Of the handful of places that I stayed at on my recent trip to Ohio and back this was by far the nicest and quietest place I stayed. If I had to share anything negative it would be that despite filling out the pre-arrival check-in I was asked for ID and credit card upon arrival. So process to get room keys was not quicker at all.

My problem with my stay are the Birds up all night long chirping all night long . I don’t know if it’s the bright lights outside that has them confused .. but it was annoying. I noticed they cut all the branches off the trees that border the parking lot , I Assume to fix problem but it didn’t work . Even with fan on high and a pillow over my head I can still hear chirping ALL NIGHT LONG .. now I have to find a different place to stay on my trips … SAD !

Check in was an issue with payment not going through. Receptionist was very good and in the end transaction was processed - she was very patient. Nice to have a bath as these are rare these days. Room was clean and tidy. Cleaner came to offer to clean the room but he wasn't required.

This was a great location for me to get the rest i needed. I traveled 3 hours from home to visit my brother and he recommended this property. I was able to rest and regroup before heading home. As a travel advisor if I have a client headed to this area I’d definitely recommend. It is a good quality budget friendly location.

Just ok, but wouldn't stay again.

These rooms are motel style and very outdated. Our room was non-smoking however I could still smell old cigarette smoke as soon as we opened the door. Old stains throughout, just gave me the yucky vibes. We needed a cot- which they had none left when we got there, so we had to make a bed with what we had for one of the kids to sleep on the floor. Breakfast was less than simple but the kids still grabbed something small. It was ok for a quick night sleep, but I would find an alternative stay next time.

Hotel room itself was very clean. Door was broken, did not lock and had obviously been that way for some time. Upon check in you are met with a girl in a secure booth. That says something. But, she was friendly and the morning staff were friendly. Breakfast was so so.

Overall, with the price point we were pleased.

Make sure the room is clean.

It was all about the sink. The room was not clean. When I walked in and turned on the sink area light, it looked like the sink had a decorative pattern. It wasn't decoration though, it was hair in the sink. It looked like someone clipped their beard in there and it wasn't cleaned out. The sink ran extremely slow, so it may be a continuing problem. The bed was clean though.

Paid for the Room on-line (Hotels.com) didn't see the smoking/nonsmoking room tab, asked the night clerk for a nonsmoking room and she stated no availability unless I paid an additional $15. Gave us a room on the second (top) floor at the rear of the Hotel.The room was in poor condition, unpleasant stay maybe that's why there were only 12 or so other guests.

It is conveniently located right off the highway but theres limited eating options and its right next to a truck stop. My room was not bad, however, it smelled heavily like ciggerettes. But the bed was comfortable. Ac worked great and the room clean.

Unfortunately suprised

We stayed at this hotel just 3 months ago and it's slipping. I reserved a king, non smoking room and when we got there just 5 minutes after making reservations (on hotels.com) i was told they didn't have any and would have to take an accessible king non smoking. They only had smoking roons left. Oh well, ok. The desk manager was nice enough but so unprofessional. She was chewing her gum and flipping it from one side of her mouth to the other. It was so difficult to watch and talk to her. Even my husband, who never says anything, about anything, said she looked like an animal chewing food. Pretty awful. We had both used the public restroom in the lobby ans it was filthy and in pretty bad shape. I was shocked, see the photo below of the trash can that was full, clearly had not been been emptied for a while.

The room was ok. But i didn't like the fact that it was next to a truckstop right of a highway.
Great for human trafficking. Watch your kids.
No bed bugs in room 204. Booked for two days. After staying first night we left the room next morning to explore some. We came back around 130 and jumped in the pool. The guy from the desk aaked us which room we were in so i was suspicious and watched my door from the pool. I went back to my room and my door key wouldn't work. I wwnt to desk and they used the exist that i have to renew the key after checkout hours. Which was 11am. Although we had already Re-entered the room after that time. It was only after asking what room i was in did the key not work. I would understand if i want staying both nights or if this is the case in every event, they sound have told me at check in.

This property is subpar. The customer service is a little below average. Not very accommodating. I did hear one of the employees cleaning the room be VERY loud and disrespectful to another employee. Had to tell him to quiet down as it was 7am.

A night in Franklin

Stayed for one night while traveling through with the wife. Staff was nice hotel was clean. Not far from shops and restaurants. Breakfast was minimal but decent, would stay again.

VERY RUDE VERY DISRESPECTFUL

The people are rude....
They bugged you every day even when you have a do not disturb on the door..
They made me change my room because someone else reserved my room....
Don't know why he just didn't put dude in the room he was swapping me to same room....
Then only gave me 30 minutes to switch rooms and then kept rushing me to get my stuff out of the room after I had renewed my room they are very rude and disrespectful so even if you put the do not disturb on the door they will still bother you.... They didn't care if your kids are awake at 9:00 in the morning they are coming to bang on your door

Room without a working key card

We checked in at 11pm tired from driving 9 hours. Went to the room and the key cards didn’t work so I went back to the desk and she gave me new keys and said if these don’t work she may have to open it with a key. I go back up and again they didn’t work either. I go back down while my family is standing outside and she is taking care of another customer so I wait and after about 8 minutes she says I will open the door for you we don’t rent this room very much. So she opened it with a real key and walked away, I said so I don’t get a key to my room? She says the manager will be in at 6 am. We sleep and leave the kids in the room while we went to the lobby for coffee and the manager, I told him we don’t have a key and his reply was to yell at me and ask my room number and told me he would open my door for me. That was not acceptable. He didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or anything. He was mean to me and very rude. When you pay for a room I expect to have a key to get in without having to ask a manager to let me in. I will never stay there again

Key card on door does not work have to go to office everytime i leave room. Firealarm goes off as soon as i enter room and relax. Carpet has holes all over the room switches are filthy plugs just painted over and desk chair worn to the threads. Worst hotel

Asked guy at front desk if i could have a late check out because my transmission went out and i tried to get a rent a car that night before and they canceled it right before i got there and said they had no vehicles. So next morning i made 2 reservations for cars one in bowling green kentucky and one in nashville Tennessee to try and make sure i could get a car and get home since they canceled the one the night before on me. I get almost to bowling green get a call they canceled it they have no vehicles so i have to go to nashville. I explain to front desk what happend and ask if i could have late check out. He said yeah but only 45 minutes at the most. I said ok. As im in nashville getting my rent a car my sister calls me and said the front desk guy called 10 minutes prior to 11( which is regular check out time) and told her we have 10 minutes to get our stuff out of the hotel room or he is charging us for another night. So heres my sister running all our stuff to the curb with the kids and sitting on the curb tell i got there. :'( So when i got back i went and talked to him and i said i thought you said you would give me 45 minutes. He said no i didnt. It was a complete nightmare. I suggest no one ever stay there.
