Rien ne justifie la troisième étoile de cet hôtel. Chambre propre mais pas à la hauteur d’un trois étoiles (drap petit par rapport à la taille du lit, fenêtre vétuste, pas de bouilloire ni machine à café…) et au niveau du petit déjeuner tout le côté chaud était fermé pour panne de machine !

Bonjour la chambre trop petite nous avons demandé à avoir un petit pasuet de 2 gateaux sablé en plus mais celle ci nous a repo du non il y a 2 petits gâteaux dans le sachet et vous 2, donc que l'on soit 1 ou 2 il y a 1 seul'paquet pas de bouteille d'eau non plus. Les servirtres de toilette n'ont pas été changé le lendemain. Franchement nous ne retournerons en aucun dans cet hotel.

O hotel é aceitável, mas precisa urgentemente de melhorias, no mínimo a cobertura do chão no aposento 10 tem de ser substituída porque já possui muitas manchas e incomoda bastante. Sou cliente assídua dos hotéis Kyriad e não é por um caso que vou mudar, mas informo que para mim a limpeza é muito importante.

Ce n' est pas la première fois que nous réservons dans cet hôtel et nous en étions très contents. Ce weekend nous avons réservé pour 2 nuits , nous avons pris possession de notre chambre vers 22h30 la clim reservible en panne donc pas de chauffage on a eu froid toute la nuit,le matin après notre toilette nous avons mis nos serviettes au sol pour être changées ,à 9h00 nous sommes allés à l accueil ils nous ont installé un radiateur électrique (sur 3 pattes😁). Hôtel très agréable pour une nuit passée. Accueil et communication par téléphone très prévenant. Petit-déjeuner copieux avec beaucoup de choix et de bons produits. Hôtel propre dans l'ensemble, même si la moquette au sol (dans le couloir et la chambre) mériterait un bon champouinnage ou d'être changé. Literie très confortable. Un petit bémol cependant pour les portes des chambres (nous étions au rez-de-chaussée) qui se ferment difficilement et donc bruillament, ce qui est gênant surtout quand cela réveil les enfants qui dorment. Avec mon fils, nous étions ravis d'y séjourner pour notre nuit de passage.

Bei 38 Grad und 3 Personen im Zimmer ging die Klimaanlage nicht - auf Nachfrage kam nur ein hingerotztes „Klima? Geht nicht.“ Entgegen der Ankündigung gibt es kein Abendessen, auch dieser Umstand wurde uns nach der Frage „Wann gibt es essen?“ sehr knapp mitgeteilt: keine Worte der Erklärung, des Bedauerns o.ä. Der Satz des ach so motivierten Typens an der Rezeption war „Essen ist gegenüber.“ Dort ist (wirklich auf der anderen Straßenseite) eine nette Bar mit tollen Cocktails und Bier vom Fass, aber nur mit Pub-Snacks. Geheimtipp: 3 min die Straße runter gibt es beim Supermarkt ein klasse Familienlokal mit Buffet! Die Zimmer sind eng, es gibt keinen Föhn. Die Lage ist ok, trotz Industriegebiet war es nachts recht ruhig.
