묵었는데 한국, 일본직원분들모두 너무친절하셨습니다. 전체적으로 모든게 청결하였고 크게불편함없이 너무편하게 잘지내다왔습니다. 일본어나 영어소통이힘들경우에는 아무래도 한국분들이 친절히잘알려드리니까 그점이 편한거같네요. 매일매뉴가 바뀌는점, 깔끔하고 플레이팅이 너무멋있고 음식도 깔끔했던점이 참좋았습니다.

조금 외진 곳에 있긴 하지만 송영서비스 있어서 전혀 불편함이 없었고요, 고즈넉한 분위기라 객실에 딸려있는 노천탕 즐기기에 좋았습니다. 아이들 있어도 온도조절 마음대로 할 수 있어요. 한국인 직원들 있어서 오히려 편했습니다.

７年前に利用させていただいて以来、２度目の思い出が出来ました
一人目の子供の出産直前にしばらく旅行できないであろうと言う理由で
訪れ、湯布院という穏やかな観光地とそんな喧騒からも離れた
離れ的な旅館。和室の優しい質感で落ち着いたインテリアで、
部屋付きの露天風呂も本当にありがとうございます。
それから二人目の子供ができて、再び利用することができ、年月の経過で旅行客の出身国も広がり、７年前は全部日本人スタッフによる旅館でしたが、今では、お客さんも韓国や中国の方が多く利用されていました。
でも、日本の旅館という場所で、外国人をお迎えする。
そんな中でも周りの日本人のお客様から見た雰囲気にも気配りを感じる
そして、日本人的接客や思いやりを理解しようと努力されている、
韓国人のスタッフだと思われる方々の優しさと対応に
本当に感謝しています。
さらに子供達に合わせて、子供たちのマナー不足に対しても、
ちゃんと優しく注意してくれたり、安心感で満たされました。
全てのスタッフの方の穏やかで優しい空気感が本当に満足でした。

개인노천탕 경험이 처음인지라 정말 만족했어요. 유후인역 픽업 서비스도 좋았고..
다만, 서비스 면에서는 개인적 욕심인지 모르지만 아쉬움이 남았습니다. 원래 식사시간 지정도 가서 하는 것인데 이미 다 예약다찼다고 아침 식사도 이른시간만 가능했고...

좋았습니다! 유후인 역에서 전화드렸더니 10분안에 송영버스가 왔고 개인 노천탕과 개인탕이 있어서 좋았고 가이세키도 전체적으로 만족스러웠습니다! 약간 건조한것만 빼면 다 너무너무 좋았고 한국인 직원분이 있어서 편했습니다 라무네 소다와 마사지도 잘 이용했고 다음에 기회가 된다면 또 찾아갈것같습니다!

부모님 모시고 처음으로 간 료칸인데 한국인 직원이 4명이나 되서 의사소통에 전혀 불편함 없이
정말 잘 지내고 갑니다. 알고보니 이번에 공채로 4명 뽑았다고 하더라구요.
