My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 9 nights over 2 weeks. The hotel is located in a good area with a nice mall next door and easy access to a metro station less than 5 minutes away. The room, while small, was adequate and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was varied and tasty, and dinners were also very good. The bar and lounge provided delicious drinks and a fun foosball table. The staff was excellent; in particular I would like to mention the head chef, Ayub Khan, who was warm and accessible, Suliho and Anurag from the front desk for their assistance with check-in and answering our many questions, Hari, Somit, and Varsha from the dining room for their kind and professional service, always with a smile. There were many other staff members who provided excellent and friendly service. Unfortunately, I don't know all their names. Choosing the ibis Gurgaon Golf Course Road was a great decision on our part, and we enjoyed our time there.

I recently stayed at the hotel and while the front desk staff were cordial and respectful, I had a concerning experience at the bar.

The hotel was advertising a special offer of 8 beers for approximately 1,700 rupees. I and my friends ordered 8 beers but was shocked when the bartender charged me 2,700 rupees approximately (the full retail price). When I questioned this, the bartender became aggressive and rude, claiming I hadn't properly requested the \"package deal\" despite ordering the exact quantity specified in the promotion.

This created an uncomfortable situation where I felt misled and overcharged. The semantic distinction between ordering \"8 beers\" versus \"the 8-beer package\" seems designed to confuse customers. Even your front desk staff appeared confused about the situation during my checkout. This experience left a very bad taste.

The service from staff was very good, commendable and accommodating when I asked to be changed from my room to another one.
The food offered during breakfast was good, but I think the chef or cook could reduce the spiciness for the Western palate as not everyone is used to chilli spice hot tastes.
Adding chilli sauce to a dish individually is easier than removing it from a dish cooked with chillies.
My stay was good, and the hotel's positioning was great. It was easy to access shops. Calling an Uber service from the hotel was easy.

IBIS BUDGET HOTEL SIMPLE DOWN TO EARTH

Arrived 8th Feb evening check in was easy and quick but no change to break a 500 note,as nobody uses cash they say. My stay was very comfortable,but the staff have to remember to LOOK LISTEN AND LEARN.
Sachin the bar tenser very polite professional and knows how to deal with drunken idiots.Kiran Nice girl from FB.The Sous chef egg station has to increase his hearing problem and able to comprehend what has been said.As for the breakfast no MARMALADE JAM???.The paranthas to thin and get dried up quickly and hard.On the whole for a 3 star hotel all good with some frills etc.

It was very disappointing and disturbing when voice from neighbouring rooms were coming very loud at 2 AM..loud noise of door thud was coming every niw and then......next day you have meeting and all kind of noise comes to your room in late night makes it very annoying......

I really appreciate one of the male staff in Spice too who was working in the morning on Thursday and Friday October 18-19. He was super polite and remembered my fav egg I usually ordered in the morning for breakfast.

The room are bit small for my linking. Staff is good and attentive. Bathroom is a cubicle, again small for my comfort. No amenities are provided except a soap, if you forget something then you need to purchase it. Rates are reasonable.

Food served in restaurant is good and there are choices. However rates are bit pricey, dinner buffet costs about 800.

We found the quality of service to be excellent. We had a problem with luggage misplaced at Delhi International airport and the hotel staff at ibis were very helpful in contacting the airline customer service. The buffet breakfast had enough variety to suit the needs of adults and children and the staff was helpful. The room was smaller but was adequate to meet the basic needs.

Like the saying goes...first impression is the last impression. We did not have a good impression of the hotel staff as the front desk people were very rigid and inflexible on their request. I came in with my wife at 0100hrs and they asked me for my ID proof which I provided. They also wanted my wife's ID proof and since her ID was in her luggage, we had requested them that we will check in the room and then send it down but they refused. We were tired and exhausted from our journey but they made us open our luggage in the middle of the front desk floor, in front of other guest. This was un-acceptable and my wife's personal stuff was visible to other guest and staff present there.

Great option that is affordable, comfortable. The hotel is well maintained with clean room and pleasant stay. Few good points: Breakfast (complimentary) starts at 4:30 AM, great for those taking first flight from Delhi, the room has two water bottles (I wonder why all hotels do not keep water in the room). Dinner layout is good. Do not forget to ask for \"thalee\" option which is reasonably priced and is not bad for a busy traveler like me. If you do not mind the distance 30 to 40 mts from airport, go for it. I enjoyed the stay at the price paid (particularly on the week end)

We stayed here for a day to celebrate our month old wedding.. Honestly speaking pleaded send extra INR 500-1, 000 but stay somewhere nice.
1) they charge for vallet parking additional on what u have paid for your hotel booking.
2) They charge extra for dental kit.
3) room size are so small that you can only lie down..
4) bathrooms are like u r on an Aircraft toilet.

Nearby places are good. Hotel is clean otherwise.

But strongly recommend anyone to stay somewhere else... not at all a good place.. may be fine for bachelor's but definitely not at all for couple. ..

Good business class hotel

The hotel is very nice and comfortable for people like me who keep on travelling ,best part being the sound sleep you get.Quick reservation and settling theroom rate before hand online ,payng hand in hand.in room bills is a good option. Just some points to take careof:
1. The door handles need to be checked as they get stuck and are hard to open making anyone iirriating at the very check-in.
2. The staff needs to deliver a more quick service.After ordering the dental kit(which was not complimentary) it got delivered after 25 minutes. Being myself a hospitality professional I know people don't want such a late service.Also,the basic amenities shampoo conitioner etc should be provided.

The most painful and disgusting hotel stay ever.

I was charged twice for the hotel booking which I had already paid for through hotels.com. The hotel charged my guests again for which I had already paid for in full. Luckily I asked my guests and they told me and I raised this with the hotel management . When my guests arrived, they were told to wait even though there were rooms available. As soon as I escalated that the person at the reception is making me wait, the manager came along and gave us the rooms.

A really bad experience with ibis. They do not have any provision for extra bed even though they accept bookings for two adults and a 12 year old child. This is probably the first hotel in the country that doest not accept the 'aadhar card' for ID proof. bathrooms do not have a lock (as a hotel policy). eventually we had to look for another hotel even after paying the entire booking amount that was non refundable.
