Rooms need updating, staff are wonderful but totally disorganised regarding taking/delivering orders etc, running the bar and just being available. Definitely sine training needed, also off duty staff sitting in the bar eating their dinner doesnt look very appealing to holiday guests.

The Tube resort was closed without any warning and we were moved to One Beach resort. The hotel was fine but the rooms in rainy season are very noisy as they have a tin roof. The beach is private and costly to get on and off - this meant eating at the hotel and a very expensive food bill at the end of 4 days (dwarfing the room cost).

I had an incredible stay here at the Tube Resort. I highly recommend this spot. It was very clean and the breakfast was amazing! The restaurant had many different types of food on their menu too. We also liked the dogs

The Tube Resort is a quiet resort on the peninsula of Koh Rong Sanloem a 25 min boat ride or 1.5 hour walk from Saracen Bay where the majority of the other resorts are located. If you're after a quiet getaway where you can relax and unwind in a pleasant resort with a great pool and nice restaurant then I'd recommend The Tube Resort. Staff are friendly and accommodating. There is also a bar and restaurant up the hill called the Sky Bar which has good views and is worth a visit. The area is still under development around the resort and litter is a big problem either side of the resort which is a shame given the beautiful location. If you're after 3-4 days of complete relaxation and 'down time' then The Tube Resort is a good option. Stayed over New Years 2023/24 and had a great time. Thanks to all the beautiful staff who work so hard to give their guests a wonderful experience.

If you have an opportunity to visit either Koh Rong, or Koh, Rong, Sanloem, this truly is the only place to stay! The rooms are basic, but extremely clean and housekeeping keeps them that way at all times, front desk is warm and welcoming! But for me, the best part of this hotel is the restaurant staff!! Sopha and Chanda who work in the morning and afternoon, are without a doubt the two finest servers I’ve ever encountered in my numerous travels around the world as well as being a hotelier for over 35 years! And what is pretty much a three star resort, these ladies, as well as the other restaurant staff provide you with five star five diamond service, they remember your habits, know what you order, know what you like to drink, it’s as if they read your mind, you don’t even have to ask! Please please remember to tip these fine individuals! They survive on very little income monthly, and even one dollar can change their life, hopefully you’ll tip far more than a dollar however!

Short distance from mainland is a plus . Quiet and clean . Friendly helpful staff .
The downside is the lack of activities , difficulty in communication , many services not using credit / debit cards and thevplain lack of things to do : its a great place but needs additions and training for staff to improve standards .

Beautiful Beach

The hotel is a bit worn down. We stayed 5 nights and our room never was cleaned, nor did we receive clean towels. The bathroom wall was mildewing. The staff was extremely kind with all situations, but very busy taking care of big groups. There were no lounge chairs for the beach which made it difficult to relax outside. Also, the menu was still limited from Covid, therefore, there was no variety in food. We ended up taxing to another beach for food multiple times. The beach itself is gorgeous and well maintained.

it is not a 5 start resort. But it gets really close taking in consideration the price you pay. Rooms are very recent and everything works. Breakfast is good although the buffet doesn’t have many choices. The location is the best. Both pool and beach are amazing. Staff English is acceptable but you need to make sure they understand you

Beautiful beach and lovely room and property. It is more private so attention which pier you plan to arrive on.
Food was decent and the staff were pretty attentive, although the breakfast was very disappointing. Also, make sure you check your bill, we had a couple extras that weren’t ours mistakenly added to our bill.
Amazing place for relaxing, not the place to go for adventure.

Great Hotel with a really nice pool. Staff were very nice. Location was really beautiful and beach was great. Just a few things didn't hit the mark. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable, room door wasn't sealed and no inside lock. Seemed to have a lot of maintenance work going on which was very noisy and unpleasant at times. Restaurant food was ok but some of the currys were made with instant mix powder which was disappointing considering the price. Would definitely recommend this hotel however things could be a lot better.

We booked only one night after three nights spent at Saracen Bay. Recommend staying at Saracen Bay. The vibe is much nicer. Not the hotel's fault, but there are more choices on the other side, as here you are really secluded and dependent on the hotel for everything. The staff was super nice, the hotel however, one night was enough. As soon as you arrive, you notice major construction happening at the pier next to the beach (forget relaxation). The room was alright but next to the swimming pool with screaming children most of the 24h we were there.

The room is great and the environment is calm. I like the beach is not busy, not too many people.
But the room is a little bit hot during daytime. I think the construction material of the room is not efficient for heat insulation.
I saw new construction development is in progress for the island. I hope government and people can take balance to protect this beautiful island.

Cannot fault the hotel the staff where lovely and very welcoming and chatty throughout our stay.

Couple of things they could improve on. Better options for food choices, menu was limited for an isolated place although cannot fault the quality of the food. More options for lunch would be good

There was a bit of construction work going on at the hotel and either side of the resort which disturbed the peace a bit but the manager apologised for this and gave us a free cocktail 😁, as it’s off season these things happen.

I would recommend this hotel for the staff alone as they do a great job

Very good stay at Tube Resort. The beach was beautiful and the service was excellent. The pool was also very nice. The only issue was the electricity and WiFi would cut out on a fairly regular basis although the team did apologise for this and gave everyone staying there a free cocktail as compensation. Overall a really great place to relax for a few days!

Upon arrival we found out they had not yet had their grand opening, as we were walking down the beach we saw boxes and mattresses, we feared this may have been our very own fyre festival experience 😂 but boy were we wrong! This place was excellent, the first night I fell ill due to a little too much partying and sun on the larger island, the staff were very quick to assist me and making sure I felt better. Night two, my now fiancé and I had a very special night of our trip that would not have been the same without the help of the hotel, we are forever grateful! The owners customer service is second to none! Would highly recommend this stunning hotel to anyone thinking of heading to Koh Rong Sanloem.

Underbart boende för dig som önskar lugn och ro en bit bort från turiststråket. Bra mat, service och fina rum. Man kan ta sig till andra sidan ön där det finns flera restauranger och affärer genom att vandra över berget och genom djungel (ca. 1 timma) Se bara till att gå innan det blir mörkt och ha koll på kartan. Finns många små vägar utan skyltar och när det blir mörkt ser man ingenting. Vi hade turen att få skjutsa tillbaka med båt. Fråga på restaurangen mr. Nice om du vill göra samma resa. Båtturen på kvällen tillbaka var magisk. 20 dollar betalade vi.

Das Tube-Resort liegt an ausgezeichneter Lage. Der Strand ist sehr schön und es gibt genug Liegen für die Gäste. Die Bungalows sind ebenfalls gepflegt und funktionell ausgestattet.
Das Restaurant ist gut, aber der Service wäre steigerungsfähig. Es gibt in dieser Bucht leider auch keine Alternative zu diesem Restaurant, dies schlägt sich in den Preisen nieder.
Dank dem Bungalow-Aktionspreis (50%) stimmte das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis für uns, ansonsten es klar überteuert wäre.

Super dejligt sted. Smuk og god strand. Personalet var meget opmærksomme og hjælpsomme. Valgte at opgradere da udsigten til stranden var for god til at gå glip af. Tubes restaurant er virkelig god, hvilket er heldigt da der kun er få andre muligheder på stranden.

Great resort with very good food! The restaurant is really great. The rooms are very good as with really good air conditioning. The village nearby is worth a visit. When we stayed there it was high waves so the boat couldn't depart from our pier. After a short walk we departed from another pier. And the staff helped us carry the bags. The staff is great aet this place. It's a quiet beach with only three hotels at this beach. With a fourth in the making.

Vous arrivez sur une plage sublime, l'accueil est impeccable et souriant. Les chambres ou plutôt les \"tubes\" sont très originales, spacieuses et confortables. Ici reigne le calme et la tranquillité. Coté restauration belle carte mais je vous conseille de rester sur une cuisine asiatique qui est excellente avec un coup de coeur pour la soupe khmer ( le reste n'étant pas top top... ) Le petit petit-déjeuner est varié et suffisant. Coté activité, la plage est superbe ( il faut se lever un matin vers 6h30 et admirer le lever de soleil ), transates et serviettes à dispo. Prêt de kayak gratuit. Navettes plusieurs fois par jour pour rejoindre l'autre coté de l'ile qui est aussi un magnifique coin. Seul bémol, l'activité snorkeling qui est inutile, on vous emmene pour 20 dollars à 100metres de l'hôtel, pas vraiment de poissons ormis des oursins. ( idéal pour admirer la pollution de dechets plastique et coraux morts... ) Pour le transfert A/R en bateau depuis sihanoukville, envoyez leur un mail ils s'occuperont des reservations pour vous et vous leur payerez directement...

belle piscine et beau cadre
personnel très prévenant et toujours à l'écoute.
Avons utilisé leurs services pour louer des scooters et un taxi minivan pour le retour sur Phnom Penh.
tout était parfait, les scooters amenés à l'hotel et le minivan comme nous l'avions demandé i.e confortable et en bon état.
seul bemol : le petit déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus copieux (système de menu en quantité \"light\")
je recommande néanmoins sans hésiter

So disappointing...

Regarding all previous reviews, I suppose our expectations were too high... First, our transfers were done on an old traditional boat and not a new one as see on pics. The pier is dangerous! Built in wood, there were holes and broken sections so it feels really unsafe. The beach just in front of the hotel is nice but all around there are garbages, other hotels under construction. The only positives points during our 4 days stay: friendly staff and good restaurant.

度假村在sandy beach上，不在Saracen Bay，会有快艇接送，所以这里更安静更舒适。价格也非常实惠，是新建的，设施都很新，有泳池，我们住在T1，在房间里就可以看到海，门口的沙滩和水质也都不错，员工服务也很好，很热情。我们带着两岁的宝宝在这里度过了很美好的几天，后面几天去了Saracen Bay，但我想说我们后悔了，那里没有想象中的好，我们更愿意整个行程都在这里度过，这里真的很棒。

Hôtel perdu sur Koh Rong Sanloem, accessible uniquement par des petits bateaux. Du coup, peu de touristes, et une plage privée rien qu’à nous !!

Super séjour là bas, très bonne cuisine, personnel au petit soin, chambre magnifique !!

Rien à redire, juste pourvu que le lieu reste un peu à l’écart du développement touristique que connaît Sihanoukville !!

Ein neues Resort mit Bewusstsein für sauberes Wasser! In der Nähe auf anderen Stränden, speziell auf der großen Insel Koh Rong ist das Abwasser nur mehr ein stinkendes Rinnsal, dass ins Meer läuft. Tube Resort hat viel Geld ausgegeben, um deren Wasser zu recyceln und keinen Dreck ins Meer zu spülen!! Dafür alleine schon 100punkte! Das Essen ist wirklich exzellent. Neuseeländisches Rindersteak, Pasta, Khmerfood aber auf hohem Niveau. Man muss sich aber auch klar sein, dass dies auch seinen Preis hat..Hauptspeise von ca 7-25usd. Die Zimmer angenehm mit Doppel, oder bis 3 Doppelbetten für Familien! Strand weiß und Wasser blau und klar... sie bauen noch weitere Bungalows, die in runder Form, wie ein Rohr (Tube) gebaut sind. Man hat seine Privatsphäre. Bäume, Blumen, Lampions und eine nette Crew!! Zu empfehlen!! Wir hatten riesig Spaß und fühlten uns sehr wohl!!!

Det er et nyt sted som kan mærkes på personalet - de er lidt usikre i hvad de skal gøre hvor og hvornår, men de er vildt søde.
Det ligger lidt væk fra “hoved” stranden, men de sejler en gratis derhen hvis man gerne vil prøve andet end ens eget hotel. Her til er der en lille gåtur på 8 minutter.
Maden er god. Husk kontanter! De tager ikke kort på stedet.
