Roads were clean; parking lot was covered in ice. Check-in was fine. Room was clean. Lights were dim. Internet worked. A/C heater temperature is controlled with a red-blue knob so must guess at a comfortable temperature. Shower was luke-warm. Area was quiet enough. Just a handful of other guests. Breakfast was simple, but orange juice had gone bad. I guess it was worth saving $10-20 over a nicer place.

Well, I booked your Hotels.com and when I arrived at the hotel, they said they didn’t have a reservation for me but online it said that it was active and I could do my receipt and everything and I literally had to wait three hours to finally get it figured out to where I can Get what I paid for and the guy was really nice and super helpful buddy. He promised me a refund for my entire stay and I called today and they told me that in the note he said that he has to get permission from his manager and was never told so I feel like that’s kind of a messed up thing to do or say

Saw a couple of gnats in the bathroom, a beetle crawling on a door frame, and a small black bug in the hem of the sheet. How many bugs is too many? “Breakfast” is all sugar. Ad photo looks like there is a warming tray for hot food-there’s not. Only sugar offered as a coffee sweetener. It’s all cereal, bagels (no cream cheese), muffin, some fruit, and waffles with syrup. Disappointing.

House keeping does not have the right to open my door without knocking or saying anything especially when the do not disturb sign is hanging there!

Advertised as handicap accessible, toilet and sink were; however the shower has a tub, so not accessible for people with mobility issues or in a wheel chair. Door to the room engaged the deadbolt when we left and we had to wait almost 2 hrs to get back in the room. The mattress on one side is worn out and has a depression that you get stuck in when laying down.

Our TV In our room did not work and when I called the office he stated he was one one working and was one of the last rooms and offered no help to us. Person on duty very rude. Try to put me in a smoking room when I when I reserved a non-smoking room. Then, when I went back up to the counter to get another room, he was very rude to me said I reserved a smoking room. I hadn’t smoked a cigarette in 56 years then when I left that he gave me another key for another room and took the key from the room that originally gave me room 117 and then I had to go back again and get my key back because I had left my luggage in the room and then the guy didn’t come back to the window for at least five minutes and made me stand out to give me another key back to the room, the place in Franklin Kentucky is a dumb I would not recommend it to anyone nor would I recommend super eight hotels.

He said they haven’t posted the change yet. Oh pool, ha is there a dug out hole but hasn’t been open in yrs he said ! Call your hotel you stay at to check what is really offered!

Waffle house is literally next door, Cracker Barrell is a little walk but close enough and McDonald is close by as well.

This property seems unsafe and neglected. For $88, I did not expect to find a 5-Star property. We arrived to find a bulletproof window where we got our room. There was no access to the lobby and no coffee service or breakfast. Outside our room in the spot we were supposed to park in was a large, full trash bag that was not removed until around 6 PM. The mattress was the worst I have ever seen at any hotel, hard and unsupportive. The upside to it was that it did not have bedbugs. The sink filled quickly and took a long time to drain. The shower is a complete joke. I am balding with short hair, and the flow of water was so slow it took me 5 minutes to rinse the soap out of my hair. My wife was forced to kneel in the tub in order to rinse hers under the faucet. This was room #106 and I highly suggest you find another room if they try to give this one to you.

Non-smoking room that had been converted from a former smoking room. The blanket had a burn hole in it from a cigarette. The HVAC filter was in desperate need of replacement. A stink bug crawled across the ceiling. My only previous stay at this chain in another state was superior. This night's stay was a disappointment.

I reserved and paid for a king bed smoking but when I arrived was told only a queen was available and price wasn't reduced. I also called the service desk and requested a 7:00 wake-up call. I never received a wake-up call and was late for my mother's funeral. Very poor non-english speaking people. Last time I will stay at this location.

1st of all, Tracy was great from the very start. During our New Years weekend stay there was a tonado on the ground heading toward us. She warned everyone on the 2nd floor and got everyone to a safe space. Along with the owners who are such nice, friendly people. We've stayed here several times & will continue to. It's a super 8 not a 5 star so it's just a average motel but the ease of check in & out and the nice folks mean alot as well as being close to everything. Definitely check out the Colorado grill, its our go to for a fantastic dinner. Thanks yall, we'll see ya again soon. 😘
