Clean room in an older hotel. Breakfast juice was not cold at all, would actually say it was warm. Very limited breakfast items. Bed comfortable. Heat/cool hard to regulate to constant comfortable temperature. Water was nice and hot in shower. Overall an ok place to stop for the night with comfy bed and hot water.

This is the worst property to stay at the owner is RUDE and he will steal your money. His workers are kids they will go through and steal personal items. The room I was in had bugs smushed inside of the TV and in the bathroom. Also his smoking rooms feel like they had bedbugs….you will be itching all night!

Not a bad property. I just didn't like when I was getting ready to ask for an iron they tried to call their self charging me $20 because I booked it online. Never heard of such a thing where they try to charge you $20 and I said something and then luckily I didn't have to pay. They said they had to check how the room looked and basically making sure I didn't break nothing which I didn't it I was the only one in the hotel room no one else n it was the only one decently priced for me for one night because everything in Bowling Green was booked or why too high uggh but o well!

Alright for the cost

I booked using one of those discount sites and wasn't disappointed. Check-in was easy and when I told the clerk I had two new knees he gave me a handicapped room on the first floor. I got in the room and it was already at a comfortable level. There was a micro fridge, hair drier and normal toiletries, no coffee, although there was coffee in the lobby. There was WiFi and cable. The shower was great and the bed was comfortable. There was a continental breakfast in the morning.

We booked a non smoking room room smelled like smoke and burn holes in comforters and ash tray on table shower had long hair in it and cleaning rag on shower rod room was outdated in appearance breakfast they offered was every limited glad it was included ran out of french vanilla creamer they a 2 slices of white bread for toast and offer mini blueberry muffins that came in a 2 pack they cut the package open left package on it wasnt very professional or showed that they cared just my opinion

Usually we enjoy our stay. We stay here all the time, if it's not available we change our plans. However, I'm not sure if there's new management, but it went from no incidental to 20 in cash, to 50 in cash. We asked for the 1st floor and they said they were sold out but we were the only ones there for 2 days... literally the only cars except ours was the workers. I'm a choice member and usually i can get a noon checkout, with this stay the agent was dead set on 30 minutes. We just went ahead and left at checkout. When it was time for towels, we gave them the dirty ones and the guy gave us a floor mat and a bath towel. We'll stay again because we do like it. But they might need to add the incidental charge changes on the website. Retrain housekeeping. And lose the attitude when something is questioned. When i questioned the incidental charge recent change, i was told if i didn't like it i could stay somewhere else. I just wanted to know why it keeps changing, i didn't have a problem paying, but i was short because of the unexpected change. Kindness goes a long way.

Don't stay here.

First off they double charged me for the room, if you are not there exactly at 4p for check in they automatically charge you, no phone call or anything. Then when you get there they act dumb and charge your card again. I would rather stay in my car than this place honestly. It had four walls, a roof, a hard bed, and a dirty bathroom, that's it. Couldn't even swim in the pool. For a hotel that's over $100 it's a joke.

We booked a king, nonsmoking (NS) through Travelocity. When we checked in, we were assigned a smoking room, even though the motel had a king, NS available at the price we paid. The receptionist claimed she couldn't change the room & wouldn't work w/ us. We left and paid for another room elsewhere.

Stayed here overnight while on a 2 day drive. Checkin was easy and staff was extremely friendly. Room was very clean. The non smoking room was legit!! The facility did offer coffee and continental breakfast in lobby, but I did not check it out. There is not a coffee pot in the room in case that is an issue for you. I travel this route a few times a year and this facility will be my go to

I booked on hotels.com and called the hotel before I got there to find out how late we could check in because we were running later than planned. The guy that answered the phone was very very rude asked me my name I told him he said we have no availability. I stated I have a reservation he sighed and very rudely again asked me my name I told him again and he said we have no availability reservations aren’t guaranteed. I said then what is the point in reserving a room if it’s not guaranteed. He said I don’t care we have no availability and hung up on me. So my fiancé and I ended up having to sleep in my car in the cold because we had booked a room and it wasn’t honored.

Heavy perfume smell - didn't get room requested

The room had an extremely heavy perfumed smell, had trouble breathing during the night. Lots of coughing. In the middle of the night, I was up hanging over the air coming from heater/air conditioner, trying to avoid room scent. My husband asked me (1 a.m.) if I just wanted to check out then and leave.

During check in, 5 p.m., had to go to \"night window\" around corner of office door. It was a wind tunnel and I was freezing standing there to check in.

No coffee in the room. Went to McDonalds across the street for coffee and breakfast. Since the front office door was locked all the time, I assumed there was no coffee available.

At checkout, owner informed me that if I wanted a receipt, I should contact Hotels.com. Since I had booked through them, they would provide me with a receipt. I protested telling the owner, \"I have booked through Hotels.com for 10 years and have never had a venue refuse to give me a receipt. He then decided to go unlock the front door, go inside and print the receipt. It took him all of 15 seconds - which he handed me through the night window.

This particular exit was a perfect place to stop. The room tax in Kentucky is much lower than in Tennessee. We normally stay in Franklin, Tennessee, but decided to try Franklin, Kentucky this trip. I was very pleased with the location but there are 6 to 8 hotels at this exit. I will never stay at this Econo Lodge again, but pick one of the other motels at the same location.

AVOID at all cost! Go to one of the other Hotels.

We were driving from Illinois to Florida and just needed an inexpensive place to rest for 5-6 hours. We were enticed by the online info that said that there was a free included breakfast with this booking. However, after booking the stay, and getting to the property, they had a sign that said all they were doing was a free cup of coffee in the morning. This meant that we got less than we paid for, and had to drive to Denny's and spend $40 for breakfast.

The room itself was dated. The beds had blankets that were almost thin enough to see through. The pillows were thin and not very supportive. Needless to say, we did not rest well that night.

The one good thing I can say is that my Fiancé loved the shower head. She said that the water pressure was strong and the shower head had a massager.

The property was fine, clean and comfortable for a budget hotel. The check-in was a bit of an issue. I arrived late (I had called ahead and already cleared this) so I had to use the little window to the side of the building. I understand it's for the employees safety, and that is perfectly fine, but it was very difficult to hear anything the woman was saying. Then she seemed to get upset and chastised me, telling me to make sure I ask for these things next time, because I asked for a non-smoking room when I had clearly requested a non-smoking room in my reservation.
