First ,I made a mistake and booked fir wrong date.Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and changed booking with no drama .
I like Campanile as they have parking and are inexpensive .Clean room and comfortable bed .I also like the fact they have kettles .

Overnight stay while biking Eurovelo 3. Reception was friendly and easy. The room was modern and comfortable, in very good condition. Breakfast was excellent, a wide variety of breads, cheese, meats, eggs, etc. I would happily stay here again.

Unfortunately we had great difficulty finding this hotel. We asked several people who didn't know where it was located. After spending 1.5 hours searching driving around, we stopped at a restaurant and asked. The manager didn't know either, however, one of his customers thought he did and he very kindly got in his car and asked us to follow him to the hotel. Alas the hotel was not ours, but the receptionist put our very kind guide on the right track, and after another 15 minutes we found ourselves at the Hotel Campanile Montargis. We thanked our very kind guide and checked in. Arriving at about 8.50pm we were told the kitchen was closed for hot food and all they could offer us was a cold buffet. After a conversation with the very nice receptionist about having started our day in Kent at 5am and getting hopelessly lost in Montargis and Amilly she managed to get us hot food for which we were most grateful together with a bottle of delicious rose. This was perfect for the end of our first day of our holiday, which could have ended in disaster. If the management of the Hotel Campanile Montargis reads this, they really need to add a comprehensive map of where this hotel is located.
Our room was very clean, the bed most comfortable, bathroom lovely with a great shower. Breakfast the next morning good. Couldn't fault this at all. Staff lovely and helpful. Plenty of parking. Only complaint is that it was very very difficult to find..

There was a problem with our arrival date which they said was August. I explained it had been changed and showed them your confirmation of this. They finally accepted this especially as we ate there. The food was excellent and we enjoyed our stay.

Good budget hotel
We haven't been staying in Campaniles as much this trip as last year, since most of them seem to have increased prices by 15-20 euros. This one was less than many. And we do like some of classic things about Campaniles, like how they have an electric kettle and tea bags, and a nice long counter with several handy electrical outlets for charging tablet, batteries, etc. Why more hotels don't do those things - which should be basics - is a mystery. All in all, this was your basic clean, comfy enough, and handy hotel room for a reasonable price.

Intended to stay one night but weather very wet and floods in area so stayed a second night housekeeping staff very helpful gave us extra teas and coffees for room as we were confined to room for the whole day we were travelling by motorbike think they felt sorry for us

Hotel and room were clean, bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly. The waiter looked like a frightened rabbit in the head lights at first when he realised we were English but he was ok when I spoke French. Service started off ok but was slow towards the end of our meal, my dinner plate was not taken away, we would have ordered more drinks, but couldn't get service. This may have been because France were beating Portugal at the time. Overall though a pleasant stay and would probably stay again.

Klimaat in kamer goed. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Aircondioning en verwarming aanwezig. Ontbijt goed verzorgd. Wij komen hier 4x per jaar overnachten op onze reis naar en van Spanje. Dus goed slapen is voor ons erg belangrijk. Echter op 12 oktober ging vanaf 1 uur 's nachts 3x het brandalarm af in de kamer naast ons. Na de laatste keer was het nog lang onrustig in die kamer , waarschijnlijk van mensen die de storing wilden verhelpenen duurde het lang voordat wij weer konden slapen. Totaal niets van excuses de volgende ochtend, of een verklaring van wat er aan de hand was.

J'ai déjà séjourné dans dzs campaniles mais dans celui-là, je suis vraiment déçu.
Volet écaillé a l'extérieur de la chambre et horriblement sale a l'interieur.
Porte difficile a claquer.
Moisissures importantes au plafond près de la fenêtre et au plafond dans la salle bain.
Je paye pour un départ tardif à 15 h mais a 09h du matin mon acces au wifi etait déjà désactivé et à 11h30 l'acces à ma chambre etait deja désactivé.
Sans compter l'absence de pancarte ne pas déranger dans la chambre et impossible de m'en fournir a l'accueil.
Je n'en veux pas aux employés qui font avec ce qu'on leur donne.

Les toilettes n’étaient pas propres à notre arrivée. Pas d’ascenseur pour monter au 2ème étage avec toutes nos valises, pour un hôtel 3 étoiles je ne trouve pas cela normal

Super hôtel chambre et salle de bain spacieuse, réception ouverte jusqu'à 23H00, très bon accueil, calme, literie confortable. Et petit café ou thé avec bouilloire et dosettes pour le matin . Je recommande à 200 %.

très bien situé car pas loin de Montargis et de Cepoy ou nous étions en week-end. C'est silencieux (à part qu'on entend un peu les gens de l'étage au dessus). Il manque une aération dans la salle de bains et j'avais un porte manteau cassé mais même si c'est un peu cher, j'y retournerai si je suis dans le coin (idem pour le petit déjeuner : un peu cher). Ce qui est très bien aussi c'est que le parking est fermé.

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, elle n'avait pas encore été activée. J'ai trouvé une punaise de lit sur le mur, ce qui nous un peu inquietes. Enfin, le petit déjeuner a 20€ ne valait vraiment pas le coup : buffet presque vide et donc choix très limité. Nous avions pourtant convenu d'un horaire pour notre arrivée.
Je ne recommanderai cet hôtel qu'en cas de denier recours. Notre expérience a été très moyenne, et nous estimons avoir payé beaucoup trop par rapport aux prestations proposées.

Le personnel était très agréable, la chambre propre et confortable, mon plus grand désagrément a été lors de mon arrivée, lorsque j'ai appelé le numéro d'urgence (car il était tard, 23h15) : personne ne répondait, j'étais très angoissée et stressée, j'ai dû klaxonner et un client m'a crié dessus mais je ne voulais pas dormir dehors alors j'ai tenu tête et continué à klaconner, le gardien a fini par arriver pour m'ouvrir. A part cet incident très désagréable, tout le reste du séjour était très bien. Bon petit déjeuner. Aucun pb avec mon carlin.

Som gæst undres man nogle gange, og dette besøg var en af disse gange. Alle hoteller har været ramt af Corona krisen, hvilket har betydet færre eller slet ingen gæster.
Hvis jeg havde været manager eller direktør på det pågældende hotel, havde jeg benyttet Corona krisen til for ganske få penge, at få opgraderet mit hotel.
Græsset stod højt, hækkene var ikke klippet, fliserne på terrassen lå hulter til bulter, der var ikke noget skilt ud mod vejen, kørte lige forbi, da jeg ikke kunne se hotellet på grund af den høje uklippede hæk.
På meget træværk skallede malingen af, eller var direkte manglende. Et par spande hvid maling ville også gøre underværker i restaurant og på værelset.
Hotellet reklamerer med "coffee and tea making facilities", der ER en elkedel på værelset, men den kan ikke komme ind under vandhanen på badeværelset, det er også lige meget eftersom der hverken er krus , kaffe the, fløde eller sukker!
Fjernbetjeningen til tv'et virkede ikke.
Middagen var kedelig fabriksmad, til gengæld var det dyrt.
Tror dog nok at køkkenet selv havde skåret de tre skiver melon der var i forretten.
