Every staff was so friendly and helpful. One night when we were there, we encountered a rare black fox eating our left over at night. A staff came immediately and told us about the back story of this particular animal. Not only that but this staff helpful educated us about it and even direct us to a beautiful view of the night stars and Venus. Staffs at the club house were all so friendly and helpful and just a great pleasure to even have a small chat with them. Great stay. Amazing staffs. Just love it. Highly recommended.

The airstream was not as clean as we had hoped. I understand we are in the woods and so cleanliness might not be 100% possible, however there were coffee rings on my bedside tables from the person who had just checked out before me which was disappointing; as well as a big stain on the couch when we arrived. Thankfully the bathroom was very clean which is what we mostly are hoping for. However, when we looked at the floor in our main area it was also clear they did not clean it, there were streaks of something from the previous person who occupied the airstream, which I ended up just scrubbing off the floor. Kind of disappointing. The site was really beautiful, and it's a marvelous idea however, there was also a big group of people staying in the cabins across from us - which is totally expected and completely fine. The not fine part was that they were not really respecting the quiet hours - again fine until it was about 11:00 PM and a big group of people are across from you being extremely loud - it starts to get frustrating. I was hoping maybe someone would come by and enforce quiet hours so other people could go to sleep. I don't think I'll be staying here again but it was definitely a cool experience to try.

Loved the concept but would have enjoyed a bit more privacy and space for each streamer as they are a bit too packed for our liking.

What could be improved— because it was winter: more/extra blankets in the drawers, additional space heater if possible since the streamers aren’t superbly insulated, or heat trapping curtains as an option, double check sealants because of drafts.

The airspaces were nice but very cold. We experienced single digit temps during our stay and it didn't seem like the airspaces were capable of handling the frigid temps. The staff was attentive and had us moved to another airspace but we encountered the same issue. A space heater helped solve the problem on our last night there. We would go back when the weather isn't so cold.

We stayed here as a family expecting a relaxing, comfortable getaway, but unfortunately were let down by the condition of our unit.

Upon arrival the sofa was visibly dirty and stained, which immediately made the space feel unclean. A paper towel hanger was broken and unusable, which shows a lack of basic maintenance. Most concerning was the electric kettle: the inside was heavily soiled with residue and buildup (see photos) — this is not acceptable for something that’s supposed to be clean and ready for guest use.

For a property marketed as “luxury” and at this price point, these cleanliness and maintenance issues are disappointing. The location and concept are great, but housekeeping and attention to detail need serious improvement. We shared this with staff and hope management will address these basics before future guests arrive.

This was our second time at Autocamp and we wanted to give it another shot because we feel like there is a lot of potential there and also because it is very dog friendly. The first time we went it was there first winter after opening and the heater in our room was not working and they upgraded us to another room that also did not have the heat working. They apologized and said they needed to further winterize the rooms. So we gave them another shot this year but at check in things already were not going well. Check in was late because apparently they had a big group that checked out that day and housekeeping was behind on getting the rooms ready. I was uneasy hearing that because I was scared that the rooms would not be properly cleaned since they were rushing to get it done and a lot of people were waiting to check in. When we got to the room everything seemed fine until we went to lay down in the bed and there was a hair under the pillow and what seemed like crumbs under the comforter all over the bed. Clearly the sheets had not been changed so I contacted the front desk for new bedding. When they came they only provided new pillows and two thick grey blankets, but no new bed lining. It was the middle of a very big snow storm so I felt bad making the housekeeping come back out into the snow to bring more bedding so we made due with the two grey blankets. The next day I went to the front desk to get the bedding, so this will be the last time visiting Autocamp.

Every time I'm looking for a quick, quiet getaway, this is my place. I love that my dog was able to join me and different types of camping rooms are available to choose from. I loved the space of the family cabin and the perfect size kitchen for our specific needs (morning coffee, late dinner), but unfortunately my bed had hair under the covers and my mom woke up with bites on her ankles. However, I will still choose Auto Camp as a getaway spot, I will just double check our room before agreeing to the room.

The common area of the AutoCamp is great, clean and spacious.
Our cabin is much smaller than we expected. The bundle beds are very small, only good for kids. It is in the hall and face the bathroom.

We enjoyed an overnight stay at this Air Stream when we visited Kaaterskill Falls for our anniversary. Clean & spacious bathroom, nice to be able to take a hot shower after a full day hike. Kitchenette well equipped with mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle & dinnerware & utensils. Private picnic table & fire pit outside for campfire & cooking but you have to buy the firewood which wasn’t included in the resort fee. Had dinner at the clubhouse kitchen, burger was delicious. In the morning hiked the trail around the campground, very peaceful & quiet. Overall we had a memorable stay.

There are certainly a number of small reasons I wouldn't want to stay here again, but the big one was that we had a tent adjacent to a wedding tent on property, and there was extremely loud music from the wedding until 10 pm preventing us from thinking about anything else (like the bass was thumping in our chests loud). We were given no warning and our rate did not reflect this discomfort. Beware.

During our stay, there were not enough staff to provide the level of service promised. It often happened that only one person was simultaneously at the reception, handling check-ins, and at the bar, taking orders for drinks and food, thereby creating a line. At breakfast time, they ran out of a variety of granola and plates, so we had to eat from cups. There was no hot milk or other option to warm it up.
Also, the bikes were broken, and we were promised they would be replaced soon. We stayed for 3 nights, but it didn’t happen, so we were upset. We really counted on those bikes.
Overall, it was a brilliant place, but the service and organization could be improved to better match the stated price.

AutoCamp is a great glamping spot—stylish Airstreams, tents, and cabins with comfy beds and modern touches. I loved the clubhouse, fire pits, and extras like yoga, movie nights, and live music. I stayed at Autocamp Catskills when it first opened and it was clean, new and had a great staff. In a short time the property has declined significantly and the staff was young and not attentive to customers. Wood bundles are way overpriced and the grounds are not appealing. For example several of the courtesy wagons for moving your luggage have worn out tires that need replaced. Attention to detail is lacking. Our friends Airstream had a missing latch on the bathroom, just a hole in the door. Sad. Thus place could be great.

Allowed multiple families - seemingly traveling together - to take over the camp. Put up kids tents outside of the Airstreams, Leave food outside overnight, among other things. We like AUtocamp for the peace and quite... not this time :/ It's a shame that the staff would allow clear violations of their own rules

I loved the Autocamp we stayed in the Premium Cabin and it was nice and clean and cozy and spacious. The only thing I didn't like is that check out is at 10am but when I booked it on Expedia it said check is at 11am. It was a mental getaway and it was worth the 1 night stay.

A convenient and charming setting, we left with an overall sense of disappointment with the quality of the grounds, amenities, and lodging given the cost per night and additional amenity fee.
Starting with the grounds/amenities - the clubhouse furnishings were quite dingy and, while I understand it is a family friendly establishment, it was constantly messy and there were crumbs, toys, etc everywhere. The furniture was beat up, dirty, etc. Additionally, there are more amenities found on 'standard' campground than this 'Glamping' experience - Koa's etc have more activities etc on site and you only pay ~30-50 a night there. For $350+ a night, I'd expect more; hot tub, pool, pool table, things like that. I'd also expect more than frozen food menu for onsite food options. And, while a personal experience, I arrived with a broken foot that was made known to the check in assistant and wasn't offered so much as a ride to my airstream despite there being a near constant stream of golf carts flying around the premises.
As far as the lodging itself, half of the windows didn't close properly. The blinds did little to keep the light out and, while I understand we're 'camping' - I view this as more of a nature hotel than a camping experience so I'd expect to be able to block out more light than a tent.
To sum it up, while on the surface, very nice, for the price, I'd opt for a rental house/BnB in the area to get a similar experience of the Hudson Valley.

I had a great time staying at AutoCamp. The airstream was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The area is peaceful and surrounded by nature—perfect for relaxing and taking a break from busy life.

The staff were nice, and the campfire area was fun to hang out at in the evenings. It was a cool mix of camping and comfort.

Just a heads-up: there’s no WiFi in the rooms. You can only use it at the customer center. It wasn’t a big deal for me—I actually liked being offline for a while.

Overall, a really nice stay. I’d love to come back!

This isn’t my first time at AutoCamp, and every visit has been fantastic! The service has always been top-notch, and this time was no exception. Due to a last-minute extra night, I didn’t realize there were different room types, but Colin and Amy were incredibly kind. Colin, the manager on duty, even upgraded me—for free—to a room of the same level. The whole process was seamless, and their hospitality really stood out. My family and I had an Amazing stay here this past weekend at the Auto Camp.. check in was easy…very friendly staff..Our Premium cabin was clean & comfortable. The bar was pretty cool, food was good. The main clubhouse had tons to do. My family and it went to a silent disco dance party at night and we had SO MUCH FUN!! Can’t wait to return back in the summer. Thanks for the AWESOME time Auto Camp!!

AutoCamp was wonderful from the staff to the rooms. Only negative which was slight was that the Clubhouse could use a little work on making it more ambient. An easy fix would be to just dim the lights a little after 8pm so it feels less like a cafeteria and the menu needs a little work. Our chicken fingers were flavor and our cheese quesadilla was dry

Loved the love music in the evening and staff is friendly and helpful. but a few things to consider for the property management:
1) clubhouse is a little cold. People are wearing their coats in the clubhouse. Maybe consider increasing the heat
2) free breakfast is basically coffee, some granola and milk. It really isn’t a breakfast. For the additionalresort fee being asked, I think adding some sort of free pastry, orange juice etc would give guests much better experience.

There were few issues that the camp should pay attention to their poor maintenance. When I arrived, the trashes from the previous travelers were still left in front of the suite, and they were not collected until a day after. The water flow was so low in the bathroom, and you barely could wash your hands and take a proper shower. The shower drain was a little clogged. The electric kettle was so dirty inside, after you boiled the water and you could see stains flowing. I texted their service team for a replacement, but before the time I checked out (I stayed TWO nights there), there was no response to this issue. Overall, it was a decent experience to stay in this property.

We had a wonderful time at Autocamp. Starting up a BBQ is so easy by buying the kit from the reception area. The area is also very beautiful and we walked around the woods. Pity on the pond being dry. There is a smokehouse near the camp and we get some steak and other stuff. I like the cabin we were in as it was secluded and quiet.

Aesthetic, IG worthy.
Very comfy and controlled temp. Also quiet even the classic. You cant hear neighbours at all. I love the clubhouse too and most of all it is very pet friendly. My pet approves.
The only not so good thing was our check in. We checked in pretty late but you can tell the guy who checked us in was overworked(looks like they are short staffed) he forgot about us he said he will be back but just few minutes later, he came back and said \"i thought all is done and I gave you the key\"...the property is outstanding, I would stay again if given the chance....also piece of advice, bring your own cast iron...their cast iron is overused and full of iron stain (probably not safe to use anymore, you might get tetanus). 4 out of 5 for me still...property is 1000 out of 5!

The place is great-- but EXPEDIA does not provide the right information! The tents DO NOT come with bathrooms or AC!!! Not at all. Not good for two people in their seventies! Fortunately, when we arrived there was a free airstream that we could rent. The airstreams have bathrooms and AC. And the staff was hugely helpful in accomodating us.
